Place: The hotel is huge, with plenty of sun loungers, a poolside bar, a beach bar, and an indoor bar. It has excellent facilities, a children's area, a games room… Everything was well-organized and clean.
Food: Many varieties of food. Always fresh and tasty food, I tried different types of Tunisian food every day. And for those who don't like different foods, there was always pizza, french fries, and fresh pasta… The salads were always wonderful and the desserts delicious.
People: The people who work at the hotel are so nice that they made us feel at home, as if we already knew them. Especially the lady who cleaned the rooms on the 4th floor, very kind and attentive. The waiters in the restaurant, and especially the one on the night shift (I think his name is Hosini), he was a sweetheart, always helpful, and when we arrived for dinner he already knew our favorite drink and always greeted us with a big smile. The guys at the bar were also always attentive, helpful, and always with a smile on their faces. The guys from the entertainment team are always making us laugh, dance, and always livening up our nights.
My first time in Tunisia was incredible because of the people who made it so special.

I had a very pleasant stay at Marhaba Palace in Sousse. The hotel is very clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my whole stay. The room was comfortable with a nice view (sea view), and housekeeping kept everything tidy.
The location is excellent. The swimming pools are beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing. The food was good with many choices. I also liked the hotel facilities such as the gym, the large pool area, and Tennis Club...
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Marhaba Palace to anyone visiting Sousse. I would be happy to come back again in the future ( In fact, I initially booked the hotel for only 5 days, but because I really liked the hotel and felt comfortable during my stay, I decided to extend my booking for another 7 days)......
I also really appreciated two small gestures from the hotel staff.
Yesterday, after breakfast, one of the staff members kindly brought some sweets to my room because I was fasting for Ramadan. I found this to be a very thoughtful and respectful gesture.
Another small detail that I truly appreciated: I had brought a small flower to my room and placed it in the cup with some water, but the cup was quite short. After housekeeping cleaned the room and I returned later, I noticed that they had placed the flower in a tall glass of water specially for it. Thank you very much for this lovely gesture and for paying attention even to the smallest details.

The only small thing I didn’t like was that when I went to the gym, I discovered that it was not included in my reservation. In my case, I booked half board (breakfast and dinner), and access to the gym was free only for guests who had the all-inclusive package. I wish that hotel guests in general were allowed to access the gym for free.

This is our second time staying at a Marhaba property in Sousse, and we chose Marhaba again because of the positive experience we had previously. This was our first stay at Marhaba Palace Hotel, and we’re very pleased with our choice.
Despite an unexpected challenge during our stay—my mother being hospitalized with pneumonia—the experience was as pleasant as it could have been, largely because of how truly wonderful the staff are.
I’d especially like to recognize Adel Al Bejaoui, one of the head waiters in the restaurant. His kindness and playfulness with our son were such a highlight for our family and made a lasting impression.
That said, all of the staff were exceptional. Guest services went above and beyond in their efforts to accommodate my mother’s dietary needs—even preparing and packing meals and breakfasts for us to bring to the hospital. Their care and thoughtfulness meant a great deal during a stressful time.
The pool facilities were fantastic, the entertainment was excellent, and the food was consistently great.
We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so warm and memorable.

I stayed at Marhaba Palace for one week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was varied and tasty, and I especially enjoyed the pool area and direct access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in Tunisia.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The pool and garden area are beautiful and relaxing, and the private access to the beach is a real highlight. The beach itself is excellent, with soft white sand and clear water. At this time of year the sea can be a little rough and the water quite cold, but it’s still a lovely setting to enjoy.
The rooms and some other areas of the hotel are a bit outdated and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every member of the team goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and looked after.
A huge thank you to everyone — from the security team to reception, the restaurant and bar staff, and the animation team. Your friendliness and dedication really make the hotel what it is. Special thanks as well to Minu and Hussain (Sam) for the fun Tunisian Arabic lessons!
The food is good with plenty of variety to suit all tastes, and the staff are always happy to help if you need anything.
Overall, a very likeable hotel made extra special by a wonderful team of staff who are truly an asset to the place.
