As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I’ve come to expect a certain standard from Hilton properties, especially from a hotel that presents itself as 5-star. Unfortunately, our recent 3 night stay in June was far below expectations.
Firstly, the in-room fridge was essentially useless — beverages were not kept cool, and more concerning, our baby's formula spoiled because it wasn't cold enough. We reported the issue to the front desk, and although a technician came by and claimed the fridge was “working fine,” the reality was otherwise. It was frustrating and disappointing to have to throw away baby formula due to something so easily preventable.
Secondly, we had an issue with the toiletries provided. What was labeled as lotion turned out to be soap. We brought this up multiple times to the front desk, only to be told that the hotel doesn't actually offer lotion, so they filled the dispenser with soap instead. That’s misleading and quite unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Additionally, the service at breakfast was consistently unpleasant. One staff member in particular was noticeably rude each morning. When we requested a baby seat, instead of helping, they simply pointed and told us to get it ourselves. We asked for salt, pepper and sugar which was not on our table and she did not bring it as we had to ask someone else. A small gesture of assistance would have gone a long way, especially for guests with a baby. This was only one particular staff. One good note was the breakfast which was actually excellent.
Overall, the experience felt more like a 3 star hotel rather than the 5-star service that was advertised. We also stayed at other Hilton and Marriott properties throughout our trip in Turkey, and this was by far the worst experience.
Room did not meet our expectations, and sadly, we left feeling very dissatisfied. Only upside was the hotel was new and looked beautiful but service was not at par. I also emailed the hotel about these issues but never received a response, which I believe further reflects

Absolutely bad experience at the hotel, the lights go out several times during the evening. They turn on the alarm at full volume at 3 am. There is no Internet or you constantly have to enter a code to keep it up. Towels that do not absorb water after a shower. There are no brochures to find information about the hotel. Not very friendly staff. The only thing I liked was the varied breakfast. The prices for massages are cosmic.Dusty rooms and not very clean.

While the hotel offers some great amenities, I wouldn’t classify it as a true five-star experience. The facilities are well-maintained, and certain aspects of our stay were enjoyable, but there were also notable shortcomings that affected our overall impression.
One of the first things you expect from a five-star hotel is exceptional service, particularly at the reception. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was quite underwhelming. The front desk staff did not seem particularly welcoming or enthusiastic, and there was a lack of warmth in their approach. It felt as though we were just another transaction rather than valued guests. In contrast, the staff at the spa and those working at the entrance were much friendlier and more accommodating. Their professionalism and kindness improved our stay significantly.
The restaurant offers decent food, but I found it to be somewhat overpriced for the quality provided. While the menu had variety, the value for money was not quite there. That being said, the real highlight of the hotel is its pool facilities. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxation.
Overall, while the hotel does have its strengths, I expected more from a five-star establishment. With better service at reception and improved value in the restaurant, it could truly live up to its rating.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was really good. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the restaurant food — it was tasty and well-prepared.
However, a few things were disappointing. Despite being eligible, we weren’t offered any team member discount for the bar or restaurant, and when we asked about it, the request was rejected, which was quite disheartening. The room assigned to us appeared to be designed for guests with disabilities, which wasn’t ideal for our stay. Additionally, there were no welcome cookies provided (which we were expecting), and basic amenities like a toothbrush and toiletries were missing from the room.
A few small touches could have made the experience even better.

Good points.
1. Breakfast is very good and it was included.
2. 5min walk to shopping mall so food is very resonable price.
2. Airport is only 15min away and cost me £12 each way via taxi..
4. There is a local supermarket nearby if you wanted snacks.
5. Good gym, 2 swim pools and spa.
Bad points
1. We had 2 rooms and 1 rooms AC would switch off randomly, my kids could not sleep as it was very hot. We did eventually get the room changed after 2 nights of bad sleep.
2. They only supply 2 water bottle in room in a hot country, extra bottle is 100Lira (£2). The local shop sells the same water bottle for 3.75Lira (£0.07).
3. If room facing the busy road then you can hear cars and difficult to sleep.
I would like to point out this hotel is based in city which I was aware and booked it. Its not a very busy tourist hotel so the hotel does not look overused and tired.
I used the hotel as a relaxed residence and booked 3 days out excusions via Getyourguide to pickup from hotel. If you are someone that wants to wake up and run to the beach in morning then this hotel is not for you. This is not a hotel for a young family with kids as nothing locally.
