The hotel is exceptional, and the reviews confirm it; what more can I say! The housekeeping staff are incredibly attentive to guests and could even be described as dedicated! I would especially like to thank Myriam at reception, who speaks French: I was impressed by how quickly she took our request for ice cubes into account, as we had sunburn. We hadn't even arrived in our room yet when the ice cubes were already there! They are very friendly, and all meal orders to the beach arrive instantly! The hotel is frequented by many families; there is a kids' club and even a teens' club! They provide a little something extra in a personalized envelope addressed to me: baklava, fruit, wine, a small plush dolphin for each child, a beach bag, a refrigerator stocked with drinks and snacks, chocolates every evening prepared by the housekeeping staff, as well as dinner at an Italian, French, Asian, or Greek restaurant during our stay. The parking was free, which was very convenient for my family. A huge thank you to the team! It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect from beginning to end! I highly recommend treating yourself to this little luxury!

Firstly, ALL the front of house staff at this resort are truly amazing! They are so polite, well mannered, helpful and always smiling. Its a pleasure interacting with them.
We reserved a 2 bedroom suite which comfortably holds 6 so for the 5 of us was no issue. The suite had 2 large bathroom, huge walk-in showers, double sinks, loads of wardrobes space, a TV within a cabinet at the end of the bed and a large double balcony. Overall, a very spacious suite.
We had a seaview, which for me is slightly better than the pool view.
There are 3 swimming pools to choose from, which are all very nice, but note none are heated.
The kids waterpark is brilliant! 8 slides in total, 3 of which are great for older children……and adults 😂😂🤣🤣😅😅
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all first class. There is something for everyone and everything is excellent quality.
We enjoyed 7 perfect days at this resort and highly recommend it.

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which gave a good first impression. The complimentary cruise tour was also a nice touch and something we really enjoyed.
The food overall was okay, although the desserts could definitely be improved as the selection and taste were quite average. The room was acceptable but felt a bit dated and only “okayish” for the standard expected.
One major downside of the hotel is that it is extremely hilly with lots of steep stairs, making it quite difficult to get around with a baby buggy or for anyone with mobility issues.
Another issue was the international buffet entrance system. There was always a queue because guests were checked in one by one, and only one staff member was seating everyone, which caused delays at busy times.
Entertainment for adults was also lacking. Most activities seemed focused on children — even water polo was mainly for kids — so there was not much for adults to do during the day.
Lastly, the à la carte restaurant booking policy was disappointing, especially considering we stayed 4 nights and still faced limitations on reservations.

What an absolutely amazing resort. Everything was perfect, lovely rooms, delicious food, staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make you feel comfortable. The kids lived the kids club and the stff theire were super friendly. I will definitely be coming back

We’ve just returned from the most amazing stay and I can honestly say this hotel exceeded all of our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely friendly – nothing ever felt too much trouble. That warmth really set the tone for the whole holiday.
The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained throughout our stay, which made it so easy to relax and feel at home.
One of the biggest highlights was the food. The variety across the restaurants was outstanding – from local dishes to international favourites, there was something new to enjoy every day. The quality was consistently high, and it never felt repetitive.
For families, the entertainment was brilliant. Our kids were never short of things to do, and the activities kept them engaged and happy, which meant we could enjoy some time to unwind too.
It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right – comfort, service, food, and family fun – but this one absolutely does. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family holiday.
In terms of the negative reviews I can only suggest they are slightly out of touch with reality of what you now get for your money in the current environment.
