1.) Cesar Barragan (He made my vacation so memorable! Fantastic and fun guy!)
2.) Luis Nieto (he improved my mood so much)
3.) Antonio Urbano (exceptionally friendly)
Please reward them, they deserve it! They impact the image of the hotel so well!
Absolutely a great time at this hotel! Super clean beach. Delicious food and drinks. Safe. Lots of entertainment. Hardworking staff. Also, I've never seen rooms being cleaned so long and we'll before (+20 minutes), I was impressed!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was subpar, and the process was poorly explained, which made the visit frustrating. Based on my experience, the existing reviews do not accurately reflect the reality. This place was not worth my money and I would not recommend it to anybody. That’s my review of this place. The entertainment staff is amazing and fun. Andrew is a fun DJ. The front desk staff was friendly at check in. You have to get reservations for the restaurants a day or two in advance but was told a day before. Not the buffet no reservations but the line does get long if you eat dinner late. The bar opens at 10am and closes at 11pm. No swim up bar. Beach has a little nice area. They do take away beach chairs at the pool at 5pm to get ready for entertainment. Pool is open late which is nice.

If you are looking for 5 star dining and top shelf liquor, this is NOT the place and the pricing clearly reflects this. However, the location is great, the ocean views are amazing, and the service is superb. It is intimate for a Cancun all inclusive and that's part of its charm. Room was clean and comfortable, AC worked great and room even had a ceiling fan.

Excellent beachfront location, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. The all-inclusive food and drinks were better than expected, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Great value for the price — would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in a Perfect Location!
We had a wonderful time at this all-inclusive resort in Cancun! The location couldn’t be better — right on a beautiful stretch of beach with amazing ocean views from our room. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was truly relaxing.
The staff were absolutely fantastic — always friendly, helpful, and ready to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay special. Tony@Mexican linda restaurant was superb. Grace took us for kayak tour, she was awesome too. Brandon is the life of this resort, he is just too sweet and has an amazing smile. Magic show / live music/ classes were all interesting!!
There were plenty of fun activities throughout the day, from beach games to live entertainment in the evenings, so there was always something to do. The food was decent overall — not exceptional, but good enough with a nice variety to choose from.
Overall, it’s a great place to unwind, enjoy the beach, and soak up Cancun’s beauty. We’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing all-inclusive vacation with great service and unbeatable views!
