What a fantastic holiday! The rooms are small but clean and well equipped. I found our wall very thin on one side so we could hear our neighbours but it didn't cause us any issues at all. The food is excellent! There's a great selection for adults and kids with plenty of choice for all. The restaurant staff are a credit to the hotel. They work tirelessly to keep the restaurant spotless and keep the food topped up. Drinks are self serve in the restaurant and snack bar which cuts down hugely on queues! The hotel is packed and we haven't waited for more than a minute for a drink. The pools are excellent. The animation team are fantastic. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beaches are amazing and within a 15 minute walk. As others have mentioned, the lift situation isn't great and we could only fit a pram plus one person at a time. Overall, a fantastic experience. Will be returning very soon.

This was our first time visiting HYB Eurocalas, and it was by far this best holiday! We have loved every minute of it. The staff have been more than excellent with our 1 year old daughter. She has absolutely loved waking up in the morning and waving to the staff as they walk past our room. Our only feedback really would be to add more ramps in for prams and put in some repellent for wasps. Other than that, it has been wonderful being here for the week. We would love to come back as soon as possible! Thank you to all the staff for making our daughter’s first holiday a perfect one!

Rooms are in need of updating broken toilet seat, shower flooded the bathroom, warped woodwork and Ants all over the floor, but was fit for purpose and beds were comfy, not really a 4 star. Staff work tirelessly and always have a smile, entertainment team are great, get everyone motivated for a laugh, bar staff are friendly, restaurant staff are lovely and reception staff are very helpful. Beaches are beautiful. We did have a great time, probably would go again though.

This is an amazing place to stay. We booked a last minute holiday here and we have not been disappointed at all. Everything about the hotel and the staff has been excellent. The food, albeit an a food hall with buffet style, has been amazing. There is really something for everyone, and if you can't find anything, that has got to be on you, as there is everything on offer that you could possibly want. Yes it is busy, but agai, the staff are incredibly efficient on keeping the food fresh and plentiful and cleaning away. All of the staff without exception have been wonderful and helpful. From the moment we arrived, people have been phenomenal. The cleanliness of the hotel is beyond compare in every corner of the hotel, bars are wiped down, rooms are cleaned, restaurants are well serviced, pools cleaned each morning, floors swept and the gardening team who keep the gardens beautiful are all deserved of the accolade. The Animation Team are all friendly, and whilst we didn't have children with us, it is clear that all of the children present loved the entertainment and are very happy with their new best friends. We will be back, thank you for having us xx

Was asked to leave a review by the lovely woman on reception as we checked out. Loved our first family holiday here. Rooms and staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Great verity of pools. On-site photographs captured amazing photos of my daughter and I. My only gripes with the hotel were small but made a difference. 1- the pools were not clean. My daughter cut her feet on the grit, sand and chipped/missing tiles on the bottom of the small pool. I asked for a net to clear the pool of the bugs etc but was told they don’t have one (a woman poolside bought their own and I removed 5 grass hoppers, countless wasps, mosquitoes and flies along with the expected leaves etc) 2- if my daughter went to the bar for a drink she would be served last over all the other adults even ones coming up after her. 3- the entertainment is limited. The same kids mini disco every night with the same songs and dances. Only lasts half an hour. 4- the room to shower on offer to freshen up before our transfer arrived was unusable. We tried to shower and the room instantly flooded due to a blocked drain meaning all our luggage got wet. We were unable to shower before our flight and left even hotter and sweatier.

