Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

I recently visited HSM Canarios Park with my friends for a nice memorable holiday. However it wasn’t nice at all and memorable for all the wrong reasons!! When we first arrived we were greeted by reception and when we checked in we were given a sheet of paper which was for a single cup for drinks for the WHOLE HOLIDAY!! I found this appalling as we paid for an all inclusive, so having to have one cup the whole holiday shouldn’t be right and definitely not very hygienic. On our first day we made a complaint to the holiday company we flew with as the hotel was not how it was described when we booked it and VERY unhygienic. The tables were dirty, our food was cold at breakfast, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold on it (which was unsafe for me as i have asthma), the bathroom would flood after one use of the shower, the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the room next door, stains on the bed sheets and around the room, there was no inside lock on the door and there was loads of bugs in our room (ants, silverfish on my bed, A RAT, and other creatures). We then got called in the managers office and the way he spoke to us was appalling!!! We were a group of 3 girls and 2 boys and in this ‘meeting’ he only wanted to speak to the girls!!!! This was because he was trying to single us out and saw us as easy targets. When we finally argued that we aren’t going in without the boys he let us all in. When we were in there he singled me out made me sit down on a chair and asked me condescending questions like ‘do you know where you are?’. Throughout the whole meeting he was very condescending, unapologetic, unprofessional and just out right rude treating us like children and constantly stereotyping us! We never stayed in the hotel as we didn’t feel safe we was only there to sleep and shower. In the day we would take the beach shuttle to the beach which was VERY unreliable. The man driving the 8 seater van would try and fit around 15 people in the van which was very unsafe! And he said to me and my friends if we didn’t squeeze in the van, which already had 15 people in there we would have to wait for an hour! This was RIDICULOUS as when I spoke to reception they said he should come back until there is no one waiting, which was a lie! Overall all of the staff made us all feel extremely uncomfortable the whole trip, the staff was talking and pointing at us all the time and just being very unhelpful! The only member of staff in the entire hotel that was kind, fun and made us feel welcome was the lady in the shop! She would dance with us when we would enter, and had amazing energy! She deserves all the praise and deserves better than working in that dump!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I understand that the hotel is only listed as a three star, but some of things we experienced during our stay wouldn’t even qualify for a one star hotel.

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

After reading the reviews on this place I was dreading it!! I couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff, especially the entertainment team, are great. The rooms are very basic, with some rooms being very high up if you have small children. We were on the 4th floor and had to tell the kids not to be on the balcony alone. It can be noisy however it never kept us awake. Would not recommend this hotel for childless people. It is VERY child friendly, ours are 6 and 4 and always something going on for them. Food is ok. We had some really nice meals. No issues with food poisoning. Always chips, pizza and pasta for the kids if you have fussy eaters! Breakfast was lovely every day. The free minivan is a bonus to the town and beach. The town is lovely with activities like renting quads available. Beach is gorgeous! The pools are great. We spent all of our holiday around the kids pool and splash park, the other pool is a little deep. With the shallow end being 1.2m, better suited for good swimmers or adults. Splash park is amazing for the kids with little slides. Some of these reviews I feel are very harsh. It is a 3 star hotel and if you expect 3 star you will love it. For the price of the holiday we can’t fault it.

Me and my family have had a wonderful 7 days at the hotel and really enjoyed it, the rooms are basic but fine, the beds were comfy and the air con worked really well. It's a ten min walk down a lovely path to the beach, the sea is lovely and clear you can see fish by the rocks and also jump into the sea from one point on the cliff. The food was varied and very tasty the staff work really hard cleaning the tables and topping up the buffet, we never had any trouble finding a large table. The pool area is massive and the pool never felt really crowded and they also put on some excellent entertainment around the pool, we did not have any problems getting enough sunbeds for a lovely relaxing day by the pool eating and drinking plenty lol. The staff all work really hard so thank you for a really lovely week's holiday which we will never forget.

