Nice hotel, nice staff, showers run a bit cold but cannot fault hotel accept the cleaners who don't really clean the room just change bins and replace towels. Cleaners also untrustworthy . My son had his watch stollen from the hotel room, this was something we brought him for his 21sst birthday so very upset they took it.

Lovely staff, clean hotel, very enjoyable stay. We came as a family of 5 with a autistic son and everyone was so welcoming and happy! Nothing was ever too much for them! The staff were amazing with everyone made the holiday very enjoyable and would definitely come back again. We celebrated our daughters 15th birthday on our first day and they made it extra special for her was a lovely touch ❤️

Stayed for 7 nights, the room was very clean and adequate for our needs. Good shower and beds are very comfortable. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Food was excellent, as was the cleaning service from the maids. About 2 miles from the city centre but there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only downside is there are some buildings being built across the road, but everything was excellent. Aircon is extra if you want it, but it's not forced onto you.

Food is delicious. They have some great meal deals so ask the staff
Nothing is too much for the staff friendly and very helpful and will support those who may need a little extra help. Forgot to mention a great laundry service so get your washing done before leaving.

Came in aug 2025 and had the most amazing time, the staff were so friendly and made us feel like we were a family. The rooms were clean and the food was great 100% booking for next year
