We checked in late and there was a queue so we had to wait a while so we were exhausted when we got to our room. Room was very basic but it was clean and a place to sleep. We had a sea view so I was happy about that. Food was good. Pools clean . The beach nearby was stunning. The staff worked their socks off they were amazing! Just one young receptionist that had attitude with me but I didn’t let it ruin my holiday. All on all we had a lovely time.

Loved every second of my stay at Club Cala Romani, from the moment I arrived it felt smooth and welcoming.
Upon check-in, I was so impressed at how quick and easy it was, it honestly felt like I never had to wait at all.
Knowing how check-ins can drag sometimes, it was refreshing to be settled in so fast.
Everything about my room was amazing, spotless, and even came with a lovely special treat waiting for me.
Let me say, Naim was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve met.
On reception, Anna and Joanna were both incredibly kind and guided me whenever I needed help exploring the area.
Very grateful for their warmth and patience, they truly made my stay even better.
Even though the food was a bit basic, that didn’t bother me because I wasn’t really there for the food.
Sometimes I would just grab a pizza or burger and eat in the room, occasionally some Bulgarian treats.
Plus, there’s a beautiful beach just down the green path, peaceful, scenic, and absolutely worth the walk.
Every moment there felt calm and special, the perfect place to unwind.
The whole atmosphere of Club Cala Romani was welcoming and full of good energy.
You can tell the team genuinely care about making guests feel happy.
All in all, an unforgettable stay that I’d recommend to anyone — can’t wait to come back! ❤️

A lot of harsh reviews on here, rooms are clean and cleaned daily by friendly staff, reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Tv remote and WiFi not included is interesting but not the end of the world, who needs it when on holiday anyway?
All inclusive drinks are included using a cup system, maximum of 2 per person at a time but you can have all you want so is no big deal.
Really nice area and the pool is great.
If you want a quiet place with no children or drunken brits then definitely not the place for you.
Would come again 👍

Fair place for a family holiday, pool activities for kids all day for different age groups, if you're looking for quiet or relaxing it's not for you. Food was good but breakfast was different each day, not a massive selection of alcoholic drinks, but plenty soft drinks for the kids. The staff can either be really nice or really disrespectful depending. The location is pretty good to walk out the hotel to local shops bars and resteraunts and the beach. Lots of hotels around it.

Dont leave reviews on holidays but ill make exception for this place.
The writing was on the wall when we arrived early hours of morning . Checking in was poor , no manners , took far too long ...20 people on mini bus , took well over hour ..no info giving bout wifi etc or even directions to room...we asked security but that was a complete waste of time as he had poor English and was pointing to the moon lol 😆.. The fun and games started the following day ..when we finally got wifi sorted we went for food and drinks..
The have a policy where you have to return keep plastic cup to get drink .
I took my Autistic son to the toilet and when we came back his cup was taken and he was upset over this ..I approached barmaid over this but I was refused another one , she kept saying " not possible " not possible " I wasnt happy over this and things got heated..( i spent a lot of money on holiday) and i was been refused a plastic cup for God's sake ..Management came and it was sorted ..The plastic cup situation was a problem for other family's too...it became quite comical as the days went on .
There is a few video games for kids to play and a couple of pool tables ( that's it really )
The pool is great and clean and the rooms are clean . The cleaning staff were very nice actually..and the food staff were nice, but always issue with bar staff .. As days went on " not possible not possible, was the theme ....This was a big problem for familys
When checking out , we finished as we started . The male receptionist was real rude to my wife ( which i didnt find out full story till she told be on bus )
I was extremely annoyed over this ( probably why she didnt tell me , as I wouldn't havd put up with that )
In my opinion if your thinking 🤔 of gking here DONT
Would we go back ? NOT POSSIBLE

For a three star hotel, you can’t deny that they do quite well and you get what you pay for. My visit here was for 7 days and my group and I had a great time.
One of the things that I was a bit disappointed by was the food. While there was quite a range of foods and drinks, I just wasn’t impressed by the quality of some of the foods. Again, nothing terrible, I managed to eat everything and I’m not a picky eater but there were certain things that were just a bit poor quality and not very tasty.
The service was great! Staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed anything and actually I felt that it was very pleasant. Same goes for the entertainment in the evening and also poolside entertainment was good too.
Location of the town from the hotel was a bit of a walk, about 20 minutes one way, so not awful but after a couple of days it did get quite tedious.
Overall, we had a great time, food was good enough, drinks were good and rooms were great too. If you are going as friend group, I’d probs just avoid as it was heavily family orientated which we didn’t realise when booking.

