The rooms were uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning was broken; it was cooler outside. Dinner wasn’t very enjoyable due to queues for seating and the buffet. Some of the children’s food options weren’t restocked often enough and ran out quickly. On the bright side, the pool is nice, and the games room is a fun addition. Just wish the room air con had worked.

Hotel was very nice however we got a room that was only half decent and the lights kept on flickering. Everything else was fine until we went out and I left my iphone charger on the bed, we came back and my charger was missing, I checked everywhere and could not find it. I reported this issue to three different members of staff at reception who all said they will get back to me but when I chased them up they seemed to have forgotten. On my last day I asked a lady with a red bob about my charger since it was clearly stolen, she said she checked with housekeeping and they did not know where it was, however I don’t believe she checked at all, she was very standoffish and dismissive. If I go to a hotel I should be able to trust that my belongings will be where I left them. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this stay as the staff are thieves.

Perfect holiday. Hotel was amazing, location was next to the beach, 10 minutes taxi ride into Rhodes old and new town and very close to the airport.
Food on site was really good, variety of food daily and the all inclusive evening menu changes daily for the theme.
Other restaurants and bars at the hotel were really good. The Oregano restaurant had yummy gyros, the rooftop bar was so bliss, views were amazing and the entertainment each night was something for everyone. Poolside bar was amazing
Pools were good sizes and great that the children and their floats stayed in the middle pool
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and made the holiday even better

This was the most amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in. The reception is so welcoming, even given drinks on your arrival while you check in. The staff were so helpful and the room was always cleaned to perfection. The room itself was so spacious with a lovely view of the mountain. The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets. I can't recommend this hotel enough I will definitely be back!!!!

What a great experience!! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with drinks. The reception was always friendly and ready to help you. The rooms and the hotel itself were taken care of down to the last detail. This was a holiday to remember. Definitely recommended!!
If we go to Rhodes again I already know which hotel it will be
