Disappointing for families – more suited to couples who don’t mind basic facilities and smoking. I chose Kaan Apartments for a budget-friendly holiday, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations as a mum travelling with children. The hotel is very basic and feels more suited to couples, especially those who enjoy football, as there’s no evening entertainment unless a match is on. The overall atmosphere revolved mostly around the barmen and the receptionist. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the cleaners would walk in without knocking—even after I complained, it continued. The breakfast (included with bed and breakfast) was very limited: just beans on toast, cornflakes, or egg on toast. Anything else had to be paid for, and only one drink was allowed. There was no fresh fruit or healthy options available at all. The pool was clean but closed strictly at 6 p.m. What I found particularly unpleasant was that the barmen smoked cigarettes right next to me while I was eating—not something I’d expect at a family-friendly hotel. Also worth noting: air conditioning isn’t included and costs an extra £50. Overall, while it was affordable, I wouldn’t return or recommend it for families with children.

rooms are very basic. Cleaners come everyday and are nice. service is nice enough, they don't hassle you to stay at hotel and spend your money there. location is quite crap, not too far from the beach but found it had to get taxis to the good bars and areas. plus if you had a room at the front, you'd have to wait till 2 or 3am to sleep since it was so noisy.

On arrival I was given an attic studio when I had booked and paid for a one bedroom apartment. The man argued and raised his voice telling me I was late. I had told the hotel I was going to be there a few days late a few weeks before my room had been paid in advance. He then told me in the morning I could have the correct room as fully booked. (First LIE) on the morning the man on reception told me I cannot have a one bedroom apartment as I was a single person even tho I had paid for 2 people for an apartment. After him arguing he said I can have it but it should not happen even tho I had paid for 2 people. Staff are rude and very argumentative. A few days in the bar staff ran after my family and asked them to pay the bill. They told them they had not ordered food and he said you did. She had not (second LIE) the following day they then accused my other family saying that the barman remembers them ordering food (third LIE) they constantly lied about giving my aunt a ground floor room and nastily told her after 4 times. Rooms are first come first even tho she had requested in in person 2 weeks prior The hotel is VERY basic but if I’m honest it is ok. Apart from the shower being all over the place with water pressure. The staff are the WORST part of this place they are LIARS and 2 faced. Honestly spend the extra money and stay somewhere else as this is the biggest regret I have ever had staying here.

Arrived the staff were rude demanding passports were then given an attic room due to being over booked my partner banged his head so many times it’s dangerous. The toilet didn’t work for first day. And our cleaner had taken money and perfume out of our bags. Was handed the money back and told she thought it was a tip (from out my suitcase!! We were called liars several times and when we left everyone around pool side went to check there belongings and also had things stolen. Never go back

To be honest I've no idea what they look like ,my other half threw a wobbler on the morning we were ✈️ ☀️ due to visit ( 11nights ) . So I travelled light myself to Dalaman 🇹🇷 arriving at 03:10 .after calling driver at Kann apt ,I waited till "Sun Express "office opened and traded 2 returns to Glasgow for the 1st flight out of Dalaman to Instanbul 🇹🇷 .which computer 💻 said yes to woo ✅ . From there I booked a flight to Hànoi Vietnam 🇻🇳 🪷 with there national airline 9hr on a 787-800 , and my own holiday ☀️ / jolly began . Not very helpful I know ,but "it is what you make it" .Regards ✌️ & 💚
