The rooms are quite outdated, with doors and drawers that are crooked and don't open properly. The closet could fit two suitcases, but there were only a few hangers and no hooks. So two suitcases ended up serving as "wardrobes." There were only three power outlets in the entire apartment (if you unplugged the TV from the wall), and instead of a standard card, there was a magnetic key welded to a key ring, which meant that chargers only worked when you were in the room. The shower and bathroom fan were broken, but they were repaired quickly.
The staff was super nice, except for one receptionist (a short woman with dark hair). She provided substandard service, opening the reception by arrogantly asking "what do you want" when we arrived at the hotel with our suitcases. She was rude throughout the week, and several other guests had the same experience.
The water park and pools were good, the food was okay, and there was often something good to eat, if you compare it with other similar hotels. The same cannot be said for the snack bar, in which even the fries werent good. Drinks were okay, cleaning was good.
A word of warning if you are leaving in the evening: late checkout fees are clearly stated, but do not include all-inclusive, which costs €15 per adult. So if you leave at 6 p.m. by bus to the airport, for example, you will only get lunch for that price. Something they don't mention anywhere, or that you won't find in the rules, is that you also need that wristband to use the water park (apparently). The receptionist I mentioned told us this arrogantly, and when we asked for clarification, the answer was such that I didn't bother to say anything more.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. Although the food lacked variety, it was tasty. However, the main issue was with the desserts, as they were almost the same every day with no variety at all. Even the fruits were disappointing — a large portion of them were not fresh and almost rotten.
The service was generally good, and room service in particular was very good. The activities were average. The room itself had a great location — completely isolated from noise — and the bed was very comfortable, which made the stay more relaxing.
However, I have a major concern regarding one of the receptionists who acted unprofessionally and rudely towards a guest filling out the check-in form. The situation was quite strange and unacceptable for someone working in customer service to treat a guest in such a manner.
Other than that, I would rate the hotel as less than four stars considering the level of service. Additionally, we were charged an extra 10 euros per night just because it is listed as a four-star hotel.

I wanted to share my opinion about the hotel. The entire complex is quite large and doesn't feel crowded, even though the hotel hosts a large number of guests. I wanted to praise the hotel staff, especially GOBINDE, the waiter and bartender, who quickly and efficiently solves any guest's problem. Thanks to his excellent English, he's always willing to help and offer advice. The complex has three swimming pools and water slides. The rooms and the entire facility are very clean. The hotel is located in a remote area, but is well-connected to the rest of the island. The food was okay. The atmosphere in the hotel was very good, and the numerous entertainment programs and dances were of a high standard. Thank you to all the hotel staff for a warm welcome.
Best regards to the staff and Gobinde.

We would like to express our satisfaction with the hotel. The culinary offerings, staff, and child-friendly environment were all exceptional. We anticipate returning for a visit next year. Thank you for providing an outstanding week.
