Currently here at the moment, wifi is shocking no connection in room non existent went to speak to reception staff to be told it's the area, slow everywhere. Hardly works in reception either. Room is a box room, with a big chest in the walk way to which keep banging our legs and both have raised bruises. Have to keep a light on to see at night. Bed was supposed to be a double to arrival was 2 single beds (fishfingers) they said they will push them together. The rooms definitely need updating as is like a hostel. Lifts cannot fit 2x people in and your luggage look very old.
Taxi from the airport to here was €50 and then got to reception here and €70 for tax!! Food- we are only BNB but breakfast is always cold , had to send to kitchen to be warmed in microwave still wasnt hot when bought back out. No hash browns! Or pancakes. Noise from the maids from 6am is unreal banging stuff around and trollys moving on the floors. Talking so loudly. Their cleaning cudboard is facing our room. No choice to get up. Would say this is the worst hotel we've stayed in. Views are really nice, pools are decent roof pool nice to sit by in the evenings. The onsight shop is ok for choice reasonable prices too. Bus stop to Corfu town is literally outside the hotel and cost €5 for 2 of us 1 way. Recommendations from receptionist for nice places to eat were really nice places happy with those. Not wheelchair friendly at all. All in all to end this i Would say this was not a 4 star hotel would be pushing it at a 3 star. More like a hostel than a hotel.

Just got back this morning from a week here all inclusive,
Our arrival… we arrived about 11:30pm to a man who just shoved a bit of paper in front of us saying fill this out and demanding €70 should of been €35 as the hotel is definitely not a 4* hotel. There was no refreshments for us there when we arrived as other hotels I’ve previously stayed at have provided. We were given some sort of direction to our room which was hard to understand but after some searching we found it.
The hotel… it’s very dated (we heard from staff that the owners lease is up this year so he isn’t putting any money into it) we arrived a few days before the official season started so food was very poor and cold first few days but noticed this improved towards the end of our stay. The free WiFi was crap in our room to the point I had to use my own data but worked okay around the bottom pool area and main reception/bar. It was advertised as having 2 pools both with pool bars but the top pool bar didn’t open until the 2nd to last day of our stay due to it being out of season which we weren’t told that, Partly love holidays fault for false advertising. Even when the top bar opened they didn’t serve snacks like advertised you had to walk all the way through the hotel and down 8 flights of stairs to get to the bottom pool to get something as simple as an ice cream, the all inclusive drinks weren’t too bad, always expected it to be low volume house spirits started from 10am to 11pm but you had to pay for cocktails and even tea/coffee which I thought was wrong.
There weren’t enough sunbeds to accommodate all hotel guests and even brollies to cover the sunbeds they had if you wanted to lay in the shade. There was at least 2/3 broken too
The event staff were good, a bit lacking through the day but evening was only from either 21:30-23:00 or sometimes 22:00-23:00 depending on when they eventually started
Positives… it was very hot so the cold pools were a godsend!! The on site shop was very well stocked with everything you could need especially mossie bite creams!! The views were the best part of the whole hotel experience they are breath taking

The area is stunning, the people are lovely,
The hotel not so great,
We was greeted by a young gentleman that carried our bags up the stairs to the main entrance, the bar is in the main entrance and it was 12am on disco night so was very loud although check in was very swift, and was given all information we needed and the young gentleman took our cases to our room.
Our first room was more a hostel, a foul smell of sewage, looking a dirt track
I asked to be moved room and was told I would need to ask in the morning,
Second morning I went to ask to be moved rooms which cost €20 per night so €120 not ideal, but to get out of that first room I had to pay that or find another hotel!! This room has a smell of sewage but not nearly as bad as the first
Had a look around the hotel, it’s very dated and looks like it’s had no investment for a decade! The roof top pool doesn’t have an open bar, so only spent an hour up there with a bottle of water I purchased from the shop, was some sun loungers but tired and rusty! The pool itself was very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains
The lower pool, look up at the hotel, not the nicest view and again the smell of sewage - we didn’t use the pool during our stay
The food was poor (my opinion) others seemed to be enjoying it, but I mainly lived on chips during my stay, however the desserts were very nice, drinks were ok but as a fizzy drink snob I couldn’t drink too many, I cant comment on the alcohol as I don’t drink,
There was a strict no food out of the dining room policy in place, which I found strange that we couldn’t go eat outside on the terrace,
WiFi was shocking, be forewarned you will need to make sure your phone has data as joining the WiFi was pointless

Me and my wife came to stay last week for a week away, we upgraded to the bungalow with sea view no balcony, this room was okay but still had 2 single beds pushed together and cheap bedding. The view was spectacular. But apart from that the rest of the holiday went downhill are toilet stopped working on the second day and we told reception it would be sorted we then went back to our rooms in the evening and it was not fixed, I went to complain again and I just got brushed off so had to fix it myself which is unacceptable! The food at the all inclusive buffet was cold and bland and pretty similar every night. The rooftop pool next to our room was freezing cold and no bar staff. A taxi anywhere is €50 so cramped buses are your only option around, we got bitten alive by ants due to the poorly maintained rooms, and the railing that stops you falling when opening the terraced doors is hanging on by a thread in room 709 very dangerous!
I would not be staying here in this hotel again.

hotel definitely below European standards cleanliness in rooms and generally in the recreation area below standards. The hotel needs renovation. Food is average, very monotonous and the choice is quite modest. If someone has purchased all inclusive, they must be prepared for quite high additional costs after 23 everything is payable and the choice of cocktails is quite modest. The number of available sunbeds by the pools is very limited and evenings with animators end around 23 despite the fact that it is a hotel for "adults". The biggest advantage is the location, the views are breathtaking and this would be the only plus of this hotel.