We have returned from a 7 night stay along with our friends and their 1 year old. We were all a bit nervous about staying after the amount of awful reviews the hotel had got recently especially taking a young child on her first holiday too. It is definitely a 3 star don’t go expecting anything more than that, the hotel does appear quite dated and in need of a bit of a refurbishment but it was clean and tidy throughout. The rooms were very basic but again clean and tidy, the only thing I will say is the walls and doors are paper thing, you can hear everything , when our opposite room opened the door and close it it sounded like they were opening ours !! The balcony was quite spacious and had a beautiful view too The pools are great , especially the little kids area with the slides and fountains and we didn’t struggle to get sun beds however , umbrellas do go very quickly The entertainment staff were great , we didn’t take part in any activities as a group of 5 we just entertained ourselves but you could see they loved their jobs and there was always something going on for the little ones and for the adults as well to be honest The food …. It is edible and you won’t go hungry but very very repetitive. The buffet was pretty chaos as well when busy, the poor staff don’t seem to be able to get tables cleared quick enough and kids were just running around which I understand kids are kids but not when people are trying to eat There was a good selection of drinks on the bars along with ice cream, slush , hot drinks etc

Lovely hotel very family friendly . My only complaint is my friend and I arrived at the hotel at 2.30 am along with other guests no one was offered anything to eat or any refreshments we were told that there were vending machines on each floor for water . Upon entering our we again found no facilities to make a tea or coffee for ourselves, water was also not supplied as a complimentary Like in other hotels where I've previously stayed. There was no fridge in our room to keep the water and snacks we had bought fresh! On a more positive note staff were very friendly lots of food choice at mealtimes and plenty for children to do.

Clean and tidy hotel. Great friendly staff. Food was good as a good selection each meal time from the buffet. We had a lovely break. Nice 20 minute walk into the town for shops and bars etc. Great facilities for kids and adults.

Not what we booked, photos online were of a different hotel, we thought we had been taken to wrong hotel. Food was poor, unless you like 20 different ways to serve up pork chops, everything sat in oil. Lived on bread, cheese, salad and fruit unless we went out for food in the local town. Drinks were very weak and seemed to be watered down. Very stuck in the 1970's. Not impressed and would not recommend to anyone. It was a poor 1* hotel

This was my first holiday abroad to this location, the hotel staff were lovely and the on site small shop was a bit over priced and if you bought a faulty Product the woman point blank refused to replace or give a refund and said not her problem. But the food is OK pretty much the same food offered most days if you like salad and fish you will love it . However the bus takes you to a beach nearby so I'd recommend going for the day and only down side is they do activities in the family pool and around the small splash area but the children seem to enjoy it which is all that matters. But it means playing in the pool is a bit harder. Another down side is guests tend to lay towels down and then go off leaving sun chairs not used but taken which was unfair especially as a single parent with 1 child I struggled to find a spot to place My belongs but I got offered a spare one by a guest.

Overall, a decent place, but the restaurant was a let-down. The overall place was quite nice. The rooms were nice, they were cleaned daily. They have a pool and there are some interesting shops in the nearby area. However, one thing I can't look past is the food quality in the cafeteria. Firstly, they have almost nothing for vegans and vegetarians. If you follow a diet like that (like I do) you will only really get potatoes, over-oiled veg and pasta (in addition to some fruit). There really wasn't much there. And even if I wasn't vegan, I doubt I would've liked the place. The meats were mostly processed (my meat-eating family didn't like it). There wasn't much veg, and the veg they did have were often soaked in vinegar or oiled to a point where it becomes absurd. The food wasn't very healthy and not to a good standard (and I'm not convinced their cutlery was cleaned well). I will say, though, that when I complained about a lack of vegan-friendly protein options, the manager got the head chef to give me some baked beans, which is better than nothing, but it still infuriates me how bad the food was and I can't look past that. It's annoying, everything was good except for the cafeteria. For somewhere that labels themselves as “all inclusive”, they didn't include many options for people with restrictive diets or special dietary needs. I won't complain too much, since the overall atmosphere of the place was good, but the restaurant was a major let-down in almost every aspect. 3 stars.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Clean room and pool. Nice entertainment staff, especially for children. Big pools and plenty of sunlounger space. Low quality all-inclusive food and drinks. It's edible to start with but by the end of your holiday you will be tired of the same food. The chef has a 'sustainable' way of recycling uneaten food into new dishes. Expect to wait ages at the reception desk, only one woman knew what she was doing. If you value your sleep on holiday, this is not the hotel for you. It is very noisy due to lots of night time drinkers. Doors are constantly being slammed, and you can hear all of your neighbours moving furniture or sneezing. Definitely recommend buying ear plugs. That is the only way we got some actual sleep on our holiday here.

