We recently stayed at this hotel as a young family with a 12-month-old baby. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with excellent facilities, and we had a mostly positive experience — hence the four-star rating. However, we encountered a frustrating situation that I feel is important to share.
The first few days were excellent. We paid for a sea view room on arrival, and the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail all felt in line with the hotel's 5-star reputation. Unfortunately, the room we were given had several areas of dislodged flooring, which created visible gaps and posed a safety hazard for our baby who had just started walking.
When I raised the issue at reception, I expected a prompt and professional response. Instead, I was passed between several staff members over the course of several hours.
The handling of the situation was rigid and dismissive. At no point did anyone from the front desk come to inspect the issue in the room, which was incredibly disappointing. Eventually, a manager did show me another room and later came up to our original one — she was the only person who took the time to understand and resolve the issue, for which I was grateful. But by that point, several hours had been wasted, and the experience had already been soured.
That said, many other members of staff were exceptional. The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic — they made us feel welcome every day and went out of their way to engage with our son. It made a huge difference to us as first-time parents travelling with a baby. Similarly, the staff in the crèche and baby play area were amazing, showing genuine warmth and care throughout our stay.
Since the issue was raised, we appreciated the gestures extended to us by the hotel, and we don’t take them for granted. The hotel itself has a lot to offer, and most of the team were a credit to the place. Unfortunately, the way the front desk handled our situation fell short of what I’d expect from a hotel of this calibre — and was the one part of our experience that let things down.

I had a wonderful trip to ME Ibiza in May. Our four days at the hotel were peaceful and just what I needed to reset. This experience was made much better by the wonderful staff, but especially LUCIA who made our stay extra special. She is a gem and went above and beyond for me and my friend! The lower pool is incredibly calm, so beautiful and right on the sea. There is a wonderful breakfast in the a.m..for a mid afternoon snack the pool food was super fresh and tasty. We were there right before the season officially started so only one restaurant was open in the evening, the menu was pretty limited so we did not eat there. This is in a quieter area of Ibiza and that was perfect for us because if we wanted the action, we could take a taxi that the hotel called for us. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle, but have easy access to all Ibiza has to offer. I dream of going back to enjoy the beautiful pool, and wonderful staff.
I wasn’t a fan of the closet set up, because there really is no closet, but more of an open concept shelving system that separates the bed area from the bathroom. Otherwise, our room was super comfortable, and this would not deter me from staying in the future!
Note you have to pay/reserve upper deck sunbeds at the rooftop pool but lower pool seating is first come first serve. We never had an issue! Plenty of sun!

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived we loved it. Absolutely beautiful lobby with views over the pool and sea. We had adjoining Superior ME rooms which worked really well although the partially open plan bathroom wouldn’t have been my first choice.
Excellent facilities, pools, gym, breakfast and two good restaurants.
We didn’t want to venture far from the hotel so kept things local. If we’d wanted to go exploring it would have meant quite a lot of lengthy taxi rides which is worth bearing in mind. It was perfect for us though - and Nikki Beach is literally a few steps away, perfect!!
The staff were all exceptional - so friendly but still really efficient and helpful. A really special place.

I recently stayed at ME Ibiza, and it became clear that the true quality of a hotel is often reflected in its management, The hotel is ideally located, with rooms that are not only ultra-modern but also impeccably clean. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
My stay didn’t begin in the best way for various reasons, but after raising these issues with the staff on the first day, everything was swiftly taken care of. The hotel’s director genuinely embodies the hotel’s philosophy, and much of the team mirrors this attitude. They are highly responsive, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.
The dining experience at the Origens restaurant is truly exceptional. The lunch offerings by the Japanese chef were outstanding, and the Mediterranean cuisine in the evening was equally impressive. Additionally, the quality of the massages at the SPA is top-notch.
In conclusion, my overall experience was more than excellent

We recently had a wonderful family getaway at the ME Hotel Ibiza, and our experience was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, set in a picturesque location with breathtaking views. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
I want to highlight Filo, who runs the kids' club. My children absolutely adored her; she is warm, caring, and treated them as if they were her own. Filo put in a lot of effort to organize exciting activities, including baking, arts and crafts, and games, making their time at the kids' club memorable. The quality of care and the activities offered there were outstanding.
We also received fantastic service from Tatiana Martínez, who oversees guest services. The ME Hotel is an ideal destination for families, friends, and couples alike, with a wonderful atmosphere that everyone can enjoy. I highly recommend it!
