We have just returned from a few nights at the hotel. I can’t really fault it. The reception staff were wonderful, the bar is well priced, the pool was lovely and although basic, the room we had was kept spotlessly clean. Sound from other rooms can travel through the vents in the bathrooms but if you make sure the door is closed then it’s not a problem. Breakfast was great with a good amount to choose from and the evening meals were excellent. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. Carla on reception was great and somehow remembered my name and room number if we ever needed anything. The location is perfect too. A really short walk to the port then go left to the beach or right to the town. We would return without any doubt.

Stayed here for 1 week, had a good experience, and the staff were helpful during our stay. Cleaned our room whenever needed which was a blessing. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Good breakfast buffet although more options during the week could've made it more interesting. Rooms were quiet although could hear the neighbours while in the bathroom.

We turned up at this hotel last minute in desperate need of a room, and the staff were so helpful. A special mention to Irene on reception went out her way to assist us and was super helpful and friendly. The main credit to this hotel is the fantastic staff, including reception team, the housekeepers, and security. The rooms are basic but clean. Pool area busy but chilled and had music on throughout day. Also close walking distance to everything in san antonio. Thanks hotel pacific for making our stay in Ibiza a bit easier !

This hotel is horrible. The staff talk about us in Spanish. The hotel rooms are disgusting! The shower head has no pressure to it and it takes 5 minutes for the hot water to start running. The staff at the hotel are rude including the bar staff. He is always miserable with a grumpy face always shouting. The pool outside is horrendous as well a very small pool that has no floor to it. There is security at this hotel which just always ruins the holiday as only people with wristbands can come in. The walls are very thin can clearly hear neighbours conversations. Overall not a hotel I will be staying at again!! Curtains are broken as well so couldn’t get a good sleep as day light started to come through at 6 in the morning. Poor!

Contrary to what many of the reviews report, we loved the hotel. It's not new anymore, it's true, but the reality is that we loved the pool, the hotel amenities in general, the breakfast and buffet dinner were fantastic and varied during the 5 days of our stay. Breakfast from 8am-10am and dinner 7:30pm-10pm. The room cleaning is not perfect, but it is reasonably good. On the last day, they let you shower in the late afternoon before heading to the airport (towel included). The staff in general are friendly. A special thank you to the kitchen staff for all the great meals. Therefore, the quality/price is good.