Came with our family of 4 in September and it was a great trip! The staff where outstanding and couldn’t have done anymore to help us, the rooms where a little bit small for 4 of us but you only slept in them was wasn’t horrible. The food was great with a great Selection each day so always something to eat.
You get a plastic cup when you arrive and that is yours for the full time you are there and they are very hot on this and won’t give you a drink unless you have one, I like the idea but trying not to loose or keep remembering your cup was hard with 2 kids running around!
Entertainment team where spot on with lots of things to do, and then the evening was very good fun.

We booked a week’s holiday planning to stay at this hotel but ended up leaving after just two nights. The room itself was clean and had everything you’d expect, though it was extremely dated. The walls were paper-thin and you could hear not only other guests but also the air-conditioning units humming constantly. The food was acceptable at best; standard cheap all-inclusive fare. Some of the meats didn’t look particularly appetising, so we mostly stuck to fruit and potatoes. The staff, to their credit, were friendly and tried their best to help where they could.
However, none of the above was the real reason we cut our stay short. What truly ruined the experience was the behaviour of other guests and sadly, many of them were fellow Brits. As a British person myself, I was embarrassed by what I saw. From people stumbling around blind drunk at breakfast to the shocking situation of a baby being left alone in a room while the parents went out drinking, it was nothing short of disgraceful.
We did manage to save the holiday by booking our last 5 nights in cala d'or which was nothing short of beautiful and significantly better atmosphere.
This isn’t just about one hotel — it’s about a culture that seems to celebrate cheap excess over decency and respect. The “Brits abroad” stereotype was on full display, and it’s disheartening to see how accurate it can be. Until this attitude changes, no amount of sunshine or all-inclusive deals can make up for the shameful behaviour that gives us all a bad name and would dread to think how much worse it probably is during the peak season aswell.
Vinicius De Biasio
The hotel itself is great, with nightly entertainment and comfortable rooms. The only minor downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so you can sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms, though this was not a big issue for us.
Unfortunately, midway through our stay, both my partner and I experienced severe food poisoning from the restaurant. We had not eaten anywhere else, so we know it came from there. It was bad enough that we were both unwell for days, unable to enjoy our holiday. We travel frequently and have never experienced food poisoning like this before, which was very disappointing and had a big impact on our trip.

booked last minute for 2 adults and 4 year old. upon reading the reviews wasn't expecting much.
arrived about 1am straight to check in fast check in told me a few details took picture of meal times and rules. off to room first thing with room was smelt nice and clean, I always check sheets and mattresses all were clean. wardrobe smelled stale and damp but we left it open the whole holiday and was fine. bathroom was clean fresh towels. balcony bit small and only 2 chairs for 3 people but we just brought out the chair from small desk and mirror.
so meals, all fresh salad,breads.
meals are very repetitive especially snack times. hot dogs sometimes rolls sometimes not. chips always. food wasn't overly warm but they do provide microwave at the back of hall.
now saying they are a family hotel but only doing chicken nuggets 1 night in a week is very poor. should be more kids choice. pudding section was the best. unlimited little tubs of ice cream too. plus Mr whippy at pool bar.
drinks in plastic cups I read reviews saying disgusting using same cup all the time if u ask to get a fresh cup they will happily change for u. good idea that way no random cups lying about.
coffee machine is life but also those tiny paper cups🙄
pool areas very clean. building was clean.
also free bus to beach times at reception beach is a must do absolutely beautiful 😍
*bad points*
>there should be lights at the park at night time my daughter didn't like all the loud music and just wanted to play at the park but no lights??
>repetitive food was good but just bored of same stuff.
>the staff, some were very polite and welcoming, others ie one barman looked like he hated his job and people. reception staff are nice but they seem so busy all the time that when u have a question they just answer quick and wave u on. not great if u didn't understand 😕
>to get to the town we got the bus €6 one way because there are only 2 taxis for the whole resort which is just pointless. so we also got the bus back but when u got to the town hardly anything was open we went scottish school holidays so expected stuff to be open. 😔 very disappointed. cala mallorca.
overall we had a good time we would go back.