Rooms are a bit dated but the cleaners are wonderful. The pools are absolutely fabulous. The food is good, something for everyone, lots of fresh salads, rice, pasta, pizza for the kids! Bar staff are brilliant. Entertainment staff were good. The kids disco is too competitive and should just focus on dancing, it left our little one in tears more than once, so we stopped going, he just wanted to dance. Over all we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

We were in the new block not the main hotel. Excellent apartment. Spacious, clean, great air-conditioning, wonderful terrace/balcony. Food was better than we were expecting. Mia and the entertainment team make a great effort at all times. Lovely walk down to a beautiful beach... The only reason not five stars is no fault of the hotel at all. Just selfish, rude, entitled guests. Pushing in at the shop and bar, threw our belongings out of the way while we were in the pool to take our loungers, not cleaning up after themselves, starting fights in the evening (free entertainment from our balcony)... This was our first all inclusive forign holiday as a family and unfortunately I feel our fellow brits abroad reputation is well deserved :(

This is my fourth day of a solo holiday just for a break in the sun. It’s a large hotel with 3 different buildings. One large dining room, pool bar and couple of others on an evening. It’s spotlessly clean the staff work tireless and I’ve encountered them friendly and helpful. The food is fine, typical 2 /3star buffet always fresh salad, bread and fruit in hand. Wine on tap in the dining room as well as juices etc. Menu is changed daily and again spotlessly clean. Sunbeds are fine they are comfortable but bring a pillow as they don’t sit up. The little shop sells blow up wedges for them. Sunbeds washed down every night and pool area cleaned thoroughly. Also bear in mind it’s a budget hotel and there are lots of families with children. Don’t leave reviews moaning putting people off when you expect cordon bleu meals for this price. Ignore the bad reviews it’s not that bad! Plastic cup situation yea cool idea but I like a nice glass. Check in could be easier and faster too

Lovely area, nice hotel. No kettle in room, if you want one it's €20. I bought one. No TV Remote, it's €20. Rooms are clean. Food mixed bag of meals, wasn't a lover of it. All inclusive, but you can't take food out. You can't take fruit out. Snack bar, same food daily, hamburg, chicken nuggets & toasties. Also, you hire your cup for the bar €1 per cup, you can't get a drink without it, you have to carry it with you, they do swap them out at bar, but carrying the cup constantly is a pain. Crazy logic to it. The pools are awesome, entertainment with interaction with fun. While in pool, Town is 5 minute walk, Cooked breakfast was amazing at the travellers Inn. Lovely gifts and plenty to find in the shops.

Last week I was with my family at Samoa and what an experience it was. Truthfully speaking I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews on here regarding the rooms, the evening entertainment, the buffet etc. But we found it very different from what I had read. Yes the rooms could use a little more sound insulation but what is there now is not bad at all. It was not disturbing at all. The spread of food during the meals was great. The waiters were working throughout to clean up the dishes etc and don't be surprised if they come to collect your plate and ask you if you are done even if you are still sitting at the table. I didn't find it rude at all. From where I come from, I would call it efficiency! The entertainment team is brilliant. They try to accommodate as much as possible they can speak at least four different languages and they try to say every sentence four times in four different languages. The evening entertainment was and the staff working in that team are excellent with kids. My son was very sad to come from there and wants to go back there in August. He even invited them individually to visit us... The location is perfect. From my room I had the full view of the sea.... Perfect place would be the balcony to get a sip of the morning coffee whilst looking out to the sea... The beach is about 4min walk down from the hotel. It's nice and family oriented with lots of kids playing in the sand although you may come across a few topless bathers. If you would like to have some excursion, there's a office just opposite to the hotel who have conducted tours which you can explore.... All in all, I am very satisfied with the money I spent... It was a wholesome experience... Kudos to the team working at Globally Samoa and thank you for letting me have this wonderful experience!

The hotel is lovely & well maintained in the communal areas, the floor is so shiny, you can literally see your reflection. The rooms are OK, but a little outdated and worn, but fine enough to sleep in each night - clean & tidy. There is a lot of noise during the night of comings & goings & i could hear the guy in the next room snoring all night. There is only 2 lifts with a capacity of 4 each for a massive hotel, so you had to wait everytime you wanted to go back to the room. The snack bar is better than the meal meals, but not by much. The food in general was just not good at all, but I'm possibly being biast, as i am a very fussy eater. Dining area was lovely though & well set out. Waiters would literally remove your plates if you moved off the seat for a second, which sorta gave me the fear to move. Entertainment was absolutely appalling - if your from the UK, dont waste your time using this hotel, the entertainment was in french. There was no structure or point to it & people walked out during it. Staff were all absolutely lovely, from reception, the bar, to the cleaners. Views we actually beautiful 😍 as can be seen.

