Puig de Ros
A holiday to Puig de Ros is the perfect destination if you want a sun soaked few weeks in one of the most beautiful parts of Mallorca. Located in the south west of the island, Puig de Ros is a fantastic place for families, couples and older people. It's also a great golfing destination, for anyone who likes to tee off in the sun. With a lovely selection of hotels, restaurants and bars to choose from, it’s no wonder that this little gem is fast becoming one of the most popular locations on this section of the island.
The area is picturesque, so bring a camera, and explore the dramatic limestone coastline in all its glory.

We have just got back from 11 days at this great hotel, our family of 10, (6 adults and 4 children aged 2,4,10 and 14). Mouhcine welcomed us and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time and is a credit to the hotel. All staff were good and they provided entertainment and extras for the children every day from candyfloss, foam party, balloon modelling etc. The adult entertainment after the children's disco was brilliant with some great bands/singers. Food - what can I say just brilliant with a theme every night which was superb plus still providing freshly cooked, burgers, pasta, pizza, chips etc etc. Gala night was fabulous. The only slight negative is my son is a Celiac and not many dishes had signage which said what was gf. Only one of the Chefs spoke English he was helpful but busy too, better signage would have been better for all concerned. Pools and facilities were fabulous. Location - you can walk 20 mins to a beautiful cove but very rocky (no sand). Slippy rocks. However, if you wanted the sandy beach there was a free coach from hotel 2 days a week and into Palma 3 days a week. Also bus stop right outside hotel with Regular service. In all we had a fabulous holiday here. A big thank you all and a big thank you to Mouhcine, not sure if he was a Manager but if not I think he certainly should be!!

The Hotel was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable, always woke up refreshed after a peaceful sleep the room had great air-con too. The animation team were superb. Really made a fuss out of us and we joined in on most events. I earned the nickname "Legend" which stuck for the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they made our holiday. Plenty of activities to do with them daily. The food was lovely too. Plenty of choice and lots of local themed dishes not just the usual pizza and chips (although you can have that too should you want it). Free WiFi throughout the hotel with adequate speeds, heated outdoor & indoor pool, The water slides were fun too. The hotel had free buses to Palma which you could pre-book, we went and thoroughly enjoyed our day. Hotel location was different, its not in the tourist-y area so no souvenir shops on your doorstep - (But I like that, the area was quiet and great walks to the rocky beach with stunning sunsets too. There was a major supermarket to the left of the hotel and on the right a small shopping centre with more smaller supermarkets, restaurants, all within walking distance) My minor critique was I felt the bars were understaffed so you would have to queue for your drinks/bar meals but not excessively. We went mid September so it was quieter I guess. I would come to this hotel again without question.

All of the personnel was very kind and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day, food was fresh and incredibly tasty. It was actually the quietest hotel we've been in! We got in peaceful sleep without disturbance. However the location is very far from the beach and the bracelets weren't working on the door on our last day, even though we have time until 12 my husband got locked out of the room

在旅館感受到對亞洲人的歧視!!If you’re Asian, please be well prepared for the discrimination!! The room itself is OKAY, it’s specious. You can feel many details in this hotel is not well maintained. The restaurant has various food to choose, this is probably the biggest advantage. As for the shuttle bus, it is not accurate as what they said on the web, it doesn’t go to the center even if you make the reservation 24hr in advance! It goes every second day.( another day is for S’Arenal) Overall, i won’t recommend it, considering all we experienced there and without car, it’s hard to go to anywhere from there.

Nice hotel with tasty and varied food, though you often have to wait in line at mealtimes. Rooms are cleaned daily, but sometimes smell of fried food. No beach nearby – the closest one is a 15-minute walk down a steep path, and it’s rocky, not sandy. Best suited for families with kids or retirees who just want to stay by the pool.

Just returned from a week at this hotel. Hotel itself is lovely looking, clean and mostly friendly staff and cleaners. We were put on the top/ 5th floor with a 6 month old baby, which was far from ideal with lifts that weren’t safe. The one sensor on each door was temperamental to say the least and tried to close on you mid way out. We did ask to be moved to ground floor but was told twice to come back the following morning as the hotel was full. On the 3rd morning, after the lift door had hit my daughter in the head, I kicked off at reception and was told we’d be moved the following morning. However the following day we decided we couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of moving both rooms for the sake of a few more days. Unfortunately, it was the food that ruined the whole stay. With five children, we booked all inclusive so we wouldn’t have to worry about what to feed the children. The food was honestly awful. No variety. No other options if you didn’t like what was on offer. Meat so processed we couldn’t even tell what it was. The snack bar was just chips and whatever was left from breakfast and lunch. This was our first bad all inclusive experience and unfortunately would never return to this hotel. After reading recent bad reviews about the food, I’ve noticed the hotel always reply saying they have themed nights and do show cooking.. We certainly didn’t see any of that on our weeks stay! Lifeguards had it in for our boys, trying to stop them from using the slides saying they were too big, despite adults using them. After one lifeguard got physical with my son, the manager came and ended up having an argument with the lifeguards, basically telling them to back off. Couldn’t fault the manager to be fair, sorted every problem that people went to him with, and there were a lot of disgruntled guests for various reasons. Hotel has the potential to be so much better. Pools are perfect, but unfortunately they close at 6.30pm which seemed silly early. I noticed that the hotel was closing at the end of the week of our stay for end of season and wondered if they just couldn’t be bothered with catering as they knew they were closing in a matter of days. Frozen profiteroles at breakfast did kinda feel like they were trying to get the freezers down 😂 Would put this at a 3* at best.

Lovely hotel situated in a residential area which is very secluded and a short walk away from rocky coves.
The nearest beach is a bus ride or rental away which the hotel were amazing at sorting next day for me
The hotel provides free buses to Palma as-well as multiple excursions
The food was 100% the biggest downfall on the hotel as-well as the cleaners walking in without knocking with do not disturb signs on the door!!!
I am overall satisfied with the hotel but don’t think I’d revisit due to the food

Just returned with from a week all inclusive with my husband and two children (aged 10 and 2) and had an amazing experience!
The animation team were fantastic as were the shows we watched during the evenings. Food was amazing and a lot of different range which changed daily! Bar service was very good and all staff were very friendly! Pools were all amazing and enjoyed being able make the most of spending the time in them! Hotel room was spacious and bed very comfortable! Hotel was very clean throughout.
The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because we asked for a late checkout and were originally told yes and to pay the following day before 11am. When we went to the reception to pay the following morning we were told we weren't able to check out late which made our morning a lot more of a rush and stressful when thought we had extra time as we were previously told we could. Otherwise, I would rate 5*
Overall, brilliant experience and would definitely go back or recommend!

A good location for holiday. We find best accomodation on this place. People are very hospitality. The food is very good. Romms are very nice and quite. Is very close fore the seaside 5 minutes waking. It was the best experience. If you want special cocktails or coffee you need to pay extra. They provide trip's for low cost. If you want to travel to Palma city you need to take the bus 504 from bus station near to the hotel. You will travel one hour until the city and 45 minutes until Palma beach. This area is a famous beach located near the city of Palma de Mallorca, on the island of Mallorca in Spain’s Balearic Islands. It stretches for about 6 kilometers along the southern coast, lined with white sand, turquoise water, palm trees, hotels, cafés, and beach clubs. It’s popular for swimming, sunbathing, water sports, and nightlife, especially in summer. The area is clean, well-equipped, and family-friendly during the day, while offering vibrant bars and clubs at night.
