Although we had a great holiday, there are a lot of cons about this hotel.
Rooms-very dated and tired. Clean towels and bedding every day but I don’t know what they do because the rooms aren’t especially clean. The balcony glass is filthy, as is the bathroom. Bathroom stinks of sewage. All around the hotel the glass just needs a good clean, on the stairs too. Cigarette ends everywhere and rubbish that people have just dumped.
Food- the worst experience of all. There was some nice food, but for us it was just the other guests that made this unbearable. Literally a bunch of savages and absolutely greed. Rude and disrespectful.
Poolside- the pool was nice, didn’t really have a problem getting a sun lounger. The cushions on them though could be replaced, very dirty.
This doesn’t seem like an all-inclusive. Ice cream on sale for about an hour. The snack bar isn’t open for long. You have to pay for drinks after midnight.
The entertainment team were lovely, very chatty.
It’s sad really as we had a great holiday, but that was mainly due to the fact we ventured out of the hotel quite a lot.
Also, one of the waiters came up to our table during dinner, and asked my daughter if she had an Instagram whilst she was sat with family! That was especially out of order.
This definitely isn’t a 5* and I’d say it’s more of a 2.

amazing help and advice from Huriye on reception, photographer guy is a really great point of contact for help and advise on the area, be realistic with expectations and you will have a great time. It’s a UK 3 star hotel. Rooms clean and staff friendly. Food is sometimes repetitive but plentiful. Use shop across the road as on site market is very expensive. Use excursions from outside hotel, far cheaper. Safes did not work in rooms but there are more in luggage rooms. Ask for lower ground rooms if you struggle with stairs, as lifts are small very busy.

Important to read all negative reviews on all available review sites going back several years before you consider going to this hotel. This is so very important. The hotel is appalling. You will regret going here. Forget any positive reviews, these can be biased. No 5 star hotel should receive negative feedback. When they do, something is very wrong & you will eventually regret it. Don’t be drawn in by cheap deals. There are reasons for this being cheaper than other places nearby. You get what you pay for. Please spend some time researching before you book your holiday. All the negative reviews I have read across the websites, including the hotels’ own site, are true & accurate. This place is really horrendous. I came with my family & don’t usually review but as a Mum I think this is so very important. Pease don’t go here. You will have a horrible experience. My family & I will never return. We naively believed the positive reviews & regret it. The hotel doesn’t care as there are so many people who don’t bother to complain or write reviews they won’t lose money but you’ll have a terrible holiday. The photos on the hotel website & the website descriptions are dated & inaccurate. This may be suitable for some paying guests & some people may genuinely enjoy themselves but please don’t take the chance & be one of the many who don’t.

I stayed in Garden of Sun Hotel in August 2025 for 2 weeks. Its really hot in August but thankfully the rooms have air conditioning. The staff are very polite and helpful. When i asked for help, they responded within minutes. The food is great but repetitive. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy like water slides and kids club in the hotel and nearby areas. There are shops and restaurants 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

I do not recommend it to anyone, I ruined my vacation, first of all it is a very dirty hotel, very bad food, dirty pool glasses,
WOW!!! Do you have the courage to lie to me in front of me? High standards of cleanliness?, I could hardly shower the children, the children did not want to go in because it was so filthy, even us adults. The mirrors and sinks were dirty. At the pool they gave me a drink in a glass dirty with lipstick, when I showed it to them they did not even apologize, they just showed indignation on their faces. Fresh food???😆😆😆the salads were a few days old, rice and pasta with absolutely nothing. At the pool my umbrella was taken and given to another family (of Turkish origin). In the morning I occupied 2 sunbeds, later when I went out to the pool they were occupied by another family (Turkish), I notified the person in charge, he told me that he could do nothing. The door was broken, it was fixed in 3 hours. The water in the toilet broke, it was fixed in 2 hours. I do not know the staff English, (and they were not hospitable at all), only the manager was ok. Honestly, wake up and change the hotel to 2 stars.