We've just spent a week at this hotel. Beautiful and clean, overlooking the sea. Staff were all so friendly. The reception staff had knowledge of buses to get to locations and had a bus time table printed off and gave recommendations. The entertainment staff were first class. So many activities throughout the day. So fun and inclusive. Many of the staff being multilingual! The evening entertainment was brilliant and different every night. The restaurant food had a theme each night and plenty of variety. The snack bar was great for the kids, producing fresh pizza all day with plenty of fresh fruit. The bar had a huge selection for all inclusive and we never had to queue. A wonderful week spent in a beautiful location on a great hotel.

We were there with a family and my 6 y.o daughter didn’t have what to do cause for children there was only disco in the evening and that’s all. The program is on French language that makes difficult to understand it. The food is various but breakfasts were the same all the week. I can’t say that the food is not tasty but we didn’t enjoy it. When you eat and it left 10-15 min till the end of lunch for example , the personal literally takes a plate from your mouth and all the time reminds you that you should go away . You don’t feel comfortable during meal. Our room was cleaned only 3 times !!! Despite of that thing we put a sign about cleaning . So we had to come and make our beds by ourselves. The elevator is another story. All the time there is a queue near it and if you want to get to your room you may wait for 10 minutes. We went by foot mostly on the sixth floor. The pools are without warming so when we were they were very cold. You don’t have where to go except market and some restaurants. The hotel is for 50+ but not for families with children or for young couples . We really wanted to go home . The only good thing is a picturesque view from the room and sea.

First time in Mallorca, and everything has been a big plus. The food is delicious, The staff is friendly and helpful, and they speak several languages — which we truly admire. The rooms are relatively clean, with working air conditioning. Great location for people who don’t like tourist crowds. You can rent a car just across the street for a reasonable price and go on a trip around the island. I honestly recommend it to everyone!

I thought it was a great family hotel. My room was big enough and clean (Mallorca Block) . Kids loved all the swimming pools and slides. Some areas are a little dated, but generally was good standard. I thought selection of food was good most days, never an issue with finding something to eat. Snack bar was handy for the kids. Constant fresh pizza was really nice. All staff were very friendly and worked busily keeping the place tidy. Would definitely go back.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a week and had an overall great experience, especially as a family with a small child. The biggest highlight was the head waiter, Said. He runs the restaurant with incredible professionalism and warmth. You can see how well he leads the team—everything runs smoothly, and he treats guests with genuine kindness. Said truly deserves recognition and made our stay feel special. The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself, while showing signs of age, is clearly being refreshed. You can tell the staff are making an effort to improve its appearance, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is good—not directly on the beach, but there is a free shuttle minibus that runs several times a day. However, not everyone fits in at once, so the driver often does multiple rounds to make sure everyone gets there. This worked well enough, but something to keep in mind during peak times. The food was overall good, but the breakfast was particularly repetitive, which made mornings a bit less exciting. Still, there was enough variety to suit most tastes, and everything was fresh and nicely presented. The snack bar was fine, offering typical fast food options throughout the day. However, I would have appreciated a few healthier choices, and especially some freshly cut fruit, which was missing and would have been a great addition—particularly for families with kids. The evening entertainment was lovely, especially the mini disco, which our child really enjoyed. There was plenty for kids to do—from waterslides to a fun sand playground, which made it a great choice for families with young children. The only real downside was the lack of a ramp in our building. We had to carry the stroller up and down stairs every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the elevators are extremely small, making them difficult to use with a stroller. Despite that, we had a genuinely enjoyable stay. With a few improvements, this hotel could become an excellent family destination. For now, it’s a solid choice for families looking for a clean, welcoming place with great service—especially thanks to Said.

