We had a great stay here — honestly, I was pleasantly surprised after reading some mixed reviews beforehand. The staff were super friendly and hardworking, always keeping everything clean and making sure guests were comfortable. The food options were great, and the setting is just beautiful.
We stayed in one of the bungalows, and yes, as others mentioned, it could use a bit of maintenance and updating, but that really didn’t bother us. The only downside was that the room felt quite damp, so the ventilation could definitely be improved.
The pool area is amazing (though the water was a bit chilly during our October stay!). The kids’ club was fantastic — lots of great activities to keep the wee ones busy and entertained.
The location is a bit secluded, but the hotel shuttle and taxis make getting around easy enough. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be to add some more affordable laundry options — maybe a self-service setup — since the hotel laundry service can end up a bit pricey for young families (hard on laundry), so having a more practical option would make a big difference.
The walk from the main hotel to the beach was totally fine for us — a bit hilly, but our under-5s managed it happily. We saw some reviews complaining about the steep hill but there is a car ride offered up and down if you need a lift. Overall, it’s a lovely spot and a great choice for families!

Absolutely brilliant! Long review but hotel/staff deserve it❤️
Weather was awful...rain & very cold but staff & hotel made up for it & they made my b'day very special wth flowers/bubbly & chocs on arrival in my room.
All staff here are so friendly & nothing is too much trouble.
Rooms & hotel spotless clean.
Guest relations are there constantly attending to any request & just forever smiling & making you feel special!
Food is lovely..varied & constantly replenished. You're greeted at the buffet restaurant door & taken to a table of yr choice which means youre not wondering around searching for one...then drinks order taken by waiter/waitress in lovely greek style uniform & full of smiles. A la carte available but we cancelled due to outdoor dining.
Beachbar/restaurants/entertainment all open as normal...(even in rain) & golf buggies racing up/down constantly...again even the drivers kept smiling.
Evening bar area had good entertainment but was exceptionally busy as everyone was in there due to the bad weather outside. The bar staff did struggle but once again did their utmost best to serve you asap& kept the positive attitude.
We were able to keep room on as very late departure but even Maria(she was also lovely)arranged a slot for us to sauna/shower/freshen up in the spa.
Will definately be booking to return next May..thankyou to all the staff there for making us feel part of the Grecotel Daphnila family 😁❤️

Loved this hotel! Views were just breathtaking! Amazing for a 4 star hotel, excellent for families! We stayed at the end of October and had an amazing time.
We were kindly upgraded to a bungalow room with a partial sea view and it was spacious and clean. Ours had a modern walk in shower compared to some of the reviews I've seen. (Room 707).
The buffet food at the hotel is similar most days but they have so many restaurants that are included even the ones in their sister hotels so food wasn't a problem.
Our favourite was lunch at the beach bar restaurant, fresh pizzas daily and right next door was the crepe and ice cream stand 😋
We would like to thank Barbara and the other ladies from the kids club for being so great with our little one! You can tell how amazing they are at their job and making the children feel so comfortable.

A group of us have an annual tennis trip here utilising the 8 outdoor courts. My 10th visit in 12 years. Superb buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner with a huge choice of delicious freshly cooked multinational cuisine. People are really friendly, hardworking and helpful. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and nice. Nice pool, great private beach and impressive main bar. About a 20 min drive to centre of Corfu Town.

We stayed for a long weekend in October. Check in was smooth and easy. Staff were quick to get us booked in and into buffet before it closed for lunch. We had upgraded for a sea view room. The rooms were comfortable but slightly outdated in furnishing. Although it had all the amenities one would need. The hotel bars were great. Good range of wines spirits whiskies mixers soft drinks. Staff were always good at taking orders and bringing over drinks to tables. We mainly ate at the buffet which had a base selection of food daily with the occasional menu change to menu for lunch/dinner. The variety was good and catered for all. Salads in particular were impressive! We also dined the a la carte hot stone Venezia restaurant in the evening one day. Well worth a reservation! The food was great. Everyone enjoyed the dining experience. Hotel did lack evening entertainment the days we stayed. There was also a lack of activities for adults during the daytime. The WhatsApp ability to contact reception was great as responses were fast. Staff were wonderful and always polite / welcoming. Beach was pretty, but we couldn’t use due to overcast weather. Tip - Ask reception/asia Olivia restaurant staff members for buggy to get down/up hill to/from beach. The walk down is quite steep and back up at incline. Would recommend for family stays.
