Our stay was mixed. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views and access to a unique rocky coastline. The pools are very nice, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
However, the rooms and facilities are quite old and in need of renovation. We also found certain areas to be not very clean, which really impacted our overall comfort. The food was okay — not exceptional, but there was enough variety to find something decent eat. For one night stay was ok. With some updates and more attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better experience. As it is, we’d say it’s a place with great potential, but it needs improvement to truly match the setting.

Avoid this hotel if you care about your vacation.
1. Service: There is none. The manager is rude, ignores safety rules, and treats guests disrespectfully. Staff seem afraid of him and are unhelpful.
2. “All-Inclusive”: It’s not. Same limited food every day, low quality, and even risk of food poisoning. No other food options around.
3. Drinks: Only the cheapest alcohol is included, served in tiny amounts. Anything decent costs extra. Water isn’t even included after check-in.
4. Beach: No private beach. The nearest one costs €20/day for old sunbeds and broken umbrellas on artificial grass. Water was murky and unpleasant.
5. Rooms: Very outdated, with uncomfortable beds and paper-thin walls. Showers in poor condition. Housekeeping is inconsistent at best.
6. Extras: Beach towels – €4 each. 500ml bottled water – €1.50. No mini-bar. One small water bottle per person at check-in – that’s it. You’re constantly being charged for everything.
The place could have potential, but poor management and greed are ruining it. Not recommended.

This hotel has been hyped up and is actually very underwhelming once you arrive. The accommodation whilst being adequate is very dated and in need of modernisation. The biggest disappointment is the all-inclusive option. The drinks served at the pool bar and main restaurant are very poor, especially the cocktails and long drinks. The main bar at night is not included in the all-inclusive and drinks have to be purchased with a 40% discount. But you will still pay 11.90 Euros for two gin and tonics. You have to pay for any bottled water, and only tap water is offered for those with all-inclusive. The food here is adequate with plenty of meat options available for all meals.
Having stayed here, I would advise booking a hotel at the near by resort of Plakias, where there are plenty of options for drinking and eating out.

The place is stunning! Beautiful location.
The ‘all inclusive’ is a load of bullshit! Cheap quality drinks (even the coke and lemonade was poor in the pool bar) with no ‘common’ drinks included. Eg Malibu, gin, mythos etc all extras. Not all inclusive. The cocktails were DIABOLICAL, watered down and grim!
Food- I personally can’t complain much about it, having grown up going to Greece for holidays, I like the delicacy! However I wouldn’t say it was hygienic. However nor is Toby carvery.
Staff, check in was so slow. BUT jack. The entertainer was the life and soul of the holiday! We loved him! Came and sat with us in evenings, by the pool, and pushed everyone to engage in Waterpolo or volleyball. Taught him how to play cheat and he was good so keep an eye out if you play with him!!
The Rooms were basic but nothing out of the ordinary for the price we paid! £850 pp including flights, seats on plane.
You 100% need a hire car or taxi service is required if you want to leave the property. We went into Plakias most evenings and loved it. Great gyros’ and bars!
I only booked the hotel for the beach/natural pool! Having been in years prior! And again, ur didn’t disappoint. Definitely a key factor for people booking i’d say.

SCAMMERS and RUDE STAFF – Worst experience ever
This place is an absolute joke. I booked a tour and was forced to pay in cash — already shady. Then they told me my 8-year-old son had to pay the same price as an adult. Seriously? That’s insane. I questioned it, and the woman at the desk acted annoyed, then double-checked and still insisted it was full price. Fine, we paid. But guess what? She stuffed the cash straight into her own pocket. Not a receipt, not a record — nothing. She clearly pocketed the money. A disgusting thief.
Later, we asked another staff member, who calmly told us kids should pay HALF PRICE. We confronted her, and instead of fixing it, she started screaming at us, refused to give our money back, and acted like we were the problem. Unbelievable. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. She should not be working with guests at all.
Oh — and the food? Absolutely disgusting. Cold, bland, and honestly not even edible.
This place is a total scam. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to get ripped off, yelled at, and served garbage. Worst resort experience I’ve ever had.
I’m still a 16-year-old kid. I was trying to get something to eat—a donut, to be exact. There were no tongs or anything to pick up the food (if you know what I mean), so I was looking around but couldn’t find any. Eventually, I decided to grab the donut from the side.
Then this woman comes up to me and starts yelling at me. I told her to shut up, and after that, she tried to slap me in the face and started getting physical. She had short hair and honestly, her face didn’t look great.
