We are just over halfway through our stay here, it is our first time in Cozumel. Our first night at the resort was a bit rough- we we're a bit sad by the lack of options at the buffet and a lot of it was cold at times. We also couldn't fall asleep until after 1AM due to the bass we could here from the show and disco. The next day however the lovely Andrea assisted us in getting a much quieter room. We've tried the mexican restaurant as well now and it was quite good. The grounds are stunning, staff is extremely kind and helpful especially Andrea and the entertainment staff, and activities are fun. We don't have kids here but I can see how this place would be awesome for families. Overall very clean room and clean grounds, great people, good drinks, awesome beach and good vibes. Due to the change in our room I gotta give a 4/5 as the food could certainly be improved. Andrea gets 5 stars!

Had a great time! The weather was great and the pool and beach we very clean. The staff were all very friendly. Could have used more servers around the pool. Activities crew keep things exciting. Diego Marin was great! Check-in was a little slow. I love it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Allegro Resort Cozumel, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. This resort truly offers a perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and fun. Our experience was great with all the services and activities that were done here. The activity people such as david, diego, and angel were amazing and fun to be with and play volleyball together. They made the experience 5 times better with their high spirits and energy levels. I will be coming back to this resort.

This was our first time staying at Allegro. The staff is incredibly friendly, always willing to help and wants you to have an awesome time. Very kid friendly for those traveling with young kids. The hibachi and Mexican restaurant were phenomenal! There were always chairs available on the beach and by the pool which we loved, considering most of the resorts we’ve been to in the past you had to wake up super early to get a chair (We visited in February). The ocean water is absolutely gorgeous. The WiFi also worked great.
A few cons…The food was decent, but it was hard for them to keep up with the demand during peak hours. Bring a white noise machine because you can hear everything. Neighbors were laughing and yelling until 1am most nights. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the neighbors we shared a wall with blare their music. Not that it was the resort’s fault… but it’s still annoying. 2 of our neighbors were smokers and would constantly be smoking outside our room. There are designated smoking areas, but I guess they aren’t enforced.
