Had a fantastic stay! The location is great! Close to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants.
The staff were outstanding! Service was excellent! Food was great with a a variety of choices.
Bar staff were also friendly with excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

We are currently staying here with our family for an all-inclusive holiday (August /September), and I wanted to write this review while the impressions are still fresh.
Positive aspects:
• The food is outstanding. Fresh, varied, and incredibly tasty, with something for every taste. The chef clearly takes his work very seriously – everything feels well thought-out, carefully prepared, and consistently high-quality. Honestly, the hotel would be worth visiting for the food alone.
• The staff are wonderful – polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Any issue or question can be discussed with them, and they really try to find a solution. Their friendliness, smiles, and warm attitude make a big difference and add a lot to the overall atmosphere.
• Bed linens – this may sound unusual, but I always judge a hotel by its linens. Here they are spotless, crisp, and of very good quality cotton – cool, comfortable, and pleasant to the touch.
• Proximity to the beach – just a 5-minute walk, which is perfect.
• Swimming pool cleanliness – although not very big, it is very well maintained. The water is clean, there are no floating residues, the mosaic tiles are intact, and the floor never feels slippery (which often happens in less well-kept pools).
• Cool temperature inside the hotel – the air conditioning is working properly throughout the common areas; no one is cutting corners here.
• Good selection of sugar-free drinks – cola zero, sprite zero, fanta zero (orange and lemon). This is a huge plus, especially for people who avoid sugary drinks (e.g., diabetics).
Less positive aspects:
• The hotel is older and a bit worn, but it is kept in good condition and you can clearly see that the team is doing their best to make the most of the existing facilities.
• The area outside the hotel is not the cleanest. Since this is our first time in Mallorca, we cannot really compare it with other parts of the island.
• No minibar. Safe has a fee.
• There is a fee to exchange pool towels.
Extra notes:
• Our room is right above the entertainment stage. With the balcony door open, it can be a little noisy in the evening, but once the door is closed, it’s fine. So far, no shows have gone past 22:00–22:30. We had no problems sleeping.
• At the bar, you pay € per token and exchange each token for a reusable glass/mug. The drinks and snacks at the bar – not an overwhelming selection, but tasty and always sufficient.
• We don’t drink alcohol, so we can’t comment on the quality of the alcoholic beverages.
• Someone in the reviews complained about the lack of ready-made salads. In reality, there is a salad corner with plenty of fresh ingredients where you can build your own salad exactly as you like it. Personally, I find this much better than pre-made options.
• For those who mentioned that the pizza was not well made – right next to the pizza trays there is a conveyor belt oven where you can slide in a slice, and it comes out perfectly hot and crispy on the other side.
• Some people said that the chicken breast was “rubbery”. This was probably the grilled chicken breast – which is meant to be lean, healthy, and not deep-fried in oil. It works perfectly if you cut it into cubes and add it to your salad. Besides that, there was always an alternative of tender chicken in flavorful sauces, which was delicious every single time.
• If your favorite food is mostly fast food or low-quality meals, although you’ve got options as well, you probably won’t appreciate this place as much. The chef here is talented and puts a lot of focus on real, fresh, healthy food, balanced flavors, and quality ingredients.
This is not a luxury hotel, and if you are looking for glamour or brand-new facilities, you might look elsewhere.
However, if what matters most to you is excellent food, genuinely kind and dedicated staff, and a warm atmosphere, this place fully deserves 5 stars. The team here puts their heart into making guests feel welcome, and that is worth more than fancy decor.

The location of the hotel is excellent - 5-minute walk to the beautiful Playa de Muro, with plenty of shops nearby and bus stops close, making it easy to explore different parts of the island.
The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, with a spacious bathroom and towel changes available whenever needed. Sheets can also be changed on request. On arrival, our room wasn’t perfectly clean, but the situation improved during the stay. Beds are not the most comfortable, but acceptable. Occasionally there was a slight sewer smell, which happens on islands, so it wasn’t a major issue.
The food was good in both quality and taste, though the selection was not as wide as in some other 4-star hotels I’ve visited. The coffee was to be honest disgusting but since I’m not a big coffee drinker, this didn’t bother me much. The dining area itself was always clean and well maintained.
The staff were generally very kind and helpful, especially at reception, in the dining area, and among the cleaning team. The bar staff seemed a little less enthusiastic, apart from one blonde lady (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) who was always nice.
A special mention goes to the animation team – Andrea and Daha. They were fantastic: friendly, energetic, and genuinely uplifting. Thanks to them, the atmosphere in the hotel was much livelier and more enjoyable. Activities organized by the team were well-balanced – some more active, others more relaxed – so both introverts and extroverts could find something they liked. Evening shows were held every day, sometimes featuring external performers like singers, dancers, or magicians. Personally, I loved the bingo evenings led by the animators.
The swimming pool and surrounding area were spotless, with a lifeguard always on duty. There were plenty of sunbeds, which were comfortable and always available (at least in September).
On rainy day, the hotel made sure guests still had things to do indoors, which was a great touch.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for couples of all ages.

Very disappointing stay. The “4-star” apartment felt more like 2 stars—old, not refurbished, door wouldn’t close, worn-out beds, no proper mirror, and a weak shower. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no iron. Kids slept badly; no extra pillows were available. Buffet was average, but we found a hair in the salad and gluten-free options were minimal. All-inclusive snacks were poor and meals limited. What’s advertised online is far from reality, and the price I paid was far more than the service and quality received—extremely overpriced.

The rooms are much smaller than what’s shown in the pictures – a huge letdown. The food was way below average, and to make things worse, one day I even found a hair in my meal. The pool is tiny, nothing like the relaxing area they make it seem online.
They also charge 1€ just to renew towels – seriously? The hard drinks are poor quality; beer is the only thing remotely drinkable. Snack time is a joke: I arrived 10 minutes before the end, the trays were empty, and when I asked if they could refill them, I was told “sorry, only 10 minutes left.”
To get a drink, you need to pay a 1€ deposit for a flimsy plastic cup, and if you lose it, you pay again. The buffet is repetitive, almost identical every day, with only the tiniest changes.
Overall, this place cuts corners everywhere – definitely not worth the money
