We had a very pleasant stay, but what truly impressed us was the staff. From the reception to the housekeeping ladies, everyone was professional and kind 😊.
🌟 The restaurant team especially deserves all the praise! We had half board, and the people handling the meals were exceptional.
Our daughter has a food sensitivity that requires extra care, and they always made sure she didn’t come into contact with any food that might contain even traces of certain ingredients. They treated us with care, respect, and empathy 💜, and we never once felt like we were a burden.
A truly special experience – we wholeheartedly recommend it! 👏

This time we chose this hotel because we had previously stayed at RIU Jambo and were very satisfied. Everything seemed great at first, so we booked the half board option – breakfast and dinner. But during dinner, we were completely shocked – drinks are not included in the half board! Not even tap water! You have to pay for every drink, even though you’ve already paid for half board.
If they charged extra for beer or wine, that would be understandable – but charging even for water? €2.50 for a 0.5L bottle of water in the restaurant… that’s just too much.
The food variety and quality are good, but you should definitely know about the drink policy before you book.
Overall, the hotel is good and clean. This kind of policy was really unexpected from a hotel that’s part of the RIU chain. Still, we were otherwise satisfied with our stay.

We had a lovely time at the Concordia and our expectations exceeded.
The hotel was run very efficiently,the staff friendly efficient and professional and appeared to take a pride in their work.
The rooms were very clean and any requests met by all involved.
Thank you for making our first experience in Palma so nice...we will be back

I stayed at Hotel RIU Concordia in the first half of June 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the standards expected from a 4-star RIU property.
The first impression was quite poor. The front entrance area was dominated by loud, intoxicated guests who seem to be there almost constantly, with bottles of alcohol in hand. Their presence creates a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere, which completely undermines the image of a supposedly premium hotel and makes for an undignified welcome experience.
That first night, I also endured serious noise disturbances from drunk guests inside the building, with no staff intervention. It was stressful and unacceptable.
Room hygiene overall was poor: no slippers, only a single basic gel in the bathroom, no trash bags in bins, and housekeeping was superficial. These are not details one should overlook at a 4-star hotel.
On a much more positive note, the staff in the kitchen and restaurant were absolutely exceptional. The chefs, kitchen team, and waitstaff were impeccable—professional, polite, and attentive. They truly deserve 5 stars and were the highlight of the stay.
The hotel failed to deliver on the basics: cleanliness, professionalism, guest comfort, and image. I expected much more from the RIU brand and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We arrived late and were warmly welcomed. The room was beautiful. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. It is very handy to the airport and met our needs perfectly.
