I would recommend this hotel if you would like a chilled getaway. The hotel was stunning, the rooms were lovely and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The food at this hotel was amazing for an all inclusive. There was a great range of food options, and I liked how the lunch menu was different everyday. I also liked how you can book restaurants within the hotel, as it felt more convenient than going outside the hotel as there isn’t too much to do in this location. The staff were so lovely and so attentive. One thing I would say is I wish there was more evening entertainment rather than a DJ, as there is a DJ at the pool and it was the same music all day (which was nice), however I think it would be nice to get evening entertainment. Would stay here again in the future!

The location, despite being largely in the middle of nowhere, is well serviced and easy to get to. There really isn't much around the local area but the bus does stop outside, so it's easy to get away for a trip around Corfu.
Our Welcome to the hotel wasn't exactly ideal, we got in late and were expecting food but only received a cold wrap from the people behind reception. Who didn't seem happy that we'd arrived late, as if that's our fault. I was expecting more than this when you market yourself as a 5 star.
The rooms were nice but had some problems. The bathrooms aren't private at all, a tiny area of the room that only has a semi-fogged up glass door. You'll need to be real comfortable with the people you are travelling with to make it work. Also, the double bed is two singles pushed together, which just aren't comfortable. Again, not features I'd associate with a 5 star.
Food was decent but not amazing. You'd expect a Michelin restaurant with a 5 star rating but that wasn't the case at all. Breakfast is a buffet, not good enough quality fresh fruits or cooked breakfasts. Lunch might have been the saving grace, burgers, chips, sandwiches etc, not mind blowing foods but still solid. Dinner was often disappointing, you pay for all inclusive but quickly find out that the options are very poor and are expected to pay for any decent meal. Staff were obviously told to promote the Paid menu at every chance. Too many nice meals not included with all-inclusive. Same goes for drinks, anything nice wasn't included.
The pool was nice and modern. The sunbeds were often taken from early in the morning. They only give out towels at 10am, so if you haven't brought your own towel, all of the beds will be taken. Again, any good establishment would keep on top of this and actively remove towels. The music was horrible, DJ playing music with no lyrics, as if they were going to get copyright infringed.
Your experience may be made worse by other guests who are staying, but this really depends on luck. I fear for anyone staying here if there's a rowdy Stag/hen party also in attendance.
Overall, I'd give the place between 3-4 stars. Certainly not a 5 star, anyone giving it these ratings has simply never stayed in an actual 5 star.

We stayed in early July and it was perfect! The food was great and both the restaurants were lovely, along with the drink selection we had a large variety to choose from for the time we were there. The two receptionist (Magda and Vassia) were very helpful through out the stay. Sorry it’s taken us so long to leave a review, would 100% return.

We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package.
I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience.
- The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool.
- food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet.
The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment.
Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible.
- The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails.
- Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar.
Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life.
It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

Fantastic hotel, wonderful kitchens and means. The a la carte system works so well, the wait staff and manager were extremely helpful and attentive to our dietary requirements which were sometimes confusing. Every dish was spectacular. Although dessert for vegans needs revising, as it was the same kumquat jelly pudding every evening of our stay. The location is a little out of the way from old town but easy to walk to the enterprise car rental service who also gave us a great deal on a SUV. Access to beaches from this hotel weren’t too complicated at all and the hotel grounds were looked after and guarded at all hours.
Would absolutely return!
