The hotel was excellent and spotlessly clean. We arrived around 11:00 and were able to access our rooms straight away. The room itself was very comfortable, featuring a good shower, a balcony, and a small fridge.
The Rio Park Hotel is conveniently located—about a 10-minute walk from the seafront, 10 minutes from the main bar area, and around 20 minutes from the Old Town.
Both breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable, with a wide selection of dishes available that catered to a variety of tastes.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Came here for my 40th and I couldn't have ask for more. Hotel and room very clean. Entertainment was great lots getting involved with day time games, such a laugh and night time lots of games and acts to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves. Food here was great lots of choice and microwaves to heat up if you like your food piping hot like me. Staff always ready to help asked for a kettle at reception it was delivered to room withing a couple of hours. I went on a solo trip but I never felt lonely. Great location short walk to everywhere beach, market and the strip. Loved it so much ive already booked again. Thank you to everyone for making my holiday fantastic 😀

Just arrived home 28 Feb till 7 march been our 2nd time at benidorm we definitely picked a great hotel. We were on the first floor so walked up and down the stairs to restaurant and reception area,as the lifts were hard to get but it didn't bother us at all. The bedroom was clean lovely firm matteress plenty of space for our clothes. Fridge in room and a safe bonus if I were to be picky the shower head kept falling off the holder and drowning the bathroom, but again not a major problem. The restaurant food was plenty ful something to please everyone the staff always spoke and kept the hotel clean and tidy. The pool and outside area looked a lovely area to use, but unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side, if we were to come back to benidorm again it would definitely be back here to the Hotel Rio Park

Thank you we have just had a great stay in the Rio Park 20 to 27 Jan 2026. We were so impressed with all aspects of our stay. All the staff were so hard working and friendly. The hotel was always clean and lots of facilities. We were very happy with the restaurant and a wide variety always allowed you to find something you like. The location allowed easy access to the bars and shows. We also had a short walk to the Benidorm Intermodal train for a trip to Alicante. This is a great value hotel thank you.

Easy fast check in on arrival, room wasn't available until 4pm! The time passed quickly waiting for our room, we enjoyed some lunch in the restaurant and had a couple of drinks in the sun at the poolside terrace. Our room was lovely and clean, bathroom with walk in shower is a bonus as I'm disabled. There was a kettle, fridge, WIfi and a free room safe! The restaurant serves food that is catered to "English" taste. Breakfast is amazing there is a large selection of cereals, yoghurt and the most delicious pastries. The hot section serves every item of a traditional English breakfast and is of good quality! Tea, coffee & juice are provided at breakfast aswell as a selection of bread and a toaster. Lunch and dinner are of equal high standard but drinks are not included with these meals. There is a selection of steak pie, chicken & beef curry, hamburgers etc and one night per week there is a gala dinner. The food here is probably the best I've had in a hotel in Spain! Rooms are cleaned daily and all areas of the hotel are clean. Lifts are not the best and get particularly busy as mealtimes approach. A couple of tweaks with electric sockets in the rooms and balcony rails on the balconies and I would say this hotel could be perfect. Location is good just a short stroll to the promenade and there are plenty of bars just a few minutes walk away from Medplaya Hotel Rio Park. Thankyou for a lovely stay! X
