Absolutely would not recommend this hotel. There are so many negatives about it but the spa… well that’s lovely. Good value with amazing treatments. The whole team are friendly and professional and gave us a wonderful experience in a week that was like landing in hell. Thank god we holidayed with amazing friends so was able to make the best of the holiday.
I 100% recommend the aura spa and wellness as a day visit, but don’t stay in the hotel!

We stayed here in August and was slightly off put by the reviews we had read. However had an absolutely amazing first time in Turkey. We have done nothing but sing praises since returning home. The only negative was the food wasn’t great, very very repetitive and not to our taste as it was catered a lot more to more local countries or local tastes which is okay I suppose but we didn’t have a lot to eat or choose from so hopefully there will be more variety in future. Also the amount of stray dogs, we have never been somewhere before with issues such as stray dogs or rabies epidemics but as reassured by staff they are all cared for by the covenant tagged and monitored and regularly vaccinated, the views are absolutely out of this world and our room was stunning, we stayed in a bungalow and all though there is a lot of walking there is a regular transport system to and from the bungalows to the main pool, beach and reception area and you don’t have to wait long either. It is also close to the little pool with the slides and children’s area, the reception will call taxis for you to enter Kusadasi centre or you can get the dolmus from outside the security gates but we always used taxi. absolutely beautiful stay honestly we loved every minute of it, there are 3/4 shops on site as well and the staff are so unbelievably friendly in each one of them. Really really recommend honestly it was such a lovely experience. Thank you, the staff we found was so kind and helpful and even though on occasion there was a huge language barrier they tried their hardest to understand what we was saying. Great place for families 100% but if you have young young children who dislike walking up steps or ramps then I’d maybe request a main suite room.however our family had no issues and both adults and children loved the exploring!

Me and my family have just got back from a weeks stay here. We had the most amazing time. The workers were so lovely and accommodating, the shows were amazing, the views were INSANE!!! My partner unfortunately injured his hand on the second day and the medic onsite was so helpful and caring. It was also my partners birthday when we were there and on his birthday a worker bought up a card and a cake up to our room off their own backs which is the most loveliest thing. Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely, chilled holiday. Also, both me and my partner stupidly left our watches in the hotel and they have been shipped back to us in a matter of a few days which is amazing!!! Highly recommend this hotel for everyone!!! :)

Hotel unfortunately is not good. Poor food, very tired room and hallway carpets. Walls falling to bits and painted over. The staff do try but I think the realise with the condition of the hotel they are really up against it.
Pool is nice though.
But unfortunately the hotel needs to close for 6 months and an awful amount of work and TLC is required. I definitely won't be back.

Well, I didn't want to write that, but besides the always great selection of food and the large hotel grounds, there are a lot of downsides, essentially:
- !!! never stay in a bungalow, it's awful, the photos will tell the story;
- the hotel is really old and no one bothers to look after it;
- there's a swarm of flies and wasps at the table with you during every meal, big hornets fly in from time to time, it's awful, it's scary to be there, the hotel does nothing about it, your appetite is on the alert;
- in the main lobby, at the reception, and in the bar it's incredibly hot during the day, they skimp on air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a hotel;
- don't buy anything on the hotel grounds, everything is much more expensive, it's better to go to Kusadasi, it's much cheaper there.
- And most importantly, if you suddenly want to change your room (I was assured of this possibility by the Czech Republic's Čedok travel agency when I was selling the tour), don't count on it, they will refuse you even for an extra charge, they will give a thousand reasons, one of them being that the hotel is full.
Overall, they charge you for the vacation, but you won't get the service and amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. It's best to choose another hotel; there are plenty of them, and don't be fooled by lower prices. Photos don't really reflect the reality either.
All the best!
