Our vacation was an exceptional experience.
The rooms were impeccable and spotlessly clean.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety and high-quality ingredients.
Make sure to book a table at one of the four restaurants located within the hotel. We chose the Italian and the fine dining options, and I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff were extremely polite and eager to assist.
I highly recommend it for families, as there are many activities for both children and adults, such as a water park, tennis lessons, swimming pools, and more.
I will definitely visit again.

This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants.
The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides.
But the highlight for me was the garden—an expansive area filled with trees, palm groves, and lush grass. There’s even a small zoo! The word “Botanica” in the name is truly fitting.
Before coming, I read a few negative reviews about long queues at the bars. If waiting 3 minutes for a drink is considered too long, I really don’t understand those complaints. The staff are doing an excellent job, always smiling and in a great mood. All you have to do is wait a moment for your drink.
The food was delicious every day, with a variety of around 12 dishes including at least three types of meat, plus fish, seafood, loads of salads, fruits, and vegetables. And of course, pizza and pasta are available all day long. The resort also offers four à la carte restaurants that require advance booking. I wasn’t lucky enough to get a spot, but it wasn’t a problem—there was more than enough to enjoy.
For the kids, there’s an ice cream shop, a chocolate bar, a popcorn machine, and more.

The hotel is clean, lovely, and never feels crowded. Very green, and very well maintained. We loved looking around and seeing the mountains.
The check-in could be smoother. We were kept waiting in the lobby for 20-30 minutes after signing some documents. When we asked when we could get the keys, they told us the official check-in time is only at 3, so to come back then. Understandable, but why not tell us directly and let us wait like that?
The cleaning service kept on forgetting to put the appropriate amount of towels in our room, once even left no towels at all. It took over an hour, and many calls to reception to get that fixed. It happened 4 nights out of 7 spent there.
The rooms in themselves are nice enough. Some a bit more outdated than others, but functional.
The food from the buffet was good enough, but the restaurants ones wasn’t. The lobster restaurant is only frozen lobster. Then why do a lobster restaurant? There’s lots of great fresh fish to be served on an island like Corfu.
Everyone in the hotel is very nice and friendly, but the service is really slow. They have both table and pool service, and people can order from the bar directly. But whatever you choose, the wait time is extremely long.
Altogether we spent a good week there, but some points could definitely be improved for a smooth stay.

Shocking Service! +30min wait for drinks and 2 hours for food.
I’m writing my first hotel review because I’m shocked how this hotel has 5 stars and such good reviews after our experience. Management need to review as clearly they are under-staffed and not trained adequately. It’s the worst service we have ever had at a hotel. Just appalling!
Negatives:
• +30min wait for drinks at the bar on plus 5 occasions. Waiters and bar staff confused about orders, no system.
• +45min wait for a drink at table service
• 2 hour wait for mains at the Greek restaurant; kids only got their dinner at 9:30pm even though we asked for their food with the starters. After 3 hours they hadn’t brought our desert, we left at 10:40pm without desert.
• 10min wait at buffet for pancakes on 3 days
• Woken up at 7am by housekeeping making a noise
• House keeping didn’t stock fridge with water after day 1 and didn’t clean the first 3 days as we only left at 9:30am
• the kids club is a room that isn’t kept close and not a club!
• Many more negative points ……
Positives:
• The facilities
Expect negative reviews to start rolling in as we talked to numerous people who had even worse reviews.

Amazing location, however I think they may have underestimated how many staff is needed to keep a hotel like this running smoothly. Huge queues for breakfast and you have to request coffee at least 3 times, wait for cutlery when you finally get a table, then wait for bowls, milk and so on. Take your patience to breakfast with you ☺️. On the flip side water park area is great fun, beach bar and grill is perfect for cocktails. Spa area is super relaxing and I had THE BEST facial. Once you get past breakfast everything chills out and you never feel crowded... Not sure what it would be like in August though!!
