Just returned from a week at this hotel. Hotel itself is lovely looking, clean and mostly friendly staff and cleaners. We were put on the top/ 5th floor with a 6 month old baby, which was far from ideal with lifts that weren’t safe. The one sensor on each door was temperamental to say the least and tried to close on you mid way out. We did ask to be moved to ground floor but was told twice to come back the following morning as the hotel was full. On the 3rd morning, after the lift door had hit my daughter in the head, I kicked off at reception and was told we’d be moved the following morning. However the following day we decided we couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of moving both rooms for the sake of a few more days. Unfortunately, it was the food that ruined the whole stay. With five children, we booked all inclusive so we wouldn’t have to worry about what to feed the children. The food was honestly awful. No variety. No other options if you didn’t like what was on offer. Meat so processed we couldn’t even tell what it was. The snack bar was just chips and whatever was left from breakfast and lunch. This was our first bad all inclusive experience and unfortunately would never return to this hotel. After reading recent bad reviews about the food, I’ve noticed the hotel always reply saying they have themed nights and do show cooking.. We certainly didn’t see any of that on our weeks stay! Lifeguards had it in for our boys, trying to stop them from using the slides saying they were too big, despite adults using them. After one lifeguard got physical with my son, the manager came and ended up having an argument with the lifeguards, basically telling them to back off. Couldn’t fault the manager to be fair, sorted every problem that people went to him with, and there were a lot of disgruntled guests for various reasons. Hotel has the potential to be so much better. Pools are perfect, but unfortunately they close at 6.30pm which seemed silly early. I noticed that the hotel was closing at the end of the week of our stay for end of season and wondered if they just couldn’t be bothered with catering as they knew they were closing in a matter of days. Frozen profiteroles at breakfast did kinda feel like they were trying to get the freezers down 😂 Would put this at a 3* at best.

Just returned with from a week all inclusive with my husband and two children (aged 10 and 2) and had an amazing experience!
The animation team were fantastic as were the shows we watched during the evenings. Food was amazing and a lot of different range which changed daily! Bar service was very good and all staff were very friendly! Pools were all amazing and enjoyed being able make the most of spending the time in them! Hotel room was spacious and bed very comfortable! Hotel was very clean throughout.
The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because we asked for a late checkout and were originally told yes and to pay the following day before 11am. When we went to the reception to pay the following morning we were told we weren't able to check out late which made our morning a lot more of a rush and stressful when thought we had extra time as we were previously told we could. Otherwise, I would rate 5*
Overall, brilliant experience and would definitely go back or recommend!

Lovely hotel situated in a residential area which is very secluded and a short walk away from rocky coves.
The nearest beach is a bus ride or rental away which the hotel were amazing at sorting next day for me
The hotel provides free buses to Palma as-well as multiple excursions
The food was 100% the biggest downfall on the hotel as-well as the cleaners walking in without knocking with do not disturb signs on the door!!!
I am overall satisfied with the hotel but don’t think I’d revisit due to the food

firstly, saw 3 huge cockroaches in the lounge room which shows how unsanitary this hotel is and how there's no pest control in place, furthermore there were ants in my room. Secondly, the food selection is very limited definitely not at a 4 star level, if you don't come to meals early the foods cold and there's no cups, bowls and cutlery it's as if the staff can't keep up. Finally, the hotel asks for money for absolutely everything, table tennis paddels = €10 deposit, bingo = €1 for a literal pen, pool towels = €20 deposit. Also the floors are quite slippery inside and outside however the pools are lovely. On a positive note if you arrive late at night to the hotel the restaurants usually open with bread, ham and cheese so you could eat something. Overall I genuinely don't think I'd come back.

Clean hotel, with good facilities, spacious and well-kept rooms.
At the reception you can find everything: Excursions, car and scooter rentals, towels, ping-pong, tennis, cards …, and everyone is very friendly.
The restaurant and bar are what you’d normally expect from an all-inclusive.
The evening entertainment is varied: there was live music, flamenco, dance nights, karaoke, etc. … you won’t get bored.
During the day there are also activities.
The problem is that some of the entertainers seem like they’re being forced to come to work … not pleasant at all, especially if you’re not wearing the bracelet gray or if you’re not French…
I don’t think there should be any competitiveness between the English and French guests, simply the same service for everyone… if something is done in French, it should also be done in English… after all, we have all paid to enjoy the entertainment, and the fact that some of the staff literally don’t even come to talk to you because of the color of your bracelet seems shameful to me.
Luckily, at least two or three of them do pay attention to the rest of the guests…Above all, I would like to thank Alicia, who was attentive to my little one the whole time to make sure she never felt excluded for not speaking French. She is so good with all the kids, you can see the difference when she's not the one making the mini disco..
My biggest surprise came today during the sangria activity, when these unfriendly entertainers joined the French guests to do karaoke and run contests on who could drink the sangria the fastest — of course, all in French. ¿¿ Is this even allowed at work?!!!
I hope my review helps others know what to expect from the hotel. I would like come back.
But I hope the rest of the team will change their attitude towards non-French people.