What an experience. This place has everything you need. 5 minute bus to the absolutely stunning beach and just a 10 min walk to the shopping centre with loads of bars and shops. And as a man who loves a beer, beer on tap is perfect and the wife loves the cocktails. The rooms were spotless and food different every day. We’ve booked to come back next year already

We stayed in the Ibiza block on the 6th floor and had a lovely, spacious room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the door card took several tries to work each time, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience. The room cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help and keeping everything spotless. The food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, while the dining area could get a bit chaotic, the food itself was consistently delicious. We usually don’t expect much from all-inclusive dining, but the rotating themed nights kept things interesting and enjoyable. The pool and slides were a highlight, clean, well-maintained, and large enough that we never felt crowded. We always managed to find available loungers with no hassle, which made relaxing by the pool even better. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the town, and the free shuttle buses to the beach were a great bonus. The kids’ disco and daytime entertainment were fantastic, with the animation team bringing energy and fun every single day. All the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding, hardworking, friendly, and always with a smile. Their efforts truly made the holiday special. We had a really lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially families. It’s more geared toward a family-friendly atmosphere than a couples’ getaway, but perfect for what we wanted. We’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing holiday! Second year in a row and still we want to come back for more! Amazing animation team- Nico and Valentin are the souls of the hotel. Amazing gluten free food available on the request. Kids entertainment top of the top! Highly recommended for everyone with kids ! Through the whole week I didn’t hear ‘mum I am bored’ not even once !!! It says it all! Looking forward to be back next year!⭐️💯

Great value for money! We stayed here for a week with two young kids and couldn’t be happier. The room was good , modern, and cleaned every day. The bar staff were amazing, the draft beer and the cocktails were delicious. I liked that you get one reusable cup for the whole stay – much better than dealing with disposable ones everywhere. Getting around with a stroller could be easy for you: there is a sloped path on the left side of the hotel. We daily drove to different beaches and always found parking nearby. The food was fine for me, fine for the children (pure pasta, fries) though a bit limited for my wife because she does not like foods including fish. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Enjoyed the hotel. View was stunning. Got a little fed up with the reserved sunbeds at 7am in the morning. Says in your leaflet that they shouldn't be reserved.Room was lovely and clean. Food was a mixture of likes and dislikes, but overall it was fine. No Allergy information so be careful..A lot of steps to negotiate and not disabled friendly at all.Lots of good drinks available and bar staff were really helpful and quick to serve. The area is great and lots to see. Try the boat rides around the coast..Great holiday..

Rooms were lovely and staff were really nice, seemed really good with kids, however food could be better, no allergen advice and no veggie options. Pool was also very small and no showers or changing rooms. And some of the staff short served the all inclusive drinks whereas others were brilliant and actually made what you asked for. Entertainment was as a bit hit and miss some of them were brilliant others… not so much

We went as a 6 adults and 2 children group. Transfer was a little long but HSM Calas Park was above our expectations. Staff were spot on ( especially the bar staff ) All were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size, Cleaners came round every day, Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed 3 times during our week . I struggle to find what people say about the food and drink. Drinks were spot on, local beer on tap was Estrella so good. Cocktails were generous with the size of the shots and good alcohol content ( unlike other places we have stayed before ) Food was always warm, topped up straight away and lots of choices. There wasn’t a day that we couldn’t choose a meal ( bearing in mind you can eat from 8am til 11pm and drink until midnight ) The pool is a little smaller than it looks on the photos but it’s still a nice pool and we got a sun bed every day. The entertainment staff came around every day to try and get people involved with either aqua-aerobics, pool, table tennis, dancing and water polo. There is Kids club from 11am with lots of activities for 4yrs plus and the team again are great with the kids. Evening entertainment was good and varied with most evenings the area was full to watch it. Thoroughly recommend the massage in the massage room. Both my wife and myself had a half hour back, shoulder and neck massage and it was very good. I had an issue with our toilet the first day, within half an hour, maintenance had been and swapped out the whole inner working of the toilet, explaining that the salt and limescale get in the workings. All done and dusted within an hour, couldn’t fault it. Little ones did a pony ride too which they really enjoyed. All in All, we all had a fantastic stay… We would recommend this place for a family holiday.

