I feel really happy to choose this hotel for my holidays. Staffs are always very nice and welcoming. I feel they really take care of all the guests, and receptionists are really helpful for me to plan daily trip. Special thanks to Silvia for warm welcome and extra info about excursion, also thanks to Isabel for her mindful housekeeping. I took one star down for the room just because it was a little bit smaller than I expected and no bathtub. But this is really minor things and compromised by all the other excellent facilities (spa, pool, terrace, sky bar, bar and restaurant, etc) and the kindness of staffs. The best part of this hotel is passionate and professional staffs

Spent a week in this property and I must say that they deserve their rating. The management aims to please and listens to feedback. I will not talk about my disappointments here but they were addressed quick and fair. Having explored the entire Island by car, I confirm that this was the perfect base for me in terms of location and hotel design and facilities. Only observation is that if you are less then 40, you will probably not fit in this property nor most of this part of Mallorca. Go to Cala d’Or instead.

We just checked out from the hotel. The hotel is indeed more than a four-star Iberostar. The service is excellent and the room is clean. The sea view premium room at the 7th floor is highly recommended. It has a paromatic view over the sea from the highest floor. It is also far from the elevator, so it is ensured with quietness. They offer dinner buffet with a different theme everyday. The breakfast offers all you can imagine. I especially enjoyed the warm greetings from all staffs (literally from the reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping to technical staff) We came for our babymoon. The hotel was very sweet to give our unborn a little gift. I was asked how I felt and how my baby felt everyday. The hotel shows a high standard of the hospitality and Spanish passion. Majorca has always been my favorite destination for a short or long trip. We will definitely come back after the baby is born.
