Reception staff not helpful and very arrogant men. Rooms are okay but if you have a 2 bedroom you have to pay £140 for air-conditioning and your not allowed another key it's one key per room. Top rooms are very very hot even with air-conditioning. The pool closes at 6.30pm and they throw the chemicals in so it will burn if anyone goes in not ideal for a pool to close that early. Cleaners are lovely and hotel is beautiful and in great location. Don't think I would come back to this hotel.

This is an honest review, the hotel is ideally situated and the pool and pool staff are great, the reception staff are a complete joke. They are unwelcoming and rude, and they are talking nastily about you in Turkish whilst you are still stood there. The room has a charge of £70 for the air con (quite common in turkey) but keep in mind that if you have a 2 bedroom apartment you will need to pay double ( £140) as it is £70 per unit... This is not as common and seems a rip off compared to other hotels. The cleaners are good and the rooms are ok, dated, but ok. The hotel shop is twice the price of the supermarket up the road... And the pool bar is a little pricey. But the staff around the pool seem nice, there is no lifeguard at the pool but the pool itself is good. In short.... Don't ask for any help whatsoever with anything at reception, they are useless and not interested. All in all we had a great holiday and it is a cheap place to lay your head.

This hotel was very good . The pool was cleaned and checked regularly. The service and entertainment around the pool was good . They kept kids entertained . So if you want quite maybe not so good. The turkish bath in hotel was excellent. The drink and toasted cheese sandwich s around pool were good . They also have on site doctors, shop, hairdressers . Tattooist. Helpfull friendly staff . All 5 of us would return to this hotel

We stayed here 10 nights, hotel rooms were good size, plenty cupboard space, fridge freezer and a microwave all included. Ac is an extra (£6 a day per room)
Pool is a good size and has 4 slides which is a bonus, kept relatively clean.
Staff at reception are very friendly and help with whatever u need.
Defo recommend getting the massage here at the spa was well worth it !
We were half board however a lot of the menu is not on the half board option so you have to pay extra, be sure to see what comes on and doesn’t as some nights we could order certain food but then others we couldn’t depending on who takes your order.
Food was average, service however wasn’t the best when they were a little busy they would just rush starters and mains out together which isn’t ideal and when you complained about it they would just look at you like it’s not their fault !
The hotel has a little shop which is reasonably priced but you weren’t allowed to buy drinks from here betweeen (10am - 4pm I think) meaning you would have to pay the bar prices which was high, however there is a little shop just around the corner if u wanna save yourself some money !
Entertainment was ok (kids enjoyed) just very repetitive.
Location is good only a 15 min walk to beach and to the main bars and restaurants.
Turkey is a lot more expensive then our previous visits, everyone is trying to rip you off however if u can haggle defo haggle some places will knock a good £20 off!

We have staid at this hotel this hotel this month and most of it was ok for the money we paid. Unfortunately there ware some down sides that we noticed on our stay.
1. The pool was overcrowded and to small for the amount of guests this hotel has and to be able to have a sunbed you had to get up early in the morning to be able to have them.
2. Cleaning was done every day but not proper just make the beds and nothing alls that I noticed.
3. For the 8 days that we been there out towels haven't been changed once despite our request.
4. On our first day we had a so called holiday representative from adamar how offered us different excursions we choose four of them however we done only two one was cancelled on the day we had to go and our rep think to let us know after the activity was cancelled and the second one my son was ill so we had to cancel and ask for refund wich did not happend not even now after one week that we are back from holiday.
5. An advise is if you get sick and you need antibiotics I will go to farmacie and speak with them they will give you antibiotics. Do not ask anyone to buy it for you as we did asking our holiday representative to do so and he charged is 10 GPB when in farmaci you can buy them with 5 gbp. If you going to Marmaris for holidays I think is good to know that there are people how are genuine and others how try to rip you off make sure you shop around. Never by gold from God Center in Marmaris they are the most expensive on the market and will try to get as much money they can from you.
Boat trip:
Is nice however it will take you on the same route every time.
Jeep Safety:
Is ok however you will be rushed and they take you to a water fall which is very small and nothing spectacular and all so on Jesus's Beach wich the same is nothing special.
Scubadaiving:
Is ok however don't expect to be diving more the 5 to 10 minutes.
Turkish Night
A good night however it will be hold in the same place every time and if you se this once it won't worth going the second time because it want change a thing.
Pamukkale:
Is a beautiful place to see bee mindful that is a tax of 30 euro to pay to get in and if you want to swim in so called Cleopatra Pull you have to pay around 10 euros more.
Food on the tips:
On all the trips you will have lunch witch is always chicken brest with pasta and salad.
Drinks
Most of the time you will have soft drinks and beer included. However is better to carry a bottle of water.
