The hotel is good nice and clean. Food is okay, tasty.
Staff is friendly. Location is good as it's next to the beach.
There are a few pools but the sunbeds are not enough. The life guard is meant to look after people who 'reserve' the sunbeds but they are not doing it anything. People put their staff on sunbeds before breakfast and then don't come for hours. We can't find a spot . Reported to reception but they won't do a thing. That's so annoying. The beach is close though but you need to pay 10 eur.
Sometimes the music is too loud and it's like a club. There are many families there and I don't think it's fair to put club music on a resort hotel. If it's for a dance session I get it but it happened often.
We had half board and got some soft drinks which were meant for all inclusive. Didn't know that. We got charged the first day. I thought they are going to overlook it but no.

Stayed there for 11 days for a workshop. I must say, they have amazing service, and an amazing beach side. Every night of the week is a different event. I got to witness Cretan nights with Cretan food and dancing, a Karaoke night and a Magic show night.
Their breakfast and dinner buffet leaves us with plenty of options to choose from, along with vegan friendly meals.
Highly recommend this hotel for people of all age groups.

We arrived at 4 am at the hotel, the entry doors were closed, we were waiting for about 15 min when someone appeared and we could shout to ask to open it. At the reception we asked for early check in as it was a long and hand way from Kyiv, we were told there is no free rooms. I proposed to pay additionally - and surprisingly the room appeared and they “have found a solution” what a happy chance - we paid 50euro more for that. We were told to pay 15 euro more for each person for the breakfast (what a nonsense- I was in Greece before, I was check in earlier for free and had a breakfast as usual), so not very nice approach for me. Some of the personnel at the reception are rude answering the questions which is not appropriate neither. If you do not have all inclusive, you cannot take any drinks during the dinner, which we knew after we took it and we pay additionally ( this should be announced during check in). The room on the other hand was quite big for three persons with a balcony and sea view (I paid for it during trip reservation), room cleaning each day. The air conditioner was not working properly. The hotel is really near the sea which is perfect. Beach access and sun set (two sun-beds and umbrella) - 10 euro even if you come for 1 hour. It’s a small village but there is a couple of souvenirs shops and small super market, cafes, near the hotel as well, but closer to the Center it’s cheaper (near the hotel 1 euro for bottle of water, closer to the center 0,50 cents). You can rent a car for a day or more (not less than a day) starting with 50 euro. It was easy and required only driving licence. The beach was clean, the sea was wavy all the time. There is a snack bar near the hotel to take a coffee or to eat which is good. A lot of people on the beach. We had early flight back, I asked for lunch boxes (they do not have it which is strange), they only proposed a coffee and some toasts.

On the first floor our room was a good size. The minor issue was that the cold water tap in the bath/shower was not working, but once I let reception know , they came and fixed it straight away. Our view from the balcony was perfect poolside and beach front. The service and cleanliness were 5star. Family-friendly hotel and very peaceful atmosphere. I had a massage at the poolside, which was amazing. Thanks again, Lucy. You are amazing at what you do. The only thing that was not for me was that the breakfast could have been fresher, but I have high standards when it comes to food. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay, and I loved it.
