Overall a lovely hotel and clean, and the staff are friendly, however the service is shocking. They clearly are understaffed. There is only one main restaurant and it’s ridiculously busy. They struggle to sit the whole hotel in the restaurant, and the queue backs right out of the restaurant. When you are seated, you’ll be lucky to get a drink or any form of service. You’ll be lucky to get a sun-bed. If you aren’t outside at 7am claiming your bed, you won’t get one.

A highly professional and respectful environment, paired with warm and friendly service, made our stay truly pleasant. The room was spotless with a stunning view, and both the buffet and the Italian restaurant offered excellent food and presentation. Highly recommended!!
Definitely worth a visit!

A 5 star hotel with 3 star service. The hotel itself is visually stunning, great facilities and the location is great, however the service let it down immensely.
The lifts are an issue, especially for guests above the first couple of floors. Stairs are an option but not for families with buggies or beach gear. There are only 3 lifts to the restaurant floor which causes quite a jam at peak times. I recall waiting 15 minutes in a queue to board the lift. 1 lift broke down halfway through our stay and was not repaired, a 2nd went out of service a day before our last day. 1 lift to serve hundreds of people is an issue.
The waiting times. I’m happy to wait, however waiting times fell below reasonable limits at occasionally. Large queues for the main restaurant, long waits for coffee at the cafe and bars. They appear to be understaffed as there would be only 1 member of staff serving at times.
Most staff were friendly and attentive, however some let the hotel down. Without going into too much detail, I had a bad experience with a lady at the waterpark bar on two occasions. She was very patronising and rude - not something you expect from a 5 star hotel.
Overall, the hotel was stunning and the food was high quality. Very close to the beach too but I would expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a positive opinion about this hotel. To begin with, our check-in was delayed well past the official start of the hotel stay. We had to wait in the lobby, moving from one reception desk to another, trying to find out when we would receive our room keys. All we got were vague responses like “it’ll be ready soon.”
In the restaurants, there’s a queue just to be seated. When we requested a table in a quieter corner of the room — to reduce the noise from the speakers for our young daughter — we were told that the table didn’t have a child’s high chair. This was surprising, as the day before, a different manager had no problem bringing one to a distant table.
Evening attractions are canceled when it rains, and when we asked if the kids’ playroom could be opened instead (around 7 p.m.), we were told that “bad weather wasn’t anticipated.” That’s hard to believe, considering weather forecasts had clearly predicted rain for the previous three days. So, when the weather turns bad, there’s essentially nowhere to go with your child.
Any request for a bit of flexibility was met with the same response: “Unfortunately, the hotel owner insists on it being this way.” As a result, the playground is closed at 5:00 p.m. (as well the pool) and the indoor playroom is also closed in the evenings when it rains — and guests are not allowed to enter.

We recently stayed here, and while there were some great aspects to our stay, there were also several disappointments that need to be addressed.
One of the biggest issues was the kids' playground, which is located inside the hotel’s water park. Since the water park only opens late (around 11 AM) and closes early (around 4–5 PM), the playground becomes completely inaccessible outside these hours. This was frustrating, as young children often want to play early in the morning or in the evening when the sun is not as intense.
When I raised this concern with the guest relations manager, I was met with avoidance and a lack of professionalism. It took repeated efforts to get a conversation with her, and when I finally did, she simply stated that it was the owner's decision and could not be changed. This kind of dismissive attitude was disappointing and not what one expects from a guest-oriented service.
Another issue was the lack of proper management regarding sunbeds at the pool. Many guests reserve them early in the morning, and since there’s no visible enforcement against this, it becomes almost impossible to find a free spot unless you wake up at dawn to claim one.
Additionally, the hotel does not provide drying racks or hangers on the balconies for wet towels and swimwear. As a result, guests are left hanging their items over the railings, which gives the hotel an untidy and unappealing appearance, more like a workers’ lodge than a holiday resort.
However, I must highlight the restaurant experience, which was the standout aspect of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. The waitstaff were incredibly professional, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. Their excellent service was the one redeeming factor that made our stay more enjoyable.
Overall, while the dining experience was exceptional, the shortcomings in management, guest service, and facilities make it difficult to fully recommend this hotel. With better organization and attention to guest concerns, it has the potential to offer a much better experience.