reading the reviews before we went did put me off, on arrival we waited on the coach for transfer for an hour before it departed, the stated time for transfer was 50 mins, it actually took 2 hours of traveling, on arrival we had to pay holiday tax which we were not aware of, paid for tokens for cups , which i feel is a good idea, i was not going to pay 20 euros each for the wifi, so we bought a bolt on package before we left, saved us 40 euros, reception staff were "okay" . the room was standard, the shower could do with a hand rail as it became very slippery when trying to leave the shower, otherwise it was what i expected for a 3 star. The food had a large selection although by the end of the week it became boring. the drinks were watered down and the cocktails were from a machine, not hand made, the entertainment was very much for children, more children there than we expected for October . The pool area was clean and well maintained, large pools, the beach was a short walk and spectacular views,well worth a visit. Due to not wanting to be with the children`s entertainment, we spent our evenings on the terrace bar, much quieter and adult. the bar staff in the pool area were great, although the staff in the terrace bar were rude and abrupt. Some good tourist shops and bars within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and made a friend, many laughs together, after all the faults we would visit again.

Here's my review after reading all the good and bad ones. The hotel was in easy reach of the town, bus stop and beach. Entertainment was good, especially for the kids. There's a main function room with entertainment and a quiet bar with background music. There's plenty to do with swimming pools, tennis courts and a squash court also quiet areas away from the main pools Rooms were basic but clean and have air con. There was a good choice of food at mealtimes and in between the snack bar was open to get food. I found the reception staff were occasionally abrupt with me but on the whole were helpful. At the beginning of our stay we had to purchase 2 tokens 1 euro each which you exchange for drinks tumblers so you can get your drinks, you quickly get used to it and you get your money back at the end of your stay. Payment is required if you want in house wifi and tv remote but you don't have to get it. We would go back again in the future.

Really enjoyed the whole experience, close to beach own path down, close to shops and other bars with live singers. Staff were very helpful especially at the pool bar. Food was very good loads of choice and can eat from 8 in morning to 11 at night. Good range of drinks including cocktails. Rooms were a decent size a kettle would have been nice for a drink in the morning, parasols on the balconies would be nice just to keep heat off and the restaurant should have separate boiling water for tea to cut down on cues at the coffee machine. If flying out late at least there is a shower at the back of toilets to freshen before leaving

The place is really good and we plan to come back. Everything is super clean and organized, we had a great time. Ivan and Rudy have an amazing energy leading the entertainment, it is impossible to get bored, especially after they know your name. Maria is supper sweet and takes care of the kids, with a lot of activities and some snacks. Alba and Rafa are the best in the buffet area. There are three things I would point out, there is no mineral water in the hotel, only in a machine in the reception and it is supper overpriced. The accessibility is terrible. If you need a stroller you will need to carry it off the 72 stairs between the rooms and pool sometimes during the day, and more if you want to go to the beach. The most disappointing is that there is a ramp between restaurant and the pool, and another one that connect the first floor where our room was, and it was only told us two days before we leave. If you are in the second or third floor, there is no ramp to it. The third thing is that my room was right above the bar where they have shows and games every night, I was with a 4 month baby, informed in advance, and I had to call the reception almost everyday asking to lower the volume, something that could simple be fixed if they took care of putting families with babies in the rooms a bit far from the bar, knowing that it is not possible to join to shows starting at 10PM. Overall it was a great stay, and as I said, we plan to come back!

