I had the best time here! It was my second time in Ibiza, I had previously stayed at a hotel next door. Hard Rock was so much better! The pools were very lively during the day, and they even had a very fun concert event going on one night. Great security, friendly staff, nice facilities. It is very nice they keep things open late downstairs. I will be staying here again when I return, without a doubt! Hard Rock Ibiza was a 5/5 experience

Last week was my second stay in the HRHI. It has not much to do with „Hard Rock“ unfortunately, they play very loud electric music (I think it‘s called like this) at the pool bar and in one of the restaurants. Far too loud. But it‘s not gonna belong to the „Hard Rock“ franchise anymore soon. The service at the beach bar was horrible. Around 10 waiters did the „guest ignoring contest“ and were eager to win. Oh and it also is „pretty close to the airport“ Now to the good points: The breakfast buffet is terrific! I‘ve seen many good hotels, but this belongs to the top three! And all service personnel except on the beach were great! Also a great venue for people that would like to party… the HI Ibiza is just across the street. A special thanks goes to Antonietta who completely overdelivered in making sure my room stays nice. 😀 And another big thank you to the young receptionist who had her first week and made sure, I‘ll get an early breakfast the day I left. It looked fabulous. So sorry, I couldn’t take it, as I was running late for the airport…

This hotel surprised me soo much! I highly suggest this place if you are going to Ibiza with kids! the girls of the mini clubs are truly amazing and super sweet!! if they could be nannies at night my daughter would have stayed with them all day! this might be my only suggestion for the hotel! cos is smarter to contract them for the night than contracting another agency! we will come back for sure 🩵 Thank you girls of mini clubs team! what a great job you do! we enjoyed very much

🌟 Unforgettable Stay at Hard Rock Hotel – Pure Luxury and Rockstar Treatment! 🎸 From the moment we arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel, we were treated like true VIPs. The service was absolutely outstanding—every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One of the highlights was the incredible surprise waiting for us in our room: a chilled bottle of champagne, a beautifully arranged fruit platter, and a handwritten note from Silvia that added such a personal and thoughtful touch. It made us feel truly special and appreciated. Our hotel room was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, stylish, and with every comfort you could imagine—but the real showstopper was the private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. Sipping champagne under the stars in the bubbling jacuzzi while enjoying the view was pure bliss. It felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, attention to detail, and that signature Hard Rock vibe, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Very good, would come again. Not many issues apart from food is ridiculously expensive, so would recommend coming with breakfast included which is open from 7 till 11 and is amazing. Great choice and options for everyone and a lot of the food is branded. You can always eat out which is a lot cheaper, but not too many places to go. Didn't have dinner at the hotel once as was with the 10 year old but we had a lunch which was 4 chicken strips and chips for around €20. Cocktails are over €15 each. The shower leaked because the door didn't seal, the toilet light turns on automatically and blinds you in the night. The door to the balcony rattled and could hear the wind through it- but I reported this and was fixed straight away. The fridge is full of snacks which are extortionate, but means there's no space to put your own thing in there. We were only here for 4 nights, if longer I'd have asked them to be removed. There's ice machines on every floor which was good - we didn't notice this until day 3 as it's hidden round a corner in front of the stairs. The in room jacuzzi bath was very good and kept the 10 year old occupied every time we went back to the room. All in all very impressed and will be looking at hard rock hotels for future holidays
