European hotels are very generous when giving themselves stars. This hotel gives itself 3. I would hard pressed to give them one! The hotel is old and tired and in desperate need of renovation. The customer service is non-existant. Employees is impatient and crass! Rooms have minimal amenities. No coffee machine and the electricity only works when you are in room so if you put your beers in the fridge, they won't be cold unless you are in the room the whole time.... I can go on and on. Pay more and stay in a decent hotel or just skip Ibiza altogether. Totally overrated!

In two months I stayed twice in Hotel Can Bossa. Both experiences were great. The location, food, facilities and service are excellent! I would also like to compliment Vicky and Xavi. They are one of the nicest and friendliest hotel hosts I've ever met. They and the rest of the staff always make you feel very welcome. Thanks for the great experience!

Great location, very near but still quiet enough to get a good sleep from the party strip- staff were also very lovely. Room was clean and tidy- cleaners came in everyday. I became ill on one of the nights i stayed and the hotel staff very kindly brought up a blanket and hot water as requested and called to check if i was well. Only thing i would ask for change is for there to be more options at breakfast for a vegetarian/ vegan as there was variety for non-vegetarians. Overall a lovely hotel to stay in.

Stuff were very friendly and helpful. They had a storage room we could leave our items for free till our flight time after checking out..

We picked this hotel as it was close to the clubs we were visiting and very convenient to the airport. The bus stop is just 10minute walk from the hotel. I assume due to this the price was reflective and very expensive! Check in was very simple and straightforward. The rooms were very clean and large with a decent size balcony. We were on the top floor so had an incredible view of the coast. Their breakfast was served from 8.30 to 10.30 which to me is a very slim window of opportunity. We did not make breakfast on either of two mornings we stayed; first one due to getting home at 5pm from a gig, and the second morning because we had a flight to catch. Most hotels have breakfast start at 7, so it was a bit disappointing that we could not make breakfast on our second morning as our time to leave was 8am. Checkout was very simple and straightforward.
