Awesome hotel. Recently stayed at the ME. Staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. We had a Junior Suite with a great balcony overlooking the pool and out to sea. Drinks were great, as was breakfast. We only ate dinner in the hotel once, which was good but we preferred to head out. We ate lunch at Radio Rooftop once too which was ok. DJ around the pool was great in the afternoons. Also good to have a beach area right next to Nikki beach for hotel guests (great tunes, good people watching and some great sushi)!
Gym was great and well equipped. We had a massage once which was excellent - the pool area by the spa was super quiet if you wanted time to chill. Roof terrace had a lovely infinity pool but the best beds all had minimum spend (seems pretty standard practice in Ibiza)!
Santa Eularia was only 12 Euros in a taxi so we headed in quite a bit. Also hired road bikes from Kandani in Santa Eularia. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I had an excellent stay and felt well taken care of from beginning to end. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The restaurant was a real highlight – great food and a very pleasant atmosphere. Carla in particular made a lasting impression with her friendliness and attentive service.
I’d also like to mention Youssef from the breakfast area, who brought such positive energy every morning. His kindness and attention made the start of each day especially enjoyable.
The housekeeping team did a fantastic job – everything was consistently clean, well arranged, and maintained with great care.
The pool area was always in perfect condition and a lovely place to relax.
A special thank you as well to the General Manager, Mattias Motorell, whose presence and leadership clearly contribute to the high standards throughout the hotel.
All in all, a great experience with a dedicated team – I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

A very disappointing experience.
We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and had booked a Superior ME+ Junior Suite with front sea view and a terrace. However, upon arrival we were assigned a small room that did not match what we had booked at all.
After we complained, we were offered a Junior Suite with only a side sea view and no terrace, with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. To our surprise, when we checked the hotel’s website at that time, all room types were still shown as available for the entire duration of our stay.
Despite not receiving the room we had booked, we were still charged the full price of a Superior ME+ Junior Suite. We find this completely unacceptable and outrageous for a hotel in this price range.

If you’re used to real five-star hotels, skip ME Ibiza, value for money is a 3 out of 10.
We just spent four nights at ME Ibiza and over €2,000 later we honestly feel robbed. For a hotel that markets itself as part of Leading Hotels of the World, the experience was a constant reminder that a price tag doesn’t equal five-star service.
It started at check-in. The room wasn’t ready, even though they told us themselves the hotel was only at 45% occupancy. Instead of solving it, they tried to upsell us to a room for €480 extra per night. For what we were already paying across the full trip, we could have booked the biggest suite on their website on the spot. From minute one it felt like a setup.
The second day, same energy. We went up to the rooftop pool and were suddenly told we had to reserve a bed with a €150 minimum spend, despite the rooftop being practically empty, and despite us having spent the entire previous day up there without anyone mentioning a minimum.
Then the real low point. They charged my wife’s credit card for what should have been a deposit hold, not an actual withdrawal. A hold for the duration of the stay is standard, but only if you communicate it. They didn’t. When they realised their mistake, they asked us to provide the deposit again. Her card was maxed out because we both run businesses and there are constant transactions flowing through it. Instead of apologising for their own error, they called our room in the evening and essentially obliged me to come down to reception to redo the payment. On a holiday. For their mistake. On day three they tried to smooth it over with two free drinks, which, given what we’d been through, was almost insulting.
The service in general is inconsistent to the point it feels like the entire Ibiza hospitality school is doing their internship there at the same time. One day someone offers you water, the next day nothing. A mojito is made one way on Monday and a completely different way on Tuesday. There is zero consistency, which is exactly what you expect at this price point. We usually stay at OKU Ibiza, which is cheaper per night, and the service there is on a completely different level. It’s genuinely baffling how ME gets away with charging what they charge.
You can also feel the hotel is ageing. Loose planks by the pool, sunbeds that have seen better days. It was low season and pool service was basically non-existent. On top of that, most of the staff speak almost no English, which for a property positioned as international luxury is wild.
We left this morning and they sent us a feedback form, and even that was broken. When we got home they offered us a discount on a future stay, which tells me they understood how badly they’d dropped the ball. But there isn’t a single hair on my head considering spending another euro there.
If you’re used to real five-star service, go somewhere else. OKU, Nobu, anything but this.

ME Ibiza is absolutely stunning! The hotel combines modern elegance with a relaxed island vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, breathtaking views over the sea, stylish loungers, and a chilled atmosphere that feels both exclusive and welcoming. Service throughout the hotel is top-notch, with staff who are attentive, professional, and always ready to make your stay special.
