⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Home Away From Home – Amari Hua Hin
Our stay at Amari Hua Hin was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued.
The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious meals that exceeded our expectations every day. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and the surrounding area is peaceful, convenient, and enjoyable to explore.
What stood out the most was the feeling of safety and comfort throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was so welcoming that it truly felt like a home away from home.
We leave with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the incredible team at Amari Hua Hin. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, great food, comfort, and a warm family-like atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay.

If you dont have a young kind DONT go there.
This hotel is not adult friendly, they focus their marketing for families with young kids.
The pool does not look like the photo advertised on the booking.com. Thats the resident private pool that we were not allowed to go.
They turned the hotel pool into a playground for children. Impossible to swim. Impossible to rest on the sofa beds with all the kids noise.
Also breakfast is overcrowded with kids running everywhere and food not replenished in time. At that room rate i did not expect to have to fight for my croissant.
Location is not too bad with easy parking.
The beach is far away. Walk there under the sun.
Rooms are okay. A bit run down and ours had no view at all. A tall building 10m away blocking the view.
I have no kids and was not aware it would be like that.
Not interested in visiting again.

I chose Amari Hua Hin expecting privacy and professional service, but the experience was deeply unsettling. Upon arrival, two men affiliated with a tour group stared at me continuously, making me feel highly uncomfortable. The front desk dismissed my initial concerns. This reflects a serious lack of professional standards and proper screening of people allowed to work within the hotel premises.
Feeling unsafe, I requested to cancel my booking before even stepping into my room. After reviewing CCTV, the hotel admitted the men were indeed staring. However, the manager refused a refund, dismissively stating that "they were only looking, it's not a big deal," and told me to file a report myself if I wanted my money back.
I checked out immediately without entering the room. The management’s lack of empathy and failure to provide a secure environment is unacceptable. If privacy and safety matter to you, look elsewhere.

Decent size pool always clean. Breakfast buffet well worth the package price.buffet area server Mook,soup counter girl,Tan,
Mr Eak and head server Supatra under manager of food Ms Nong. Well performed their duty with smiles and attentive to guest needs
Doormen Kratum and 2 others always happy and attentive.
Lastly but not least MR IAN ACOSTA
Assistant manager on duty always smiling, happy and with positive attiude , available any time to are needs and small issues, and was able to take care of them with our satisfaction.
House keeping Lady for our room 1720 was very good.
Rooms are getting somewhat dated.

Larger hotel complex with large pool. The hotel is just as suitable for an overnight stay for 1 - 2 nights, as for a one or two week sun holiday if this type of accommodation suits.
The feeling I got as a guest was that if you have no objections regarding the room, everything is quiet.
However, if you have your own wishes (not near the elevator/high floor) regarding the room, then it is experienced as very troublesome for the staff. The customer's best interests only apply as long as I do what the staff wants. I have experienced this pattern on both occasions.
Pros:
Clean and fresh rooms.
Large pool.
10 minutes by car to a larger shopping center.
200 meters to the sea.
Restaurant in the area.
Very good breakfast, see also further down.
Free parking.
Bed firmness 4 (see below*).
Overall value for money 6 (see below**).

Cons:
Sea view rooms are best from 6th - 7th floor.
Mountain view rooms have a bigger road below and a railway. There is also an unpleasant smell coming and going.
Noise problem on weekends due to concerts.
Pool closes at 7:00 PM every day although the bar is open until 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
