We spent the national day holidays at longbeach. I was surprised that its not in a more remote location- we could hear the hotels next door party all night in our tents and the weird night club across the streer, which was really annoying. Camping or glamping should be remote and more quiet so people can disconnect.
I also found the rate for the safari tent extremely high - it felt like we were really just paying for that private toilet. The normal tents where less than half the price, yet we all got the exact same services. I feel if you're gona pay 3,500 + then there should be some exclusivity and premium services offered. But for those who got the basic tents for 300 a night- they got to enjoy everything else for a fraction of the price.
The crowds didnt help and people were shoving and pushing in line everywhere and spitting on the grass by their tents. it Put me off. the second day was better because most people left as schools were starting the day after. We finally got a little more space to move around in the pool and through out the resort.
The activities for kids were really nice, all the kids thoroughly enjoyed their time. i liked that there was something to do at any time of the day.
I wouldnt come again because i could get a lot more for my money at another resort that is more premium. it just felt too expensive for what it was. I felt like i was paying thousands for a private bathroom- because in terms of everything else, we all got the same exact service.

The staff at BM Beach Hotel are its saving grace: genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. The beach and pool areas are well maintained, and the lifeguards are impressively proactive. Unfortunately, that’s where the charm ends.
The rooms fall far below a 4-star standard, both in quality and comfort. Noise insulation is non-existent, you’ll hear blaring beach music until around 10:30 PM, followed by the constant hum of outdoor AC units. I was told I’d been given one of the “good” rooms, yet it hardly reflected that claim.
Service-wise, the pool bar seems perpetually understaffed, often with a single person handling all orders. Cocktails took anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes to arrive, they’re missing ingredients and preparing the drinks elsewhere.
Another major issue ,this hotel is listed on the Emirates Platinum app, which clearly states members get discounts on food and beverages (including alcohol). When I asked to apply it, the staff had no idea about it and made no effort to check, even after I showed them the listing. I ended up paying full price. If you’re going to advertise a partnership, honor it!
In short, friendly staff and a nice beach can’t make up for poor infrastructure, noise issues, and untrained service. Definitely not worth the 4-star label or the rate they charge.

Great hotel with exceptional service! What truly sets BM Beach Hotel apart is the hospitality and helpfulness of its staff. Special thanks to Hazem, Mohammed, and Mizan, though the truth is that every single staff member was genuinely friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and both the pool and the beach were very enjoyable. The location is also excellent, with plenty of shops and conveniences nearby. Overall, it’s such a wonderful hotel — welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. I’m really happy I chose this place and truly grateful for how pleasant and memorable our stay was.

The hotel is far from being a 4 star hotel!! It seems more like a 1 star lodge !!
Please note this review is based on a short term stay 1 night that’s it !!
The reason the reviews are so high is cause they only or mainly cater to long term foreign guests !!
If u go through the reviews u will know that all of them are from long term tourists!
They only cater politeness to Russians if this is the case they should specify they don’t want any other nationalities!
Probably the worst Hotel I have stayed in the UAE !
The reception staff are not accommodating at all and the manager will give a lot of false promises to calm you down !!
The manager promised certain complimentary things as we were neglected and delayed during our checkin process and we never received anything complimentary since I am not petty about such things from an incompetent hotel I didn’t go back asking for anything!
**When we went for dinner the front person was very polite to all of us and asked us where u would like to sit and gave us a table! While we went to get our food n came back that table was given to a Russian even though i was sitting on that table already when i asked the front person his only response was “they came and sat when u went” no apology or anything!!**
We took the all inclusive package as me and my family were there to celebrate my birthday!
The alcohol provided was cheap and not worth the money u give for an all inclusive! The alcohol provided costs 20 to 30 per bottle and tastes horrible! Cause of this I had to go to the nearby cellar and BYOB situation!
The food even though they claimed to be for all nationalities cause they named it in certain way I would give it a 0 they were catered for bland palettes!!! They repeated all there items in the salad and bread bar throughout the day!! Stale unpleasant food!
The bartender at the pool bar was very impolite and wasn’t very nice to me !
**BEWARE of the bartender staff who is there from the afternoon to the evening without any permission or intimation he grabbed my 5 year old daughter just to say bye as if he knows us Me and my Wife both wanted to slap him but didn’t want to traumatize our daughter!!**
Do not stay!!!

My family and I had an amazing experience here in Long Beach campground. Nice view, good food and plenty of activities for the whole family. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will surely comeback. Special Thanks to Aman Ullah for always assisting us. ❤️❤️❤️