Amazing, we had a sea view from our balcony which was awesome, Richie has so much energy and gets you motivated and want to get involved with the activities, Garoe, is super friendly also and always greets you with a smile and the memory of both will stay with me forever as they are both legends! I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn't for the very rude woman with tattoos at reception, I believe her name is Nathalie, who was very friendly on the first day, but as soon as she knew we were leaving turned into a dragon, as if to say, we've had your money now f-off!!! Which kind of ruined my experience. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and let's hope they get rid of her soon, or she changes her attitude to make it more pleasant for others in the future! A massive Thank you to all the staff who went out their way to make it an enjoyable holiday 🥰

I stayed at Globales America from July 29 to August 4, and was disappointed in several areas. The reception: I checked in first, and everything was fine, however, when my mom arrived at the hotel the next morning with a group of other people, the reception staff seemed very bothered and annoyed. Later, when I asked simple questions about beach towels, I got the same unfriendly attitude. The noise: there is a program for kids every night with songs for kids, and it is really noisy everywhere you are. You can hear the music when you close the door to your room and even when you go down to the beach. The program finished around 11 p.m. each night, very disruptive if you want to sleep earlier. Food and drinks: food was okay. However, not all drinks were included in the all-inclusive package, and those that were free didn’t taste good — the alcohol in particular seemed to be of very cheap quality. Cleanliness: the hotel itself and the rooms were clean, but the way to the public beach from the hotel looked awful. It is clear that the path is outside the territory of the hotel, but as it is the direct way from the hotel to the beach, the expectation is that the hotel would make at least minimal efforts to keep it clean and decent. Also, note that the public beach didn't seem to be cleaned and was pretty dirty all the time. Overall, I do not recommend Globales America, and it was not worth the money spent.

Good points: Food- really good selection, every day different dishes/themes. I struggle to see how anyone could complain about the food. Animation team- They were fantastic, they tried to get everyone involved and with only 4 of them I cant believe how hard they worked. Staff- From check in to check out all staff were happy, helpful and cleaning team do a fantastic job. Bad points: I just feel the Hotel is a little tired. Particularly around the pool as there are a fair few broken floor tiles and in some areas they are actually lifting. I just felt the Hotel would of been in its prime 10/15 years ago. As good points greatly out weigh the bad points I would return to this hotel.

We returned from our vacation two days ago. Location: The beach is beautiful and the sea is stunning. There are shops, souvenir stands, and car rental services within walking distance of the hotel — very convenient. Room: Unfortunately, the room was very noisy. In the evenings, we could clearly hear our neighbors, and during the day there was constant noise from cleaning in nearby rooms. It was difficult to get proper rest. Entertainment: There was no real animation or organized activities. In the evening, they occasionally hosted Bingo games, and during the day — only basic quizzes about the hotel. Food: The food was disappointing. The selection was limited and almost the same every day. One evening, they even served sushi with apples, which seemed like an odd choice. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the dining experience.

The rooms were quite all the time remade, which is good, but the bed sheets and the pillow were never changed, also I found some hairs in my bed which they weren’t mine because they were long and thin. The service was decent but not excellent. The position was good and very strategic for the customers. But something that was terrible was the food. Me and my brothers all got the fever and sick after 5 days of being in the hotel, the food was, most of the time, frozen and the only thing that saves the meal was the chef that cooked the pasta at the moment. The food was clearly made in large quantities without thinking about the quality. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel in the future.

The hotel has a very good location, with a beautiful sea view from the room. There are pools next to the hotel with loungers, which need to be reserved early in the morning to secure a spot. The beach itself is a bit further away, about a 3–4 minute walk, but this is not really an issue. Unfortunately, there are no complimentary sunbeds on the beach for hotel guests – only rental ones available for €15 per day. That’s the more positive part of the review. When it comes to dining, however, the hotel falls well short of the standards expected from a 4-star property. The food selection was very monotonous, with fish and meat often undercooked or half-raw. Chicken was rarely served. Breakfast consisted mainly of low-quality cold cuts and hams, with a very limited selection of vegetables. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were weak and all tasted the same. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom had a terrible smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. The main issue seems to lie in the hotel’s management, which appears to cut corners at every opportunity, ultimately resulting in subpar service. Sadly, we will not be returning to this hotel.
