We booked a day pass to Allegro Resort while on a cruise. We have never been to Mexico and did not know what to expect. From the time we arrived to the time we were walking out of the resort the whole staff treated us like family!! Luis, the bartender, took care of us! He never let us go without a drink & even engaged with my kids and had them explore non-alcoholic tasty drinks!! David, also was so so fun!! He really took the time to get to know us and make our time there wonderful! The pools were beautiful, the beach was even more beautiful, the drinks were delicious, we got to see iguanas, which was so cool!! The food was divine! Such clean and home like resort!! The price was also very considerable for all that is included! We had so much fun and will definitely be back if we are ever in the area!! Thank you!!

We have been coming to Allegro for many years for our family vacation, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. But this year, Diego M from the activities team truly made our trip extra special. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and so much fun! Every day when I saw him, he greeted me with a big smile and a warm hug. His energy and kindness were contagious, and he definitely stands out among the staff. Thank you, Diego, for helping make this year’s vacation one of the best yet!

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. There are 4 pools so not crowded. Beach is good and long. Not rocky. Entertainment team are a lot of fun. Arbey, David, Diego, and JD were very welcoming and fun. The check in was slow, they need to be faster on that. If you want to go to reservation restaurants I would schedule at check in, they sell out fast.

We’ve had the best trip this year! Diego made our trip so much more fun. He brings a smile and a positive attitude to everything. We have thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive resort. Staff is always so welcoming and nice. I highly recommend this resort for your family.

We are just over halfway through our stay here, it is our first time in Cozumel. Our first night at the resort was a bit rough- we we're a bit sad by the lack of options at the buffet and a lot of it was cold at times. We also couldn't fall asleep until after 1AM due to the bass we could here from the show and disco. The next day however the lovely Andrea assisted us in getting a much quieter room. We've tried the mexican restaurant as well now and it was quite good. The grounds are stunning, staff is extremely kind and helpful especially Andrea and the entertainment staff, and activities are fun. We don't have kids here but I can see how this place would be awesome for families. Overall very clean room and clean grounds, great people, good drinks, awesome beach and good vibes. Due to the change in our room I gotta give a 4/5 as the food could certainly be improved. Andrea gets 5 stars!