This hotel is lovely, but not suitable for anyone that struggles with steps/stairs, as there is a total of 72 of them from the top to bottom, these start at the reception and go down to the pool and bar area, and the restaurant is located in a different building opposite the reception area. The view from block 1 looking out over the sea is stunning, which costs extra. The sitting room is spacious. Having a small kitchen area with a fridge is a bonus. Bedroom could be a little wider, as moving around the beds can be painful on the shins if not careful. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is a bonus for someone who struggles to get in and out of a bath. Food is limited, the breakfast food was found to be tepid, when it should be hot, evening meals were a bit better and we did manage to find something to eat most nights. Evening entertainment consists of the animation team entertaining the kids till 21:00 ish, then you get a form of bingo with the prizes being hotel labelled caps, t-shirts, rucksack and a bottle of fizz, then there is either a music quiz, pick a song and they play it or some other form of entertainment from a professional act.😣 We didn't make it to the beach, as it consists of more steps down, which means you need to climb up again. 🙁 Overall the place is lovely and clean with friendly staff. Sorry, but due to health issues, it was not the right place for us. Note that these points were pointed out to the rep as well, as the steps are not pointed out in the brochure or on the website for this hotel.

Nice place near the sea, reasonably priced. The south wing is a little bit loud due to a very noisy cuban restaurant nearby. Food is tasty and diverse. Rooms are cleaned every day. Bus stop nearby. Nice beach nearby. Overall: Good value for the money.

The hotel is pretty nice, our room was spacious, everything works, the beds are comfortable, nice pools. The staff was mostly helpful, cleaning every day etc. Food is available most of the day, the food was mostly average. What bothered us significantly was the noise. We have a 2 year old who sleeps during the day and goes to bed at nine pm, the entertainment program was really loud and disturbing and also we heard our upper neighbors a lot. Otherwise would have given it 4 stars.

Had a great holiday here. The rooms are modern and very clean with a nice bathroom. There's enough space and a good balcony with a view. The location is nice, you can sunbathe having drinks by the pool with a view of the sea. Access to a lovely beach you can swim in the sea is only a few minutes walk. The food and drinks are good but could be improved e.g. with fresh orange juice instead of just diluted juice machines. The friendly animation team deserve a special mention as they are the life and soul of the hotel and organise lots of fun activities and entertainment daily which is good for both adults and kids through the day and at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great 3 star Hotel ideal for all the family. We stayed in October for a week, the staff are very welcoming, the food is as you would expect for am all inclusive hotel. The rooms are very basic, there is no lock on the bathroom door, hardly any pressure in the shower, and a 45 euro charge of you want a fridge in your room. These are just little things, but they never bothered us, and we still had a great holiday.

Fantastic hotel. Great pools ideal for adults and children. The slides are amazing, my grandchildren aged 3 and 8 were on them all day every day except when we went to the beach which was a few minutes walk away. Quite a few steps on the way back so not ideal for the less mobile. The rooms are spacious. The beds comfy and lovely soft pillows. Great air conditioning system. The choice of food was wonderful, something for everyone. All inclusive package fab. Snack bar open 10 till 6pm which was ideal for grandchildren. Best part of the holiday was the Entertainment team (Animation) they put on a fantastic show every night interacting with the residents and kids club was a life saver (although a bit worrying when I saw my granddaughter wondering around the pool area on her own when she was supposed to be supervised) Also a bit disappointed that my grandchildren weren't allowed to join in every session of kids club as they were reserved were french/Italian children. So out of 7 days they could only attend 3 sessions. The kids thoroughly adored all the Animation team as they were very interactive with the children. Plenty of beds around the poolside. Refreshing to see that they weren't being reserved. Although one family came on our last day and reserved 5 beds with their towels at 9am but didn't actually sit there until after lunch at around 2pm, very selfish. All in all a fantastic hotel with great staff and amenities.

