Nice location on seafront back road. Lovely hot shower. A/C worked but was not fully functional. Toilet seat was broken, TV did not work. Breakfast was a good typical Turkish option. You get what you pay for. Reckon there must be better though for price.

Basic hotel . Brilliant location. The staff are really polite and friendly . Cesar the bar tender is lovely There are no snacks or poolside food available here

The hotel was absolutely disgusting the food had no flavour same food, some food was from the morning if it didn’t get finished for lunch and dinner and 2 day old food that they reheated up. had to carry our luggage to 3rd floor after a long flight and on our way going from hotel. Room got changed every 3 days even though your paying for every night stay, so room should be cleaned everyday. The shower doors don’t slide or close properly the toilet seat was broken the toilet had dirt marks always had to go down and get toilet paper and then they where getting angry because they had to move to go and get it for me . They do no work in that hotel it’s horrible and dirty dust everywhere around the bar in the bedrooms the food trays they served in where dirty. No fizzy during meal times only soft 3 soft juice. The bar closed at 11.00 sometimes at 12.00 but drinks where stopped at 10.00pm even though we paid for all inclusive and the bar was closing late. 1 drink at a time and some people got drinks after 10.00 and one boy 20years old kept saying to us bar is closed, but then would give others drinks we also didn’t get any snacks for all inclusive when we have paid for everything 😡 when the man that was in charge was questioned he said it’s light all inclusive what does that even mean and looked at him and said on the website it says all inclusive the same man was in charge again I am disgusted with the late night man in charge on Thursday 3rd October there was violence going in the room next to me I was so scared for the women her boyfriend was beating her up I went running down and told him he said this has happened few days a go and they will a kiss and make up by morning and he said that I have asked if I should call the police she said no he left it but abuse continued upstairs in they room where I could hear her scream and the wall and door banging her saying let me go I went down and said you need to do something call them or go and ask if she is okay, he said I can’t do anything a few times I went then my brother went down as he could hear her screams from the other side in his room the abuse continued from 12.00am till 4.10am we had to leave as we had a flight back home. My brother spoke to the guy in charge that night he came up and said oh the light is off and went off the stupid man did not wait around and went straight down. Of course he was going to hit her in the dark so no one would know where the noice would come from that’s how smart he was. He kept on covering her mouth when he was hitting her it was horrific. We did not sleep with all the noises the scare and the stress of not being able to help her and not knowing what to do specially being in a foreign country and having a flight few hours later. I hope she is okay but never again would I go to Reis Maris hotel is not even a star. When I read reviews I thought oh I mite like it people are just being too picky oh Noo the reviews where real about this hotel after what I saw and heard for myself never again will I use this hotel...

This is a very basic hotel, the showers are dodgy several flooding, we stayed all inclusive but only tried the breakfast and lunch, paid to eat out as the food is very poor with very little choice
