We returned from our vacation two days ago.
Location: The beach is beautiful and the sea is stunning. There are shops, souvenir stands, and car rental services within walking distance of the hotel — very convenient.
Room: Unfortunately, the room was very noisy. In the evenings, we could clearly hear our neighbors, and during the day there was constant noise from cleaning in nearby rooms. It was difficult to get proper rest.
Entertainment: There was no real animation or organized activities. In the evening, they occasionally hosted Bingo games, and during the day — only basic quizzes about the hotel.
Food: The food was disappointing. The selection was limited and almost the same every day. One evening, they even served sushi with apples, which seemed like an odd choice. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the dining experience.

The room was okay, but the bathroom always smelled like sewage, and the silicone sealant in the shower was moldy.
The flickering light was promptly replaced after a quick report to the reception.
The two very small pools had to be shared with the neighboring building, and the loungers were completely reserved with towels an hour before the pool even opened. In my opinion, these "reservations" should be removed by the staff, as the pool wasn't even open yet. In the lower area, coffee had been spilled, which wasn't cleaned up even three days later, naturally attracting ants.
The Sunbeds on the beachside (grassside with palms) where always full of bird poop.
There where 3 beds ok, and 20 full of poop, they wherent even stacked so just one got pooped, they where spreadet.
And it smelled rought like a pooping place.
The buffet was pretty much the same every day, at least breakfast had no variety. When there were specials, like tortillas, they weren't well labeled, and the layout of the buffet was confusing. Often, various dishes were simply marked "regional specialties," which, of course, provided no information about allergens. The rest of the buffet was sometimes cold. However, the pasta dishes that were available every day were very tasty.
The cleaning staff did a good and thorough job. And the staff was mostly very polite. Only once at the snack bar was I told that I wasn't wearing a shirt, while women were allowed in with just a bikini. And at the pool bar, I was once told off for having two drops of water on my sunglasses, being informed that it's not allowed to enter wet.
The beach, which was a 3-4 minute walk away, was unfortunately always overcrowded, as everyone has access there. Similar to the pool loungers.
All in all, the staff was friendly, the location and facilities questionable, and the rooms unfortunately unsatisfactory. I honestly cannot understand the 4-star rating on Google Maps.

The hotel has a very good location, with a beautiful sea view from the room. There are pools next to the hotel with loungers, which need to be reserved early in the morning to secure a spot. The beach itself is a bit further away, about a 3–4 minute walk, but this is not really an issue. Unfortunately, there are no complimentary sunbeds on the beach for hotel guests – only rental ones available for €15 per day. That’s the more positive part of the review.
When it comes to dining, however, the hotel falls well short of the standards expected from a 4-star property. The food selection was very monotonous, with fish and meat often undercooked or half-raw. Chicken was rarely served. Breakfast consisted mainly of low-quality cold cuts and hams, with a very limited selection of vegetables. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were weak and all tasted the same.
The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom had a terrible smell. The bed was very uncomfortable.
The hotel staff were friendly and polite. The main issue seems to lie in the hotel’s management, which appears to cut corners at every opportunity, ultimately resulting in subpar service. Sadly, we will not be returning to this hotel.

Lovely Rooms with Great Views. Spotlessly Clean all Credit to the Cleaners. Restaurant Staff Extremely Helpful. My Disappointed was the Food .No Plancha area for freshly cooked meat/ fish. What was offered was OK but not Special a Lack of Seafood & Fresh Meat, plus food Not Hot, had to use Microwave to heat up & Dessert area Very Disappointing cake was only served 1 day out of 7 & not Great selection, Breakfast Lacked choice normal Hot stuff Bacon Eggs sometime Sausages cooked Tomatoes but No Baked Beans or Mushrooms.( A Classic English Breakfast)There was a Continental Breakfast selection of cold meats etc & Breads. Fresh Juices were Great & Coffee Good Quality. A few improvements in the Catering is needed As it's a Lovely Positioned Hotel with Fabulous Views.
Foot Note I was a Imserso Clients my Husband & I are From Menorca & my Husband of 38 years is Menorcian & I have lived here for 40 years & regularly Holiday with Imserso. Also I can Assure You there was only Cake on the Dessert Section which was Sunday the 20th of April. We were at the Hotel from the 15th to the 22nd of April 2025. & other clients we met also said the Food was not Hot. I am not in the Habit of writing Untruths.

I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay, and I hope it will be taken constructively.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing for the following reasons:
• The room was extremely small and did not match the expectations set online.
• There was constant noise in the hallways, as if there were no other guests being considered.
• During the rain, our room was flooded, and it was clear that the hotel had no proper backup or drainage system in place.
• The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt more like a retirement home, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
• The food was far from fresh and lacked quality.
• The room was missing basic amenities such as tissues, slippers, and toothbrush kits.
• The bathroom setup was poor, and we could clearly hear the water and sounds from the room above us, which disturbed our sleep every night.
I genuinely hope this feedback helps you improve your services, as the current experience did not meet even basic hospitality standards.
