Very good, would come again. Not many issues apart from food is ridiculously expensive, so would recommend coming with breakfast included which is open from 7 till 11 and is amazing. Great choice and options for everyone and a lot of the food is branded.
You can always eat out which is a lot cheaper, but not too many places to go. Didn't have dinner at the hotel once as was with the 10 year old but we had a lunch which was 4 chicken strips and chips for around €20. Cocktails are over €15 each.
The shower leaked because the door didn't seal, the toilet light turns on automatically and blinds you in the night. The door to the balcony rattled and could hear the wind through it- but I reported this and was fixed straight away.
The fridge is full of snacks which are extortionate, but means there's no space to put your own thing in there. We were only here for 4 nights, if longer I'd have asked them to be removed.
There's ice machines on every floor which was good - we didn't notice this until day 3 as it's hidden round a corner in front of the stairs.
The in room jacuzzi bath was very good and kept the 10 year old occupied every time we went back to the room.
All in all very impressed and will be looking at hard rock hotels for future holidays

Pros: What really stood out in this hotel was the cleanliness of the place. I would like to give a shout out to the cleaning and maintenance staff who are working at all hours cleaning, clipping, sanitizing all areas of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and recommend it. Lastly, I would like to say thank you to the guest services team for having sent over a special surprise treat to my son who turned 12 during our stay in the hotel.
Cons: The food in the resort is very overpriced and many things coming from frozen food. None of the pools that kids can access are heated so maybe not the best hotel to visit during Spring as the water was frigid.
Location note: The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Ibiza old town and there are no cycle routes to get to and from there so if you don't have a car expect to pay 20€ to town and another 20€ back to the hotel.

Amazing stay! The rooms were super comfortable, the service was on point, and the location is unbeatable. I absolutely loved the gym and the spa – perfect for relaxing and recharging. And that view? Breathtaking. Already looking forward to my next visit!

We spent a long weekend here at the end of the season. It was much calmer and there were less crowds in the hotel. This is everything you can expect from a Hard Rock Hotel - good food, friendly service, pool bars, and great music.
Pros:
- Two different pool areas
- Private beach area with sunbeds and bar service
- Amazing views depending on your room
- Great location on the island for the beach and things to do
For me, the sea was still warm enough to swim
Cons:
- Spa access is not included and is only valid for a few hours. They let us stay longer since it was quiet, but it would be nice to have all day access.
- The mattress was very soft and worn in. It's not great if you have a bad back.

Money money money, must be funny in a rich man's world!
This place is a money pit and if your a youngster and into your parties and clubbing then I can imagine this is one of the up and coming places to be, however you would more than likely have to take another mortgage out just to be able to holiday here......how the other half live hey pffft
