We recently spent a week at this resort and left with a deep appreciation for how much people matter when it comes to a truly great experience. In particular we would like to thank Mr George - the food and beverage assistant manager and Mr Peter - guest relation manager for making our stay truly unforgettable and pleasant.
While the location and decor were absolutely stunning, we did encounter some issues with the food on the first day—it didn’t meet the standard we expected, and even something as simple as pizza wasn’t enjoyable for our daughter. It could’ve ended there, but what happened next made all the difference.
My husband politely brought it up to our travel agent, and within hours we were contacted by the resort’s guest relations manager. From that moment on, the level of care and service we received was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.
As someone who used to run a business, I know that a strong team is the most important asset—and this resort clearly understands that. They turned a disappointing start into a five-star experience we’ll never forget. We left feeling grateful, not just for the beautiful surroundings, but for the people who made us feel truly welcome.

My family of 5+nanny with 3 young kids (all under 5) stayed there along with another couple. It was fantastic in all respects. I strongly recommend. I think the sunset cruise can be skipped--that was about it. But overall, a GREAT place and would encourage any young family to attend--awesome kid's programming. Especially for those 4 and older.

In my personal opinion and in my own experience I can honestly say I've never had a holiday as good as this. Traveled with my partner and from the very first moment we arrived it was simply magical. The hotel itself is situated in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and the views are incredible. The service is second to none, Cristina, who was professional, warm and friendly was such a great host and welcomed us like we had been there 100 times, nice touch checking in on us throughout the holiday. The rooms are fantastic, minibar, shower and space with great beds, slept so well every night. Housekeepers do such a great job. Best restaurant for me was the grill house, best steak I've ever had but every restaurant we visited was simply amazing with service and choice.
The pools are so nice and Paulo and Sophia made our days around the pool the best with their service and smiles. Beach service just as good. The bars in both the Sea and Sky building were so spacious and clean with again Mario and Aretti giving us 5 star service. Such a great selection of drinks in all the bars and food around the pool was a great addition especially when you can order without leaving your sun lounger. The resort is the cleanest I've ever been to so massive respect to all the maintenance and gardeners, they do a wonderful job. This place is simply incredible, I leave honest reviews both good and bad but I honestly have not a single negative thing to say. I knew this place was luxurious from my research but every room is quality and the service from the staff, who work so incredibly hard, is the best I've ever received. Credit to all of you for making Ikos Dassia one incredible place to holiday. All I want is to go back, best week ever.

The place is good, however we gave 5 postcards to the reception (after paying for stamps in the building) and none ever arrived.
We didn’t made mistakes while writing the addresses… so we are truly disappointed. It’s been almost 2 months.

A fabulous holiday and hotel. The staff were all excellent, but special thanks to George in Gill House, Paulo and Stravlouva on the beach, Sofia by the pool, Daniel in the Theatre and the beach buddies too.
The rooms were incredibly quiet and comfortable, the food excellent, the atmosphere perfect. What more can I say?
