The hotel is a very nice hotel and has been well thought out to sit nicely in the hills. It is located out the way and there is not much within walking distance of the hotel. You need to either hire a vehicle or be prepared for taxi journeys. Also to note because of the location this hotel is not for the faint hearted. Whilst there is electric buggies the hilly location like most of Corfu means there is an uphill walk for breakfast and lunch. A few things to complain about is the drinks service. You do not get drinks at a rate that suits you, you get them at a rate that suits the service staff and that’s slow. Don’t go if you expect an all inclusive that’s non stop drink, not going to happen. Also water you get one bottle at arrival after that be prepared to buy any other water for your room you require. Oh then there’s the toilets or the lack there off. Toilets could be better they are always clean just not enough around the hotel. All in all we did have a good holiday and I don’t want to sound too negative about this resort as the staff were nice but a few things could be improved. They try so hard to give a five star service but miss the things that are just normal customer service.

Great location, stunning views and lovely local restaurants on the seafront. Sadly the Food, service and (some) of the staff let this lovely hotel down. F&B and pool bar staff disinterested, slow and at times rather grumpy Despite being all inclusive we ended up eating in the local restaurants on the seafront as the organisation, service and food quality was (at the time of our visit) very poor. Such a shame as it has a lot of potential. Also avoid the rooms near the noisy lobby bar (very loud until 1am).

Had the pleasure of staying at this resort for my 30th - rooms were gorgeous, so clean and so spacious. Food was great and varied every night. Main restaurant was staffed by incredible wait staff - the best being John, who made a few of our nights unforgettable! Such a nice place for an all inclusive getaway.

Lovely hotel, clean, great condition, perfect location, fantastic rooms ;we are in 1106 in the main building) but most of all the service and d impeccable. In the main restaurant, the head waiter John, is an absolute ROCKSTAR.
We had the best night tonight with him, could not have wanted for more.
Highly recommend!!!

Terrible service for an otherwise lovely resort. When you book a 5-star resort you expect a certain level of service, and a certain quality for food and drinks.
Unfortunately the main restaurant disappointed every time we tried it - one morning we found a green 'mould' like substance in the eggs, and the other food options were both limited and poor in quality.
As for the other restaurants on site, which we only tried one of (The Beach Restaurant), they seem to be much better, though still hit and miss with the dishes.
The main restaurant (Buffet Style) suffers from poor food quality, poor management, and poor service. Some mornings we would get there and not a single table was ready to dine at, despite it being a large restaurant. There were also rarely any cups available for soft drinks.
The customer service itself was lifeless and in-personable, sometimes downright rude. It's not what you expect when you're staying at a 5-star resort - I wouldn't even expect this at a 3 or 4 star resort.
While there are downsides, the location, decor, and overall feel were great. There's plenty of pools to choose from, a handful of bars, and a private beach located reasonably close to the beach bar (not actually located on the beach).
One strong feature of the hotel was the maid service, the rooms were kept lovely and the maids were friendly and apologetic about the broken kettle which we hadn't even noticed - they replaced it a few days in to our holiday.
Overall, amazing potential. But the service was diabolical. Whether it's poor management or staffing issues, the resort needs to change if it wants to live up to its five star rating. It simply didn't come close to other resorts we've experienced, even that of 3 star hotels.
For the right, low price - it may be worth a visit, but if you're paying 5 star prices... avoid.
