I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Breakfast was delicious too, a great start to each day.
Highly recommended and I look forward to staying again!

We had an amazing stay! The staff were mostly friendly, very helpful, and always ready to assist. We initially thought we would have a balcony, but that was our misunderstanding, the hotel never promised or gave any misleading information about it.
The location was great overall - close to the city centre, near a lovely beach, and convenient for day trips, as it was frequently included in local tour routes. There was a slight smell in the room when we arrived, and an ashtray with cigarettes had been left on the small balcony area, but the team resolved it immediately, and we had no other issues throughout our stay. We loved it so much that we extended our booking an extra day!
We’re very happy with the hotel. Since it was our honeymoon, the staff surprised us with beautiful room decorations upon arrival, which made it extra special. The breakfast was wonderful, and we would most definitely come back! :)

I was given a handicapped room, but I am a healthy 23 year old male. I let the front desk know but unfortunately there were no other deluxe king rooms available which is understandable. The staff was kind enough to offer me to switch into one when one comes available. The AC in the room wasn’t working but the staff was quick to fix the issue. The rooftop restaurant has great food and a nice view.

Very poor customer service for a Hilton hotel. We were not offered any help with heavy luggage, yet staff assisted other guests who spoke their language. Reception staff were unfriendly, uninterested, and did not even greet guests in the morning.
The only positive experience was Esra, the cleaner, who was warm, respectful, and professional — she deserves full recognition.
Due to the lack of help and poor communication, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Where do I start? On 6 August 2025, my flight was cancelled by the airline due to a well-documented runway incident at BHX. As a result, it was physically impossible for me to travel to Antalya or reach the hotel.
I informed the hotel of the situation, and they agreed in principle to a full refund. However, they advised that they were unable to process this refund directly because the booking and payment were made through Expedia.
Given that the cancellation was entirely outside my control and travel to the destination was impossible, I am requesting that the refund be processed accordingly. I believe this is a reasonable and fair request under the circumstances.
