We had a great 10 days here. All the staf were so friendly from reception, to waiters, entertainer's and cleaners. We had such a lovely holiday. The food was amazing. All "A la carte" menu brekafats and dinner made fresh to order. Good variety of dishes and cuisines. And the entertainment was amazing from pool party's, water volley ball, water polo. They were working so hard to keep us entertained throughout the day and night. Kids disco and dance club every night and then adult entertainment with different shows and acts. The hotel was close to shops and amenities and only about 10 mins walk from local beach and strip of shops and restaurants. Thank you Alenz Suite staff for an amazing holiday.

Just home from 10 nights here.... FABULOUS!!
Check-in was smooth and easy and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful on a few occasions throughout our stay.
The room was clean and comfortable. We had a two-bedroom apartment, which had an en-suite/shower in the master bedroom and another bathroom and shower for the living room and kids' bedroom. There were cooking facilities (two-ring hob, extractor, fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, utensils etc) provided and a pleasant balcony with chairs and table. Housekeeping attended daily to make the beds and freshen the room and to provide fresh towels.
The pool is amazing, especially for kids, with big slides. There is also a baby pool with little slides. Staff were always vigilant around the pool, keeping everyone safe. There were plenty of sunbeds; our family of four never had a problem getting beds together. There is a separate terrace area with sunbeds which is a bit quieter and popular for those without kids.
The entertainment was excellent and pretty much non-stop throughout the day, with activities for everyone from toddlers to adults. Evening entertainment was brilliant, with big shows every few nights and smaller events in-between. Dr. Curly and his team made sure that there was never a dull moment.
There is a playground for the little ones and an arcade/pool shack for the bigger kids.
The on-site restaurant was very good, food was excellent, great service and very reasonably-priced for a hotel, serving meals and drinks throughout the day.
The location was fabulous. There are loads of restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance and a taxi rank right outside. It was only 5-10 minutes by taxi to the harbour but this meant that we were far enough away so that the prices for everything were significantly lower.
The area felt very safe with police cars passing every so often and there was never any sense of trouble.
There is an on-site tattooist, hairdresser, shop and health spa (all payable, of course). There is also a currency exchange service available... the rates were very slightly lower than the local banks but I'm ralking maybe 1 or 2 lira per GBP than the official rate, so if you're exchanging a couple of hundred quid, you're getting a couple hundred lira less, which will not get you much. If you prefer though, there are plenty of exchange options within a 10-15 minute walk.
Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

We've just returned from a 10 day stay here. Entertainment staff are really good (especially Jon)- plenty of pool games for adults amd children. We had an apartment which was two bedrooms and living area with kitchen in between. En suite in master bedroom which had a spacious shower and a separate shower and w/c outside 2nd bedroom. Very close to the beach so around 10 min walk. The rooms are super hot so air con is a must. However, they fail to advertise that it is £14 a day for 2 units in an appartment. They want payment for the duration of holiday too so bear this mind when booking( £140 10 days) There is an option to hire a fan for £4 per day which we did for.the living area and used aircon in the bedrooms. Some shops hire fans for £10 per week which we did on last week.
The pool is very busy and they have strict rules on reserving sunbeds. They allow you to reserve from 7.30 but if you don't get down there handy, you make be stuck in the shaded area which gets zero sun all day. Slides are great and run from around 10 to 4. Drinks are £4 each (Coke, Sprite) We ate out so cant comment on the food prices. They only issue you 1 key card so that's really annoying. If you lock yourself out or lose your key, there is a £10 charge for a new one.
The hotel and its location is very busy. It doesn't sleep and the traffic is pretty noisy throughout the night so if you're looking for peace amd quiet this hotel is not for you. There were arguments and fights during the night most nights which appears to happen a lot reading other reviews.
By day 4 we decided to use a hotel nearby that we had stayed in 3 years prior (Palm Garden Keskin)which has a lovely pool and restaurant. Food lovely, free WiFi and friendly staff. Very chilled resort.
I am not a fan of Alenz and won't be returning

Deceiving (family of 6)
On the face of it, this place looks nice, and it is....BUT....
If you're looking for a peaceful family holiday, this is NOT the place for you.
If you wanna be up till 12am drinking and partying, fighting and shouting, then definitely book it. Walls are paper thin, music goes on beyond 12pm, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Lots of rowdy guests at night. Has more in common with ragamuffin. Most of the staff pleasant enough.
Air conditioning for 2 weeks is almost 300 pounds, which goes off when your card is out of the wall. (If you leave it in, the cleaners take it out).
Extra card? Extra 10 quid!
Entertainment times at night need a rehaul.
Kids Entertainment doesn't start till 8.30pm.
Food not great but ok. Place is too busy for the facilities.
You need to be up at 5.45am to go and get a sunbed, otherwise you won't get one.
If you do bring your kids, look out for them and ask them to respect others. The waterside attendant "Curly" is brilliant, but none of the kids listen to him. Seen young kids swearing at him because they cant follow rules.
Unfortunately, we won't be back here again, and in fact are thinking about either changing hotels or flying home early, 5 days in to a 2 week holiday

It it a nice set out don’t get me wrong. I stayed here in 2015 which was a great hotel loved every moment of it stayed in 2023 never again.
Our first morning we sat at the cafe area waited around 20 mins for someone to come over I did not know if it was self service or someone comes over to your table… someone finally came over took our order.
The following day we was sat down waiting to order food and drinks waiting for the staff which all always stand around the bar area looking at you we waited around half hour but other families that was seated straight away had been seen instantly.
I feel they focus more on large family groups rather then couples Becouse they get extra money that’s just my opinion.
The steak baguette was really nice but unfortunately the way we was treated made us feel uncomfortable and we ate out everyday instead.
Padlock on the fridge in the market inside the hotel so you have to buy drinks from bar… Becouse the bar is more expensive which I think is wrong what’s the point in having a shop on hotel grounds for a fridge to be padlocked.
Rooms was spacious cleaned daily but the only thing that was not done once out of our two week stay was the mopping on the floor.
The hotel has good potential but being made feeling unwelcome on our 1st day was disheartening
Maybe I could try visit in the future as it was a good hotel back when I last stayed before this stay
The reason why I’m leaving my review now is Becouse I never really leave bad reviews I did not want to bring it to receptions attention Incase I got the same interaction
We did chill out in the pool area on the daily when we did not have trips booked and it was good and decent entertainment but bar area no go.