Hotel and staff are great and always happy to help. Travelled as a single female and had a nice relaxing time.
Room was spotless and maid came everyday.
As often happens with buffet style dining it can be a little repetitive but easily managed to have something different each day.
Poolside snacks are great too!
Highlight for me was the full body scrub and massage at €69 but you need to book as slots fill fast.
Would definitely return

The hotel met all our expectations. The rooms were clean and in good condition, and the whole place was well maintained. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food. The location was perfect — just a short and easy walk to a beautiful beach and close to many shops. We had a wonderful vacation here. The only small downside was the elevators, as you sometimes have to wait a bit, but it’s easy to get used to ;)

We had an amazing holiday here in Mallorca , the rooms were clean and maintained everyday (if you had the door tag on to say you wanted it cleaned). The pool area was great and there were plenty of sunbeds. The only downside was the food, however there was enough choice to allow you not to go hungry such as the basics (plain rice, chips etc) and the snack bar at dinner we found was better , with burgers, hotdogs and pizza available with fresh salad and fruit. The entertainment was catered towards french , so we went out most nights or sat near the bar. Overall it was a lovely hotel and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Shops are close by , literally across the road!

I had a lovely stay in Globales Samoa. The hotel feel safe and all the staff were very nice too:)
Hotel and rooms including swimming pool and communal area were always very clean. The only downsize was the safe, which was very expensive to hire and lack of mini fridge in the bedrooms.

Last week I was with my family at Samoa and what an experience it was. Truthfully speaking I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews on here regarding the rooms, the evening entertainment, the buffet etc. But we found it very different from what I had read. Yes the rooms could use a little more sound insulation but what is there now is not bad at all. It was not disturbing at all. The spread of food during the meals was great. The waiters were working throughout to clean up the dishes etc and don't be surprised if they come to collect your plate and ask you if you are done even if you are still sitting at the table. I didn't find it rude at all. From where I come from, I would call it efficiency! The entertainment team is brilliant. They try to accommodate as much as possible they can speak at least four different languages and they try to say every sentence four times in four different languages. The evening entertainment was and the staff working in that team are excellent with kids. My son was very sad to come from there and wants to go back there in August. He even invited them individually to visit us... The location is perfect. From my room I had the full view of the sea.... Perfect place would be the balcony to get a sip of the morning coffee whilst looking out to the sea... The beach is about 4min walk down from the hotel. It's nice and family oriented with lots of kids playing in the sand although you may come across a few topless bathers. If you would like to have some excursion, there's a office just opposite to the hotel who have conducted tours which you can explore.... All in all, I am very satisfied with the money I spent... It was a wholesome experience... Kudos to the team working at Globally Samoa and thank you for letting me have this wonderful experience!

Overall we had a good stay. The location was great with very pretty beaches nearby, which we loved. check-out was easy and straightforward. The hotel was very clean, cleaners did a great job and the pools were always clean too.
The food was good overall — some dishes were a bit too salty for our taste, but there was a good variety and it changed every day. Drinks were good, although you do have to keep your cup the whole holiday or you would get charged for another but it’s fair enough.
Entertainment was good fun and there were lots of cute little shops around the area. It’s a good place if you’re looking for a family holiday.
We travelled with our autistic son and there were a few safe foods he would eat, such as chips, nuggets and bread, so we found it fairly SEND-friendly.
The only disappointing part was the room situation. We paid extra for a sea view room, but when we arrived the room wasn’t ready until 2pm. Then when we came back at 2, we were told our room had been changed and we lost the sea view aspect we had paid for. We were disappointed that we weren’t offered any refund or compensation for this. Also, you have to pay a deposit for the TV remote and there were hardly any channels available.
Overall, it was a nice and clean hotel, just a shame about the room issue.

We stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, so we always found something to enjoy—even as fussy eaters. There was also a great selection of desserts and cocktails, which were lovely. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.
The animation team was outstanding. They put so much effort into their performances, and the evening shows were truly impressive. The kids’ clubs were also fantastic—both of my children really enjoyed the activities. Although we didn’t attend many sessions because we were traveling quite a bit, the ones we did join were excellent.
Overall, this hotel helped us create wonderful memories as a family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great value for money! We stayed here for a week with two young kids and couldn’t be happier. The room was good , modern, and cleaned every day. The bar staff were amazing, the draft beer and the cocktails were delicious. I liked that you get one reusable cup for the whole stay – much better than dealing with disposable ones everywhere. Getting around with a stroller could be easy for you: there is a sloped path on the left side of the hotel. We daily drove to different beaches and always found parking nearby. The food was fine for me, fine for the children (pure pasta, fries) though a bit limited for my wife because she does not like foods including fish. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Amazing hotel and location, very nice staff. It was looking nice in photos, but in real was looking even better! The pool always clean ! Its a perfect place for couples or family with children.

Enjoyed the hotel. View was stunning. Got a little fed up with the reserved sunbeds at 7am in the morning. Says in your leaflet that they shouldn't be reserved.Room was lovely and clean. Food was a mixture of likes and dislikes, but overall it was fine. No Allergy information so be careful..A lot of steps to negotiate and not disabled friendly at all.Lots of good drinks available and bar staff were really helpful and quick to serve. The area is great and lots to see. Try the boat rides around the coast..Great holiday..

My family and myself arrived at this hotel for a weeks stay. On first impressions the hotel is very nice and my daughter and I did love the pools. Unfortunately by midweek I was very very ill, 8 hours of continuous vomiting. We should have been pre warned as first night could hear the room next to us being violently sick all night aswell. Stopped eating in the hotel and Unfortunately there is not alot nearby. Room was also full of ants, which the hotel did upgrade us for. Also dont bother with the arcade as none of the machines work and just take your kids money. Not a 4 star hotel at all, everywhere you looks something doesn't work. Have given 4 stars for service as the kids entertainer is great and my daughter loved the mini disco.
Andrew Sparrow
I thought it was a great family hotel. My room was big enough and clean (Mallorca Block) . Kids loved all the swimming pools and slides. Some areas are a little dated, but generally was good standard. I thought selection of food was good most days, never an issue with finding something to eat. Snack bar was handy for the kids. Constant fresh pizza was really nice. All staff were very friendly and worked busily keeping the place tidy. Would definitely go back.

room was decent clean and beds comfy. the cleaners came every day change towels make beds etc.decent food . restaurant is noisy but we sat out of the way so wasn't to bad . pool is nice and slides are fun. if u have kids its perfect for u this hotel as the entertainment is all for kids and stalls etc as we don't we felt wasn't really our thing but thats not the hotels fault . we walked down to the square a few times they had acts on in bars which was good and theys a little market as well . all in all a decent hotel but just not suitable for us as its aimed at children nothing for adults. got last minute on on the beach so we got a bargain so cant complain.
Dave Wiltshire
Nice hotel, great food but if your into things to do you will need to take a bus or hire a car ,there is 2 beaches walking distance and shops and restaurants, but apart from that it's a quiet location with little to do.great for a relaxing holiday though.
Lorah Doherty
We stayed in the Ibiza block on the 6th floor and had a lovely, spacious room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the door card took several tries to work each time, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience.
The room cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help and keeping everything spotless. The food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, while the dining area could get a bit chaotic, the food itself was consistently delicious. We usually don’t expect much from all-inclusive dining, but the rotating themed nights kept things interesting and enjoyable.
The pool and slides were a highlight, clean, well-maintained, and large enough that we never felt crowded. We always managed to find available loungers with no hassle, which made relaxing by the pool even better.
The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the town, and the free shuttle buses to the beach were a great bonus. The kids’ disco and daytime entertainment were fantastic, with the animation team bringing energy and fun every single day.
All the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding, hardworking, friendly, and always with a smile. Their efforts truly made the holiday special.
We had a really lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially families. It’s more geared toward a family-friendly atmosphere than a couples’ getaway, but perfect for what we wanted. We’ll definitely be returning!

