Great place! Rooms are clean and comfy, Cleaning services are great, All staff that work there are very friendly, dont be put of by the "Yellow brick road", We didnt try food. , Location a 10 minute walk from the beach, there is shops nearby, Entertaiment in evenings which was quite good, There is also a sports bar, The pool area is clean and good although it opens late and shuts quite early!, Wifi was a bit slow, other than that wouldnt fault it! Thank you for the lovely stay. The glass lift is cool!!

What can I say? I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rio Park. The room sizes were a great size. Tv was a little small but substantial.
Food in the restaurant was amazing. The drinks in the bar was very reasonably priced.
The lifts during breakfast, dinner and tea would take ages to come. The glass lifts seem to get stuck on level 12 during the night (no idea why), the distance of the hotel to the beach is a easy route to remember.
Emma, Luke and the Medplaya team are wonderful.

Just returned from the Rio Park last week. First time stay there although we have been to Benidorm many times, but always more central. Rooms were very clean, cleaned every day with beds made. Food was good, always a good variety, very happy with the meals and we are picky. Only complaint would be that the rooms were cold, and I had to see reception 4 times before it was sorted. Staff were excellent, entertainment was good. Where the hotel is situated is very quiet, which for us mature people is a good thing.
Would definitely recommend it to other people.

Have stayed in Rio Park before and find rooms ok, clean and bed was comfortable. Room was made up every day. We mainly wanted a base to stay as planned to be out and about. There was a good breakfast choice to start the day. From previous memory at other sittings I found the food warmer this time. Could always find a table easily enough. I do think water should be available without charge. Was only visiting 4 nights and if longer food could get repetitive but could always find something to eat. Is a nice touch restaurant is open early for a continental breakfast on leaving day if early flight. We were not in hotel every night but on occasions we were the entertainment was good. The one thing that lets hotel down are the lifts. Always one not working and although states takes 8 people, it beeps an alarm if more than 4 and you have to get out. I know weight is included but this didnt seem always to be the issue. We were on 12th floor so did rely on them. Overall we had a pleasant stay

Rooms a bit small very uncomfortable if you try to chill out just sitting o n bed Rooms cleaned daily very helpful staff fridge coffee making facilities safe and air conditioner in room nice chill out balcony shower in bathroom very poor water pressure. We were on 6th floor very hit and miss with lifts Restaurant was ok But it was a bit overpriced having to pay for what was basically tap water at midday and evening meals at around €3. Most of time food was repetitive but there was always something for most of people to get on with
