We stayed for 4 nights in Tower 3 apartment 4A (2 bedroom apartment) from 5/10/25 to 9/10/25.
We were very impressed with the apartment. It was very clean with comfortable beds and a large balcony overlooking Vincent's Pub and a partial sea view.
The fully-equipped kitchen facilities were fabulous although we only used it to make sandwiches. The only item missing was a tea towel. Even washing-up liquid was provided.
Our contact with staff was minimal seeing as we were on a self-catering basis. The only time we needed to contact staff was when our key cards were wiped by our mobile phones. Staff politely reminded us not to keep the cards next to mobile phones but when you use your mobile phone case to store cards and money because you're wearing shorts, this isn't an option and we're both former Premier Inn reception staff so we know the score.
Staff are multi-national including British people. We had housekeeping in our apartment once during the stay, which is more than wonderful as we're environmentally friendly and are conscious of the need to save water and use towels sparingly.
Would we stay again and are the apartments good value for money? - Absolutely!

Arrived 3 hours before check in. Room was ready so we were able to get into the apartment straight away. Check in process simple and quick. Apartment was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Apartment in a great location in Rincon area. Slight hill up to it but nothing too steep. Great pool and bar with friendly staff. Entertainment team do a great job. Would definitely stay again as exceptional value.

What a lovely surprise. Only rated a 2☆
Staff are amazing, the pool area is lovely, and hotel is about 100yds away from the beach. The booze is embarrassingly cheap, both in the hotel and out in Town. The locals are very friendly, not what I expected after all the negativity in the press. Thanks everyone.

Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were a bit run down and shabby, shower instantly flooded the bathroom when used but you get what you paid for and it was just a place to lay your head. The staff on the other hand were amazing the reception staff were helpful. Barstaff were friendly, entertainment crew were fantastic and fun.

If you like staying beside a building site all week then this is for you! The building work starts around 7:30am an not light work full on banging with hammers an cerment mixers turning up from then to, the complex was ok but pool dirty alot of the stay, alot of groups on stag doos so not so family friendly, around the pool there in only 5 umbrella's so shade is a bit of a shortage an we did ask if they have any more to use an they said they are on order but clearly if you look through there review ls from over 6 months ago it seems there not that bothered as theres only 5 in them pictures, our last day we don't fly till 10pm so asked to keep the room till 6pm with a charge, I went down 3 times to get this sorted out but 1st person said we can but come back at 6pm on the night Beforehand so we did, then another work colleague says we can have the room an pay at checkout on the as we leave, so we thought all was good, anyway around 10am this morning tlwe got told to get to reception an pay the money in 5 minutes or else, so I head down there to be greeted by a very aggressive an angry work colleague an she wouldn't let me talk she kept raising her voice over mine till I very loudly told her to zip it an stop being so rude, anyway we paid the extra £30 euros bit we'd been told it was only £20 by colleague number 2 so wasn't happy again, also on the weekend you ger some Spanish girls shouting down a mic at the pool for a few hours trying to get people to do aqua arobics but to be honest its so loud you can hear it with your room window closed, the entertainment is very poor to an one of the lifeguards hates blow up pool toys im pretty sure he has been putting holes in some the people leave around the pool so he can bin them 😢
