Special thanks to the Food service team! We booked half-board and it was such a great idea. We enjoyed every single meal thanks to Bandy, Susana and Romeo. The food is excellent and the cook is very very professional. We were very pleased.
Thanks to the cleaning team and the lovely pregnant receptionist as well they were really accommodating and they provided us with more pillows as I am pregnant and I needed more support.

I really liked the service in the restaurant. The nicest and most pleasant workers. They always listened to me, since I have gluten intolerance, always brought special dishes and bread separately, always smiled. Nice cooks and waiters. I want to especially highlight Susana, who was very nice and welcoming, the best in this restaurant 😍 Recomiendo este lugar a todos, y a Suzanne, nuestra asistente, es encantadora. ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Volveré!

Loved our week here! Absolutely wonderful staff, especially on the bar at the restaurant! They were unbelievably helpful, always smiling and even had some singing and dancing on during mealtimes 😃 I would definitely recommend coming here, perfectly close to so much with the bus stop around the corner for the party bus to several of the big clubs on the island. The food was always plentiful and tasty and we were hooked on the strawberry daiquiris! Only small suggestion would be mini fridges in the rooms, other than that we’ve had a superb week!

The only banner this hotel fails on are the rooms’ paper thin walls and glass - ear plugs are definitely needed. Everything else was superb for the cost and location. The staff are lovely. My suggestion to the hotel management is to fix those doors that slam so loudly it can be heard throughout the floor’s rooms. Also, if possible, try to soundproof the rooms and/or implement quiet hours made known on arrival (e.g. 2300-0730hrs).

Good location to bus stop, port and bars. Pool size was decent but struggled to get a lounger. I did see people queuing after breakfast most days.
The pool looked like a seal enclosure with many people lounging at the edge, or stood talking in the pool.
Rooms were abysmal. Tiny and definitely not reflective of the number of occupants! I was speaking to those I was sharing a room with from the bathroom and the occupants next door replied!
The lift was always busy, which being on the first floor was fine - but trying to check-out took maybe 10 minutes because the lift often came to the floor full with other people wanting to check-out.
Food was awful, and honestly I felt it was a bit unsafe - I saw heaters turned off, leaving tepid/ luke-warm food to be topped up and mixed with freshly made food - definitely over the safe time limit for room temperature food. Similarly some chillers were not on, or dairy products kept outside a chilled area.
I did see less mobile guests struggle to get around, it was very cramped in some respects.
Restaurant Staff were rude to the point you would think they had paid out of their pocket for you to be there.
Could only recommend if you need a bed for the night - although it would be more frugal to stay further out and travel by local taxi.
