Stayed at Amari Hua Hin and genuinely enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with plenty of natural light and a nice balcony overlooking the palm-filled courtyard. The pool area is fantastic — long, beautifully designed, and perfect for a relaxed swim or an afternoon by the water.
What really makes the place stand out is the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Service felt sincere rather than formal. The location is also excellent — quiet enough to relax, yet close to everything in Hua Hin.
A very pleasant stay overall, and definitely a hotel I’d happily return to.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was great, and everything was very clean. The location is also excellent — a big plus.
The only downside was one staff member at the concierge desk who came across as quite unfriendly and arrogant, and wasn’t helpful at all when we needed assistance. He always let us wait while he is around.It was a noticeable contrast to his colleague, who was warm, approachable, and went out of his way to help — exactly the kind of service you hope for.
Overall a very good stay. Would return, but hopefully management can address the attitude of that one staff member, as it slightly dampened an otherwise lovely experience.

Excellent, peaceful location.
The hotel is in a wonderful, quiet area. We had a cozy room facing the sea, and the sunrise view was absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get to the town center by local bus in about 10 minutes. The lovely Khao Takiab Beach is just a short distance away.
The service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The large pool area with multiple pools was very pleasant and a great place to relax.

Amari hotel Hua Hin was excellent. We stayed a week here.The resort was clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and very accommodating. The room we had was very spacious, the pool was excellent and the cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the resort clean. Special thanks to Employee Mook who always had a smile and looked after us even on her day off. She booked us a taxi from Hua Hin to Pattaya and the driver was excellent and the vehicle was very spacious and clean.
Thanks Mook, we enjoyed staying at the Amari and it was a pleasure meeting you and the rest of the staff.

Decent size pool always clean. Breakfast buffet well worth the package price.buffet area server Mook,soup counter girl,Tan,
Mr Eak and head server Supatra under manager of food Ms Nong. Well performed their duty with smiles and attentive to guest needs
Doormen Kratum and 2 others always happy and attentive.
Lastly but not least MR IAN ACOSTA
Assistant manager on duty always smiling, happy and with positive attiude , available any time to are needs and small issues, and was able to take care of them with our satisfaction.
House keeping Lady for our room 1720 was very good.
Rooms are getting somewhat dated.
