We had such a fantastic stay at Ariti Grand Hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
The rooms were cleaned daily and kept in great condition. All of the staff were so polite and made us feel right at home. The breakfast had a great selection and was always fresh, and the dinner was equally delicious, we dined 1 night for the dinner and no complaints great variety . Our key card did not work a few times and the receptionist noticed it happened a few times and gave us a physical key instead which was a great help.
We loved relaxing by the pool, enjoying the lovely food and drinks from the bar. The location is beautiful too, and watching the planes from our balcony was great.
We genuinely enjoyed every part of our stay and can’t wait to return. Will definitely be recommending Ariti Grand Hotel to friends and family!

I stayed with my family including my husband and 2 teenagers, at Ariti Hotel for 11 nights. It was a wonderful stay that i was very happy with. First of all, the staff service was excellent without a doubt. To mention a few, Thalia who is in guest services, was always helpful in giving us tips on where to go and explore in Corfu, listening to our issues and answering our questions, and she was always delighted and willing to help with anything. She showed excellent hospitality. As well as that, the reception staff were brilliant in helping us book taxis and answering our questions, especially Babis, the manager. Not to mention, the food and beverage servers were always very kind and they are very hard-working. Secondly, the food was very delicious and there was always a variety of different food available for breakfast and dinner. As well as that, the staff service was excellent once again. On our last day, our flight was late at night and we checked out at 11am but they still gave us a room to shower in the evening, upon our request, which was very kind. They also let us have dinner that day which was not included in our holiday package. We can truly see how hospitable and kind the staff are. Lastly, the room and bathroom were very clean. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Ariti hotel and I recommend others to stay at this hotel!

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star, but we feel it needs some love and upgrading. Unfortunately our double room was two single beds pushed together, the breakfast was quite disappointing too (especially the eggs). The service however by all of the staff, has been fantastic - right from the moment you walk in, the restaurant staff, bar staff. Always on hand to help! The location is good with some good restaurants around, also a 30 mins walk to some other great restaurants and a bus stop outside to get around into old town really easy. Would love the hotel to make some upgrades to really give it that 4 star feel!

What used to be a great 4star hotel is now slowly showing its age. The service remains very good, friendly smiles and in various languages.
The room is where you can see it the most. We got a room that smelled very heavily of smoke. The table on the balcony, that has a beautiful view, was broken. The bathroom has seen better days, there are real plumbing issues that manifest in slowly draining showers and a strong sewer smell. You do have a water cooker but you can barely find a spot to plug it in.
The rest of the facilities seem OK, but are just a bit run down. Price was more than fair, and all in all a pleasant stay.

I don’t understand how this is a 4-star hotel — I would give it 3 stars at most.
The biggest issue is the food — it’s very tasteless, the drinks and juices are terrible and poor in quality, and the coffee has a very strange taste.
The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean, but some of them definitely need renovation. I stayed in two different rooms — one was much better than the other.
The pool is in very bad condition and dirty.
The location of the hotel is good — it’s close to a bus stop and the airport.
But the food is, at the very least, awful, and because of that, I wouldn’t come back here.