I had a three days stay at this hotel end of May and I’m completely satisfied and I’ll will definitely come back. On the day of my birthday I got a bottle of Cava left in the room. The girls in reception (I have to mention the practitioner Eugine and other smiley and loud girl, forgot her name) which where extremely helpful. The view and location is just what you want to get. The restaurant is spotless clean and all reviews I’ve read before visiting were out of the place. The range of food is massive as for AI hotel, no food poisoning or other issues. I’d say if people expect eating lobsters for the price they pay… The only problem are the sizes of shower cabins, which are too tiny, so could be a an issue for bigger individuals. That was my best experience at Spanish holidays so far.

Came back from this hotel yesterday after staying there for a week and would not to back again!
Firstly the positives the location had beautiful sea views and had access to the beach.
When we got to the hotel the lady who greeted us was lovely and we checked in but we had to wait as our room wasn't ready as it was "being cleaned" however soon as we got into the room it was dirty. There was hair all in the shower and the tables had a sticky substance on them which looked like a drink had been spilled and the mirror was covered in hand print marks. Not a great start we asked reception of someone could come back up to clean whilst we went and got food but they didn't come back for a a couple hours and we was very tired from travelling at this point. Cleaners also came into your room even when had the sign on the door, we had to tell them no thank you but they came in again whilst we had told then no.
When having food at the main buffet there was no selection and food was not labelled correctly or had any allergies labelled and when asking the staff what the food was they had a poor understanding of any English and just said no and walked away. Most of the waiting staff were rude and would push the trolleys of food into people or shout at you if you tried to get food and they was impatient and wanting to add more food to the trays. Also people would just push in front of you was getting your food.
The pasta chef made pasta every day and was lovely.
The pizzeria was okay apart from on the last day the chef was handling the food and kept taking food with his hands out of the trays and eating it and then touching other foods or prepping.
The ramp for wheelchair access was also broken and not great to use.
One night the fire alarm went off late and my sister went down to reception to see what was going on and the reception staff just laughed at the people who were trying to get out of the building. No one was informed what was going on and there were people out of bed and families with small children.
Overall not a great hotel and it was an unfortunate stay and will not be going back. Rude staff, unclean, watered down drinks including the pop and squash, no atmosphere.

Just back from a four night stay and leave with a positive lasting memory. Weather wasn't the greatest but we were welcomed by a great team from all at Globales from Alejandro at Desk check in to Chris the new activity co ordinator who was a charming guy to the Lifeguard who we didn't get her name but worked on her own from 9 till 6 every day working tirelessly. Location is fantastic rooms spotless, and if you read majority of food reviews they are mixed at best with some real horror stories this was not our experience food was good think people need to realise that your in a different country and sometimes food isn't cooked the same way as at home...then you just choose something else more than plenty of variety in my opinion.it was our first Wedding Anniversary and was just what we signed up for
Thanks Globales

Stayed in August 2025. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I'll start with the positives: location, food, beach, and view from the balcony. Cons:
The staff was very rude, and the lady who checked us in at night was rude and mean. The hotel is showing its age, the cleanliness is terrible, and there's soot coming from the chimney, staining clothes. There aren't enough umbrellas and loungers by the pool.
The biggest downside was that upon arrival, we were placed in room 101, which turned out to be a terrible transitional room. It was dirty, smelly, cramped, and completely unsuitable for overnight stays. No one told us it was a temporary room for the night, which meant we had to wait until 1 PM the next day for another room.It was a nightmare, causing stress and disbelief.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The food was good with plenty of variety, but the bar service was very limited for those with an all-inclusive package. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired: towels were never changed and the floor wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. We were traveling with a small child and noticed there were no activities for kids, not even a simple play area with toys. The staff were polite, but overall the service did not meet expectations.
What to do on a Calas de Mallorca holiday:
Calas de Mallorca holidays are perfect for families, solo travellers and couples. From scuba diving to exploring the Caves of Drach, there is something to do for everyone.
Maintaining its chilled Balearic atmosphere, the nightlife in this area is well worth sampling, with plenty of good quality restaurants dotted along the coastline.
With its island location, there are plenty of excursions to take advantage of via boat – a cruise up to Cala Millor, a day trip to Palma and an overnight stay in the islet of Cabrera.
