Avoid this hotel if you care about your vacation.
1. Service: There is none. The manager is rude, ignores safety rules, and treats guests disrespectfully. Staff seem afraid of him and are unhelpful.
2. “All-Inclusive”: It’s not. Same limited food every day, low quality, and even risk of food poisoning. No other food options around.
3. Drinks: Only the cheapest alcohol is included, served in tiny amounts. Anything decent costs extra. Water isn’t even included after check-in.
4. Beach: No private beach. The nearest one costs €20/day for old sunbeds and broken umbrellas on artificial grass. Water was murky and unpleasant.
5. Rooms: Very outdated, with uncomfortable beds and paper-thin walls. Showers in poor condition. Housekeeping is inconsistent at best.
6. Extras: Beach towels – €4 each. 500ml bottled water – €1.50. No mini-bar. One small water bottle per person at check-in – that’s it. You’re constantly being charged for everything.
The place could have potential, but poor management and greed are ruining it. Not recommended.

We booked this while we were already in Crete and didn`t checked a lot befor booking. When we arrived we were absolutely amazed! The hotel is located in an amazing spot, great views, beach, pools, restaurant and rooms. We were upgraded to a suite and it was awesome, everything clean, the staff was always nice and helpful. All inclusive is definitely worth it, we even decided to stay more days after our first booking. Definitely the place you want to stay in Crete.

I should have written this review long ago, as I stayed in the hotel in August 2023. My bad for not doing so but I think it's still due. I was initially sceptic due to the abysmal reviews on Booking, but still decided to give it a try due to the crazy low price and, above all, the fantastic position. It was beyond my expectations. Of course, you can't expect a Maldivian resort, but it would be ridiculous to do so for about 50 € /person per night, all inclusive, in high season. I can't even start to describe how magnificent the landscape and the sea are, or the fact of sunbathing on the cliffs almost alone, the swimming pool from which you dominate the cost and the promenade in the mountains above. Even the food was fine, while the only *very* bad thing was the house wine included in the all inclusive. The quality/price ratio is incredibly good - our bedroom even had a great view on the sea. I would go there again and I would recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful trip! We went for a week 23rd Sept- 1st October and had the most amazing time. The scenery is beautiful, 3 pools as well as the stunning beach area. There is plenty of sun beds at all pools. The views are amazing. The staff are all so happy and lovely can not do enough for you. The rooms were spacious, I do agree with some of the reviews that the bathrooms could do with a slight update. The cleaners came everyday and cleaned our room and gave us fresh bedding, even noticed how we were changing the bedding for our comfort and started doing so, lovely little touches. The resort was lovely, the food was great quality. The resort is far from the airport but if you want a lovely relaxing break it’s a great spot!

High expectations and a big disappointment accordingly: Looking at Google maps, this site seemed to be very attractive: A quite sea lagoon, swimming pools, great sea view.
Arriving there, we found out that the place was new some 40 years ago, and never renovated since then. There is no WIFI at the rooms, only in the reception, some 150 meters away. Pool bathing towels are provided only if one pays (that was the only place that demanded payment for towels) and the four pools are all useless salty sea water pools, that are horrible for swimming. The stinginess of the owners of this place (I avoid calling this “hotel”, it is rather an old-fashioned bungalow village) is remarkable. There are much better hotels for smaller price, beware!
