Very nice hotel.
Very good location! Long promenade to the left and right along the sea. Just 1 minute to the beach.
Breakfasts and dinners are very good, big choice, tasty. Staff at the restaurant was kind and fast.
The reception staff are very professional and helpful.
The rooms are very nice and clean, we got a room with a beautiful view.
Many reviews say that the sound insulation is very poor but we didn’t notice it.
We enjoyed heating outdoor swimming pool with a bit salty water (actually it was the reason we choose this hotel), so even in February you can use it.
If one day they will build a sauna at the hotel it could be really super.
We loved our holidays, thank you Riu Concordia!

The hotel is in an excellent location. The reception staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Breakfast and dinner very diverse, food extremely tasty. The hotel is very nicely designed and modern. The pool is clean and well maintained. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The evening entertainment and cocktails at the pool bar are the only weak point. We would love to come back again.

Helga at front desk is exceptionally rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and prejudiced towards Americans. We are established guests. She confirmed that fact. We asked her 3 times to write the wifi user name and password down as it had changed and we wanted to give it to our friends who she also confirmed are guests. Her answer was NO. We asked three more times. Helga answered 3 more times NO. She understood the request. I asked in German, French and Spanish * which I also speak). Helga looked stunned that an American could be trilingual. She quickly wrote down the information
. Not without a nasty face, sarcasm and ugly attitude. She should work at a souvenir stand ( if they would hire her). Helga should not work at a supposed 3 star hotel.
The so called manager Tatiana Prapritz refused our legitimate complaint,. I asked 4 times for her name and she refused until I informed her that I would report her to corporate. Then she rudly and sarcastically complied.

Celina on reception was rude. Every question was a mad inconvenience, customer service lacking.
Checkout was slow- apparently you have the be manually checked out.
Not enough towels provided.
Soap in the shower was probably dish soap, dried out your skin completely.

Extremely good accommodation! Riu Concordia hotel is well equipped and modernly designed. The food is really tasty and varied. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, the bus station is right in front of the hotel, as well as a taxi. I would also like to praise the extremely well-designed swimming pool, which offers shade almost all day. Really price-affordable and excellent hotel.
