We stayed at the hotel over Easter. Our entire stay was perfect. Very friendly, courteous, and dedicated staff throughout the hotel. We were happy to take advantage of the paid room upgrade upon check-in. Very good food in the restaurants. Live music at breakfast was great 👍🏻 From 12 p.m. there was a live DJ at the Splash Pool. The Eden Pool was heated 😃👌🏻 A mixed crowd. From young to old, couples, singles, and many families with children. The hotel is located directly on the beach. 😎👍🏻 The rooms and the entire hotel were very clean. The security made you feel safe. We also loved the rock stars' guitars and clothing, which were displayed like in a museum. All in all, we were absolutely thrilled with this themed hotel and will definitely be back next year. Many thanks again to the entire staff for an unforgettable week. Keep up the good work 👍🏻😎🫶🏻

Very good, would come again. Not many issues apart from food is ridiculously expensive, so would recommend coming with breakfast included which is open from 7 till 11 and is amazing. Great choice and options for everyone and a lot of the food is branded. You can always eat out which is a lot cheaper, but not too many places to go. Didn't have dinner at the hotel once as was with the 10 year old but we had a lunch which was 4 chicken strips and chips for around €20. Cocktails are over €15 each. The shower leaked because the door didn't seal, the toilet light turns on automatically and blinds you in the night. The door to the balcony rattled and could hear the wind through it- but I reported this and was fixed straight away. The fridge is full of snacks which are extortionate, but means there's no space to put your own thing in there. We were only here for 4 nights, if longer I'd have asked them to be removed. There's ice machines on every floor which was good - we didn't notice this until day 3 as it's hidden round a corner in front of the stairs. The in room jacuzzi bath was very good and kept the 10 year old occupied every time we went back to the room. All in all very impressed and will be looking at hard rock hotels for future holidays

A few days of vacation with the work team. Very nice structure, convenient location both for the premises and for enjoying the beach and relaxing in the pool. Special mention for the breakfast, rich in choice and quality of food, comfortable beds, spacious and very well soundproofed room, precise and punctual service and cleaning. So everything very good. I thank Suzana the Vipmanager for the assistance and the punctual and courteous presence. See you soon and good work!

We visited here as non guests to visit the sports bar. We were welcomed by very friendly security and directed to the sports bar area. We ordered some drinks and sat by the pool. The staff in the outdoor section of the sports bar just by the pool were so friendly and attentive. They couldn't do enough for us. Served our drinks poolside, added a dash of lemonade when my sangria was a bit too strong & even offered to swap it. The drinks were very reasonably priced! We had a really great afternoon here and would definitely go back again!! We then headed to the inside bit of the sports bar & Reme was so kind & lovely. Thank you for a lovely experience at the Hard Rock