Had a brilliant time here despite our initial reservations. Small hotel in need of some updating. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning is a life saver during hot summer nights, but they lack suitable storage space and don't have a fridge. The food was better than expected. Although variety was limited the quality was always quite good. Plenty of room in the dining hall. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Friendly and always on hand. The absolute best thing about this hotel was the entertainment (animation) team. They were honestly THE BEST team we have ever seen at any of the hotels we have ever stayed at. Every single night without fail they had every person there up and dancing or joining in. I can't stress enough what a fantastic team they were. Another great thing about this hotel was there was no early morning rush for sunbeds. We were down at 8.30 every day and 99% of the loungers were still available. As for location, although it's a small resort there are plenty of local bars and shops. It was quieter during the day with not many people around but very lively on an evening. All in all a great hotel only slightly let down by the quality of the rooms.

I recently stayed at the Globales Samoa hotel and overall had a great stay for a three star hotel! The hotel boasts a nice, clean bar and pool area, providing a good environment. Its location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby bars, supermarkets, foods and is only 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Theres plenty of sun beds and the pool is immaculate too! The variety of food available was good ensuring there's something for everyone's taste. However snack bar was a highlight, providing tasty options for quick bites including lovely pizzas. The drink selection was good, and the ability to purchase branded drinks added a nice touch (I recommend the Mojito!) The bar staff were exceptionally friendly, making guests feel welcome and well taken care of. We did however face a few issues during our stay! One notable issue was room cleanliness, as our bedding wasn't changed for several days, which was disappointing. Even when we spoke to reception it wasnt changed so we asked again the next day they came and just changed one beds pillows. It seemed that the animation team didn't engage as much with British guests, which might have left some feeling less included however one member of the team Heloise did make a real effort to include us when others did not. However the range of activities was good including yoga, water zumba, darts, shooting etc. While the food variety was good, some dishes tended to be only warm instead of hot. However, there were always alternatives to choose from and some dishes were gorgeous Overall, the Globales Samoa hotel offers a pleasant stay with a few areas that could use improvement, especially regarding room cleanliness and guest engagement by the animation team. Nevertheless, the friendly bar staff, excellent location, and food variety make it a worthwhile choice for those looking to enjoy Majorca!

I’m part way through my stay here so my opinion may change. (Edit today and dropped a star due to the fact there was literally nothing I could eat on the buffet bar chips :( ) So far the stay has been good. Rooms are decent size and the beds are comfortable. Food is a bit of a mixed bag. You tend to find the red meats have a lot of fat on them. Chicken tends to be good and there is a heck of a lot of fish which can only be expected on an island resort. Today was a joke. If you don’t eat pork and Fish (I can’t eat either) there was nothing for you. Pizza and burger restaurant never has burgers, so that’s a bit of a false advertisement. The local drinks you get as part of the all-inclusive deal are all pretty good. Housekeeping are great in the room is always clean and tidy when they’ve been. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and always have a smile. The entertainment staff are also great they do their best to get to know your name and are pretty good at remembering everybody.

Beautiful location and view from the room. close to the beach. Perfect for long walks . Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are acceptable, clean. Very noisy when is windy. The lifts are always busy. The restaurant is busy , but organised. Food is 2/5 . Not good. They go for quantity not quality. All inclusive drinks are limited. The cocktails are from cheap ingredients and not nice at all, the beer is ok. Not my favourite place and I won’t return, but it was ok for once.

Our room was very nice. A small fridge, large flat screen with loads of channels, both English and German and others. A great view of the med. Nice and quiet with aircon 24/7. Free Wlan. Very friendly staff. Every evening there was a show on the open-air stage! Everything was bright and clean. We'll go again.

Spent a wonderful week here, food was amazing, so much choice hot or cold every mealtime. Rooms very comfortable, balcony overlooking the sea. Many shops in walking distance for the obligatory fridge magnets 😁 Globales has many hotels in the Mediterranean so I shall look out for them again.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very clean hotel. The only downside is that the alcohol is watered down. But you kind of expect that for the price! The staff were incredibly friendly, energetic and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
