This hotel is absolutely amazing. We were greeted with refreshing cool towels, dried fruit and nuts, as well as a traditional liqueur while we waited for the buggy to take us to our room and this first class treatment continued throughout the rest of the vacation. All the staff, from the person who came round to fill the mini bar to the waiters in the restaurant, treated us like royalty. The food was varied, fresh, and plentiful even though our holiday went into the last week of the hotel's seasonal opening. Harris, Babis, and the other waiting staff couldn't do enough each mealtime. The room had some slight signs of a busy season but nothing to spoil our stay and we wished we had upgraded to a swim up room but it was still pleasant to sit on our balcony reading a book. Walking through the sister hotel grounds to get to the beach really made us appreciate the adults only aspect of Sandy Villas and we wouldn't think twice about going back.

She was always willing to help and answer my questions! She made my stay and process here so much smoother and less stressful! She is a great employee! I am looking forward to my next stay here!

We stayed in one of the Grand Suites with shared pool during June ‘23 for 5 nights. Upon arrival, we could see that the resort was very opulent, clean and modern. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. Our regular restaurant server (Vas) went above and beyond each time. The Suite was very quiet, cool, well equipped and looked after by the cleaning staff exceptionally. The addition of a mini fridge with drinks was a lovely touch. As for the shared pool, it can feel a little awkward with unknown neighbours, but it was perfectly fine as we both respected each other’s privacy. The restaurant had a different food theme each evening, so it was always exciting as to what was on offer. There were regular dishes each day and there’s plenty of variety. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, the options can be limited to fries and salad. The beach is a 15 minute walk away, through the noisy and busy family sister resort, but there is an area reserved for adults on the beach. If you have difficulty walking, you can call up the courtesy transportation which was much appreciated. There’s a games room with board games and books and nightly entertainment, so if you’re after action and adventure you need to leave the resort. So if your looking for a very calm, quiet and laid back vacation, Kairaba Sandy Villas is highly recommended.

Amazing experience! The management team is doing something special cause all the staff spoke highly of the them and were very content. Rooms are spectacular as well as all the facilities. Food is superb as well as the service. I would highly recommend 😊

We spent a wonderful week here earlier this month. The staff are all friendly and attentive, particularly at the pool bar. The food was good and we enjoyed every meal. It was always easy to find a sunbed by the pool and it was so quiet. Exactly what we needed! We only had one small issue - cocktails were an extra 5 euros, which didn't seem fair as the holiday was sold as all-inclusive. We would love to visit again.
