Marhaba Palace Hotel is absolutely wonderful! The hotel has a great atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help — they make you feel truly welcome.
The restaurant was excellent — the food was tasty. There was always a great variety to choose from, and the restaurant staff were super professional and attentive.
The animation team was fantastic! They took great care of all the guests, always full of energy and smiles. They made every day fun and created a wonderful holiday atmosphere.
The bar was amazing too! The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made — big compliments to the bartenders for their skill and friendly service.
The beach is stunning and just steps away from the hotel, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
A perfect place to unwind and enjoy your holiday. Highly recommended! 🌴🍹☀️

I’ll start with the positives, as there are significantly fewer of them.
The entire animation team was absolutely amazing—friendly, creative, and the evening programs were perfect.
I would also like to highlight the staff at the beach, lobby and pool bar just as the nice lady making omellete every morning.
The reception is also 10/10—always smiling and helpful.
The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is mostly tasty, but the selection is very limited and constantly repetitive.
The plates are dirty, all of them—you just have to try to pick the least dirty one, but don’t expect them to be clean.
The service inside the restaurant is good and attentive, but if you want to sit on the terrace, you often have to get up and ask for cutlery, salt, or even drinks.
The facilities are a whole separate story.
Many things are dirty, which is surprising for a hotel that wants to be rated as 5*. Faucets are rusty, broken, and unclean as well as many other things.
The rooms aren’t the cleanest either, although the cleaning staff try very hard.
Some things just need to be replaced not cleaned.
Towels are provided for a refundable deposit, and if you just want to exchange them for clean ones, they’ll tell you to take the card and come back tomorrow at 10 a.m. But what if I want to swim before 10?
Overall, I would unfortunately rate this hotel as very poor, despite the efforts of many staff members.
Many things need to be fixed and improved.
We definitely will not be returning.

The Animation Team, life guards, waiters, and reception are amazing. The Animation team work tirelessly and so hard as do all the staff. The foam pool party was amazing, white night very good too. I have never been to a hotel with such attentive staff as here. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling.

Room 123 is always in top condition, even with constant use – simply amazing! Our cleaning lady is so incredibly friendly and attentive that it’s truly a joy. We are thrilled and want to say from the heart: thank you for this outstanding work! 🌟
