We have just got back from 11 days at this great hotel, our family of 10, (6 adults and 4 children aged 2,4,10 and 14). Mouhcine welcomed us and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time and is a credit to the hotel. All staff were good and they provided entertainment and extras for the children every day from candyfloss, foam party, balloon modelling etc. The adult entertainment after the children's disco was brilliant with some great bands/singers. Food - what can I say just brilliant with a theme every night which was superb plus still providing freshly cooked, burgers,pasta, pizza, chips etc etc. Gala night was fabulous. The only slight negative is my son is a Celiac and not many dishes had signage which said what was gf. Only one of the Chefs spoke English he was helpful but busy too, better signage would have been better for all concerned. Pools and facilities were fabulous. Location - you can walk 20 mins to a beautiful cove but very rocky (no sand). Slippy rocks. However, if you wanted the sandy beach there was a free coach from hotel 2 days a week and into Palma 3 days a week. Also bus stop right outside hotel with Regular service. In all we had a fabulous holiday here. A big thank you all and a big thank you to Mouhcine, not sure if he was a Manager but if not I think he certainly should be!!

All of the personnel was very kind and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day, food was fresh and incredibly tasty. It was actually the quietest hotel we've been in! We got in peaceful sleep without disturbance. However the location is very far from the beach and the bracelets weren't working on the door on our last day, even though we have time until 12 my husband got locked out of the room

Room thermostat can not be adjusted, either cold or hot, on or off, fan low, med, or high. Very uncomfortable! Elevators not very good, stop, start, stop, between floors, makes a person unsure if you may get stuck? Beach is about a 45 min ride on the local transportion. Internet is useless in the rooms, on and off at the pool area and other areas as well. Service in the cafeteria is very slow, several times we ate most of our meals before we could get our drinks and then we had to find the ice. Food is good. Young kids screaming, almost every meal the parents would bring the kids in the cafeteria and leave them throwing food and then scream when parents correct them, Very annoying for a relaxing meal. Will not stay a second time.

What can I say about our holiday to best delta…. From arriving to leaving everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous! The welcoming on reception, we were always greeted with a friendly smile and chat. The food was amazing! Every night a different theme and always lots to choose from! The outstanding live food stations were phenomenal! We stayed for 2 weeks and never got bored with the food! Our favourite was the Gala night! The staff worked so hard too! The pool was great it didn’t open till 10am which was great as there was no sun bed wars and honestly no need anyway as there was always plenty of them! Yes a bit of a queue sometimes at the bar but that honestly didn’t bother us at all! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Always cleaned everyday and the girls were lovely and always greeted us! The evening entertainment was also great! Lastly the animation team. Boy they work so hard! They honestly don’t stop! They quickly learned our son’s name and got him involved in all the activities which he just loved! The area around the hotel is quiet and residential. Which we actually liked! There’s a large supermarket and a good few cafes and restaurants and a fantastic bakery just minutes away. Again everyone was so friendly. We will definitely return with more family next year!

Just arrived home today. Absolutely loved this hotel. The main manager man was so so helpful he went above and beyond and if ever we had any problems he would go out his way to solve them, he spoke fluent english and was so helpful ( didnt get his name tho) as of all the other staff all very friendly and work so hard.the hotel offered fabulous food every day, with each day being different, the entertainment throughout the day was great for all ages , we had a fab foam party during the week which lasted well over an hour that was fantastic. Literally had the best time I crnt fault the hotel at all, very clean... well done best delta team 😀 from lisa, Harvey and ann room 203

Just returned with from a week all inclusive with my husband and two children (aged 10 and 2) and had an amazing experience! The animation team were fantastic as were the shows we watched during the evenings. Food was amazing and a lot of different range which changed daily! Bar service was very good and all staff were very friendly! Pools were all amazing and enjoyed being able make the most of spending the time in them! Hotel room was spacious and bed very comfortable! Hotel was very clean throughout. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because we asked for a late checkout and were originally told yes and to pay the following day before 11am. When we went to the reception to pay the following morning we were told we weren't able to check out late which made our morning a lot more of a rush and stressful when thought we had extra time as we were previously told we could. Otherwise, I would rate 5* Overall, brilliant experience and would definitely go back or recommend!

Clean hotel, with good facilities, spacious and well-kept rooms. At the reception you can find everything: Excursions, car and scooter rentals, towels, ping-pong, tennis, cards …, and everyone is very friendly. The restaurant and bar are what you’d normally expect from an all-inclusive. The evening entertainment is varied: there was live music, flamenco, dance nights, karaoke, etc. … you won’t get bored. During the day there are also activities. The problem is that some of the entertainers seem like they’re being forced to come to work … not pleasant at all, especially if you’re not wearing the bracelet gray or if you’re not French… I don’t think there should be any competitiveness between the English and French guests, simply the same service for everyone… if something is done in French, it should also be done in English… after all, we have all paid to enjoy the entertainment, and the fact that some of the staff literally don’t even come to talk to you because of the color of your bracelet seems shameful to me. Luckily, at least two or three of them do pay attention to the rest of the guests…Above all, I would like to thank Alicia, who was attentive to my little one the whole time to make sure she never felt excluded for not speaking French. She is so good with all the kids, you can see the difference when she's not the one making the mini disco.. My biggest surprise came today during the sangria activity, when these unfriendly entertainers joined the French guests to do karaoke and run contests on who could drink the sangria the fastest — of course, all in French. ¿¿ Is this even allowed at work?!!! I hope my review helps others know what to expect from the hotel. I would like come back. But I hope the rest of the team will change their attitude towards non-French people.

Stay away! We were shocked that this hotel is considered a 4 star, really not sure how they got or kept this rating. The hotel is incredible underwhelming and overpriced. Everything is white and “hospital like”. For an all inclusive, almost nothing is included. There was a bingo activity in the evening and you had to pay to use a pen (a regular pen). No kettle or coffee in the room, had to pay 5 Euro to use one to make a baby bottle. The accommodations are nothing special. Room is outdated and all hotel pictures make this place look FAR better than it is in reality. AC was pumping and loud all night but didn’t cool. Food at buffet is akin to slop and we haven’t seen anything like it since staying in a 2 star hotel in communist Cuba. Leaking ceiling in breakfast area, nothing being done about it as puddles are forming around guest tables. Located in a suburb with nothing around- do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere- we wish we did. Worst stay of our 2 week trip in Spain, we only booked for 1 night and couldn’t wait to leave. Would absolutely not recommend!

Booked a last minute holiday here, and it's been spot on. The splash pad for the kids was the highlight and kept my 3 year old entertained the whole trip. Rooms are a good size and kept very clean. Bed super comfortable. Entertainment has been fun and very family friendly. Food decent and good snack options all through the day. Doesn't get 5 stars as had a tendency to keep running out of stuff in busy times and some of the food could have been better prepared. Also if in block A, can be a little noisy at night, but not enough to disturb sleep! Overall, a great find and really good value for money.

Just returned home from a week away staying here with my kids. Some of the reviews I’d read said the food was bad / under cooked. Well I can only say they must be the chicken nugget munching brigade! Amazing selection of food daily! Freshly cooked paella, Mexican some days, lots of different French cuisines to cater for the heavily French guests. Huge selections of desserts and pastries daily. Unlimited ice cream and varied snacks throughout the day. Even the All Inc G&T’s and Cocktails were decent 👌🏻 Clean rooms done daily. Staff and animation teams always smiling and happy to help. Went to Tunisia the week before, and this was 100 times better in every aspect! Will 100% be returning with my kids next year 😊
