We've spent an amazing Ibiza Holidays staying at azuLine Hotel from 30/08/2017 till 06/09/2017.
Food was delicious, so many choices for everyone. Half-board was a great choice, especially that we were spending most of the time outside the hotel. Going out right after the breakfast and returning to have a dinner.
Hotel's staff was very kind and helpful.
Rooms were very clean with comfy beds.
The price of stay was very low!
We can really recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Special thanks to the Food service team! We booked half-board and it was such a great idea. We enjoyed every single meal thanks to Bandy, Susana and Romeo. The food is excellent and the cook is very very professional. We were very pleased.
Thanks to the cleaning team and the lovely pregnant receptionist as well they were really accommodating and they provided us with more pillows as I am pregnant and I needed more support.
El servicio de desayunos y cenas fue espectacular. El equipo super atento y profesional, la cocinera una maravilla. Gracias a Susana, Romeo y Bandy, la calidad de la comida y el servicio que dan todos e increíble.

I arrived last night. My first impression were, wow, the receptionist is so friendly! My room was upgraded from a single to a triple for free. There were a couple of free bottles of water and nuts. The room was immaculate. Dinner and breakfast have been great. I feel so happy to have chosen this hotel, do it. Book!

Really really pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Very clean, great location, great dinner and breakfast buffets also. The staff were so lovely especially the receptionists. Carla was amazing, a real asset to the company. However there is one member of staff - Debbie who completely ruined our last morning here with her disgusting attitude. At breakfast she accused us of trying taking food out of the buffet - which we were not. I told her she should not come and accuse us of something that we have not done especially in such a rude manner. We were made to feel so uncomfortable. Later I watched her tell a woman she couldn’t eat a packet of crisps at the pool (which to me is unheard of). She then stormed over to a group and shouted at them saying ‘everything you have with you now must go’ and she started invading their space aggressively and going through their bags to see if they had anything else with them. They had a couple of glass bottles of beers which are not allowed either which is understandable but the way she approached them was so aggressive. I work at a hotel myself and would never go through a guests bag and invade their space like that. She told one of the guests that they should come with her now and speak to the director so they can decide whether the guests can stay here or not. She could’ve calmly told them the bottles were not allowed and they would’ve listened, they were very reasonable. Every other staff member has been so lovely Debbie however was NOT, she is a serious hinderance to the company

I really liked the service in the restaurant. The nicest and most pleasant workers. They always listened to me, since I have gluten intolerance, always brought special dishes and bread separately, always smiled. Nice cooks and waiters. I want to especially highlight Susana, who was very nice and welcoming, the best in this restaurant 😍 Recomiendo este lugar a todos, y a Suzanne, nuestra asistente, es encantadora. ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Volveré!
