This is a lovely hotel, very spacious and pretty grounds. Pools were beautiful and seemed to have plenty of sun beds although if you get there in the afternoon on a sunny day they are all occupied. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, with most speaking either very good or pretty good English, although German seems to be the most used language as most of the clientele are German. Food is very good quality and quite varied. All inclusive is not available here but they have a good lunchtime/afternoon restaurant beside one of the pools which serves good food and drinks at a fairly reasonable rate.
Evening entertainment is good. We asked for a quiet room so we couldn't hear the entertainment late at night. We really didn't like the open plan bedroom/bathroom with glass doors (only semi opaque covering the centre) to shower and toilet - we would not have booked this hotel had we known about this before booking.
Colonia Sant Jordi is a nice little town with a lovely little bay with beach and coffee shops and a boardwalk around the coastline, but it was all too small for us.
We took a Tui day trip into Palma which was nice, but beware: Colonia Sant Jordi is the first pick up point (collect at 7.40 am) and last drop off (6.15pm), and the journey is 2 1/2 each way, not collection 9-9.30am, drop off at 5pm as told to me by the Tui rep Lowa. We would not have booked this had we been told the facts.
All in all, a great hotel if all you want is to lie beside the pool in pleasant surroundings.

Halfway through our stay and enjoying it so far. Lovely grounds, nicely spread out with lots of space and green/quiet, nice pools and good facilities for adults and kids (loved the pirate ship pool and evening entertainment though some toys etc in play areas starting to look a bit tired). Great breakfast, loads of choice. Dinner also has large amount of choice and good quality. Great service from everyone we've come across so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable though not particularly spacious, fine for what we need. The main reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that you have to buy all drinks at dinner, not even water is provided which seems a bit basic. Much money will be made on drinks regardless of whether you provide some free water or soft drinks at least. That and the lack of coffee making facilities in the rooms, which when we're some distance from the breakfast room would be much appreciated :)

We stayed one week at this hotel in October 2025. The room was very small, we had a 3 person room and with the extra bed there was not enough room for the suitcases and with cases on the floor barely enough to walk from the bed to the bathroom. The staff was friendly. Everything came with extra cost (safely locker in room etc), and there was no minibar. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The pool area was nice and green. Breakfast was ok, selection was standard. The coffe was not good. Too much people so difficult to find a table and some morning long queues for omelets as example. Generally a good 3 star hotel.

I was this week-end with my two babys, it was TOP. We ate at the restaurant and was BRILLIANT. I want to thank Salua, management of the hotel, she was really helpful with my allergic daughter. One of the best hotels in Mallorca and very family friendly. Thank you Blau Team for this holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are excellent, everything is clean and well maintained. What made the experience truly special was the amazing animation team – they are so friendly, professional, and full of energy. They make every day fun and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great entertainment!
