Hi, We stayed here for 2 weeks, the place is spotless, very friendly and trustworthy staff, Great location, right next to outdoor market, deposit is put on hold until room is checked for breakages, Great A/C, comfy enough, miss it already.

Hi i already put a review on Tripadvisor at the beginning of my 13 night stay. I have come to the end of my stay now I'm home tomorrow. I must say I loved this place really lovely and clean apartament we stayed in room 1201 16th floor. Was near all the night life. And beach. But set back a bit so you could get a good night's sleep. Pool area was so nice. The pool bar was really good. Nice food lovely helpful staff Daniel and the rest of the staff thank you for making our stay really good. And we will definitely be back 100%

The receptionist took a 200 Euro deposit on the 23rd of September we signed out at 6:30am on 30th September, my deposit wasn't returned to my account until the 9th of October. I've reported this to Jet2.

We’ve just arrived back after a 3 night stay with a group of 11 on a hen do. The hotel was well located, close enough to walk everywhere but far enough back then there was no noise in the evenings. The hotel and rooms were very clean, modern well equipped with everything you need. The pool area was clean and well looked after, although in February the pool itself is too cold to use (as we expected) but we did lounge around on the sun beds for a few hours. There is a €200 deposit per room on arrival, but I had this back in my account just after arriving at Alicante airport on my return home. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite! The only downside is the sofa bed in the living room isn’t the most comfortable but is certainly manageable and not the worst I’ve slept on. Thank you for a lovely stay! I would certainly return again on either a group booking or a family holiday.
