Food very good plenty of choice and you can even get by if you are vegan. Restaurant staff friendly and very efficient. Reception helpful and friendly. Room had no chairs or table but we eventually got some after asking a few times, room a bit tired furniture very tasty but air con was great. A big big disappointment was not being able to sit outside by the pool until it had been cleaned, which was 10.30ish first time I have ever stayed in a hotel with this restriction and really think this needs looking into, I had to go back to my room and wait for it to open, not great!

I absolutely LOVE this hotel!! It is about a 5 minute walk from the shops, the beach and the harbour so you can get boats to go to other parts/ beaches on the island. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the strip (if not less so everything is accessible!) however it is not a noisy hotel at night so you can still get a peaceful night sleep. The staff at this hotel are so lovely, warm and welcoming and the hotel manager Natalie is amazing!! She couldn’t do anymore for you if she tried!! Food is buffet style for breakfast and dinner with many different options including freshly made Paella and their lunch food that you order is amazing too! The hotel caters for everyone from children to adults too! Will definitely be coming back here again

Checked in an hour late, also asked for a room request and didn’t get it (but that was to be expected). First room we was given the air-con was leaking out all over the floor and completely flooded the room we went down and told them and they said ‘someone will be right up’ waited and nothing happened and also the water damage to the room it wasn’t fixable. We then was given another room the curtain rail was then pulled off its hinges. Staff also let many people willingly take illegal substances (I know it’s Ibiza) but some families stayed and they saw and heard people doing it on balconies etc. The shower was either cold and the pressure was dead. There was a €1 charge on all drinks for the cup then the staff would collect them quickly so you wasn’t able to return for your money back as it was refundable. No drink table service in restaurant at dinner had to go to the bar. REALLY NOISY guests but obviously to be expected PAPER thin walls. Would say that the premium rooms aren’t at all. There are a few with terraces as described when booked and there was no way of us getting one so we was disappointed also there is NO fridge as described. IT’s described as a VIBE hotel so if you want to relax this isn’t the place for you it’s full of young people. (Which we was fine with as we are young ourselves) Positives Food was pretty good variety of choices for dinner. Breakfast was he same every day and hash browns only on two days. Maid service was very attentive also. Wouldn’t recommend this as a couple or family but a good cheap option for groups. Also had pizza throw on our balcony from other guests love it!

Loved it here! Had the best experience. So beautiful there and Natalie, the manager, was fantastic. All the receptionists were so helpful and lovely and the rooms were clean, as well as the dinner staff being very nice and accommodating. Definitely coming back 10/10🎉

The experience here was not great. After checking in and getting to the room, which had a lot of cosmetic damage, no refrigerator, and unworking TV, one of the cleaners entered with a key without knocking. Then another person who was not wearing staff clothes also entered with a key without knocking. We complained and got an "upgraded room", but the only difference was a higher floor, an extra mirror, and a working TV. The pool was pretty dirty with pieces of food and cigarette butts floating in the water. The staff, in general, were polite. No issues there. The location was good, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The included breakfast was average. I'd recommend finding a nice cafe instead.
