There's NO PARKING at the hotel. So unless you are going to spend a holiday in the hotel it's a huge con. Nearest parking is 5-6 minutes away. But it's a 10-12 minutes a day. It might be 20-24 minutes as well. Another huge con is a water pressure in the shower. Forget about a proper shower. The hot water is bearly coming. No remote for air conditioner. Telly is for Spanish and German speaking people. 2 channels in English. Not a problem but still. The walls looks like they were painted by a very drunk man. Door opening card is just white(looks cheapish) And one card only. Soap dispenser wasn't working right so had to fix it myself. Toilet paper was thin(not even a 2 ply) as a man after 3 weeks starvation. Flies in the bar. Not many. But pretty irritating. Food was ok. Not the best not the worst. Staff is very friendly and assistive. Location of the hotel isn't bad. Just a 100m to the beach. Wouldn't come back myself but if you are coming to Mallorca to spend a time at the pool in the hotel it's a right place

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. But what really made my visit special was the amazing service. Fran at the reception was absolutely fantastic – warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. He made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived, and even gave me great tips for places to visit nearby. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly enjoys their job so much, and it really made all the difference because i’ve had 1000 questions and he had all the answers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was absolutely perfect – from the cleanliness to the restaurant to the reception team.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful beyond words.
It truly felt like I was surrounded by the best hotel team I’ve ever encountered.
Special thanks to Farn at the front desk – he was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
The food was also fantastic, with a great variety that kept every meal interesting and satisfying.
Thank you Triton Beach for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Hotel Triton beach. Myself and my partner could not fault the place and definitely will be returning!
Our room was small but efficient and clean with clothes hangers and a mini fridge.
Food amazing too, we only had breakfast included as we like to go out in the evening but we did buy lunch there twice and it was just as good as the breakfast! All different varieties and the kitchen staff very nice.
The pool was a nice size and very reasonably priced drinks at the bar.
Staff are so lovely here and shoutout to Sebastian and Fran for being so friendly and making us feel very welcome, thank you!🥰
Location just perfect, so many bars, restaurants and shops near by and not to mention the beach is absolutely beautiful ❤️

I saw a post about a guy getting served raw chicken in the hotel which reminded me that I too had this happen to me without ever leaving a review here.
A year ago I booked a room for a week all inclusive, we we're promised a diverse buffet and air conditioning in our room. Once we arrived we found out that we had no working airco in our room, we asked to be moved to another room but this wasnt possible unless we wanted to pay another couple hundred euros. We bought a two fans that day and kept them spinning all day so we could sleep at night. The first and only time we ate at the hotel we also got served raw chicken after i've already took a couple of bites. I told an employee but he didnt care and said I should eat something else if I didnt like it. From that point onwards they didnt clean our room anymore and they completely ignored us when asking a question.
DO NOT GO HERE, the owner and employees should take some lessons of customer service as they are one of the worst i've ever seen. If you've already booked cancel it and go to another hotel, every hotel is better than this.
