I would not rate this as 3 star. We weren’t expecting the top end of hotels, but our shower was rarely even warm, and at certain times of the day the bathroom would smell like sewage. Air con and beds were okay, but sheets had holes in them and blankets in cupboard were covered in dust. Toilet paper was rubbish and never had enough. Had to go to reception several times, often because after making a note they still wouldn’t give us some. All inclusive bar was okay, often found that if you were in the pool ordering, it would get forgotten about. Staff at dinner were really good, constantly clearing up and friendly. Few cats around to say hello, but they were harmless. There isn’t a lot of variety on the food, my wife is vegetarian and the options weren’t great for her so we often were eating out. If there is ever a chicken dish out 80% of it was watery oily sauce, so you were fishing the small bits out. Having stayed in many places all over the world this is no better than a 2 star. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel, the saving grace is its great location. For us as people who like to go out anyway it was okay, but if you are someone who wants to spend all day at an all inclusive there will be much better options out there. Even if it does cost that little bit more.

Just had a week at this hotel. I believe people needs to be realistic with their expectations. We stayed in many all inclusive hotels over the years. I can honestly say the location is perfect, rooms are average and the service at the restaurant is excellent. For the price we paid, we were not expecting a lot of options. Especially Tolga was very warm welcoming and helpful. The pool area kept clean at all times.

The BEST hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff said good morning, asked about our day, made constant conversation, were always smiling and happy. I witnessed the staff mopping and cleaning the public areas multiple times a day, not leaving more than 5 minutes to clear our plates and altogether just taking great care of everyone. These staff members definitely made this hotel one of my favourite I have ever stayed. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the photos don’t do it enough justice! P.S I heard a few people while I was there mention their unhappiness with the food but don’t be fooled, this hotel had plenty of meat and meat free options as well as a station where the chef custom cooked specials, constant selection of beautiful salads, dressings and sauces.

I recently stayed at this hotel with two of my friends, all of us in our twenties, and unfortunately, our experience was a mixed one.
Room & Facilities:
One of the major issues was the extractor fan in the bathroom, which was leaking directly onto the toilet. Not only was this unpleasant, but it also raised hygiene concerns. It definitely needs urgent maintenance. Staff couldn’t fix it with us in room nor did we got an offer to change rooms.
Food:
The food was surprisingly good. There was always something cooking on the grill, both in the mornings and evenings, which was a nice touch and added variety to the meals. If you're a foodie, the dining experience here might be one of the highlights.
Drinks:
On the flip side, the drinks were disappointing. They were consistently watered down, and the hotel doesn’t offer cocktails at all, which was a letdown considering we were on holiday and looking to enjoy ourselves.
Safety & Staff Conduct:
This was the most concerning part of our stay. A group of hotel workers followed us from the hotel all the way to the nearby strip of shops, and they continued to linger by the poolside toilets, staring and talking about us openly. Regarding this we weren’t the only ones speaking to other girls in the hotel. This behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, and it’s completely unacceptable. If you're a young woman or traveling in a group of girls, I’d strongly advise caution.
Other Staff:
Despite that, not all staff were problematic. A special mention goes to Teddy – he was absolutely lovely and professional, and made a genuine effort to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable.
Overall:
While there were a few redeeming qualities like the food and Teddy's hospitality, the poor maintenance, watered-down drinks, and inappropriate staff behavior make it hard for me to recommend this hotel – especially for young women traveling alone or in groups.

The very first day when we arrived, we got assigned a room on the 4th floor where there was no stairs. The room had weird red markings on walls? The electrical system was hanging out of the wall near the sink (major safety hazard!!) Also, the room had really bad smells of rotten fish and urine coming from the bathroom pipes. We got changed the room next day my a lovely receptionist and a good manager so i can only say thank you to them and the best about their customer service and support ☺️ The new room was definitely better, but the bathroom still had disgusting urine smell daily.. was unable to use it often because it smelled really badly. Also, i was extremely disappointed in extremely low choices of “all inclusive” alcoholic drinks… We only had wine, beer, vodka, gin and few soft drinks… There was an option for slushy but that also seemed to be limited daily as once it run out it was not topped up until next day. The all inclusive buffet had only few choices of main dishes (around 2-3 hot food and rice and chips) one type of soup. But they had a lot of different options of salads which felt like a strategic move to compensate for the lack of hot food choices. Also only 2 types of fresh fruit, watermelon and apple. Sometimes watermelon and melon. Any better food or cocktails had to be bought next door from a restaurant that I think belonged to hotel as well, so what’s the point of “all inclusive” if you still have to pay extra for something better? The buffet food was delicious, but so limited it was disappointing. Another issue is that hotel didn’t had their own section on beach, for beach chairs so we had to rent them daily (I know that hotel is not beachfront, but many other hotels offer a small beach ciosk belonging to hotel, where you can get free beach chairs) overall i would say it’s a 1/2 star hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. I can only say the best about the staff, as i understand it’s not their fault and it’s not up to them for poor hotel quality, i understand they are doing their best so 5/5 for customer service and 1/5 for overall hotel quality
