Good hotel overall. It was very quiet and felt a bit empty during our stay. The pool is nice, breakfast was very good, and there is a large parking area. The hotel looks somewhat dated and has definitely seen better days. Rooms are slightly worn, and when sitting on the chair we noticed visible dust under the TV cabinet. The overhead (ceiling) shower was not functioning properly — it was barely dripping and only hot water was coming out regardless of the temperature setting. The sink tap was leaking at the base, leaving the countertop wet all the time.
However, during checkout after paying for bar drinks and laundry (PIN entered, payment approved), the receptionist placed my bank card on the table with the back side (CVV visible) facing up and took a photo of it with her personal phone before returning it with the receipt. This looked completely inappropriate. When I asked why she photographed my card details, I did not receive a clear explanation. I had to block my card afterwards for security reasons.

I recently stayed at Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin and unfortunately the experience was deeply disappointing and far below what should reasonably be expected from an international 4-star hotel brand.
While the ocean view was pleasant, nearly every other aspect of the stay reflected serious shortcomings in service standards, cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality management.
The room itself felt poorly maintained, with noticeable dust, unpleasant odors, and an overall outdated condition. The elevator waiting time was unacceptable, at times exceeding 15 minutes. The key card system was unreliable, and the bedding was rough, uncomfortable, and caused irritation to the skin to the point that housekeeping had to replace it.
What concerned me even more was the restaurant experience. Cleanliness standards appeared inadequate, and finding an insect inside a beverage should have been treated as a serious issue. However, the staff response showed little urgency, concern, or professionalism. No sincere apology was offered, and the reaction suggested disbelief rather than accountability.
As for the food, while taste is subjective, the overall quality of ingredients and execution did not justify the pricing whatsoever. Several dishes were either poorly balanced or carelessly seasoned, lacking the refinement expected from a hotel operating under a major international chain.
Most disappointing of all was the service culture itself. From the front desk to the restaurant team, the hospitality level consistently felt closer to that of a budget hotel rather than a property marketed as a 4-star destination. This reflects not only staff performance, but also deeper issues in training, supervision, and management standards.
Overall, this stay did not reflect the reputation, professionalism, or quality typically associated with a large international hotel brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity for meaningful improvement.

An honest review of Radisson Hua Hin. The resort is massive with plenty of open space, large rooms, a great swimming pool, and a beachfront location. However, check-in was a bit slow, and the service from the male front desk staff wasn't very good. I also found the rooms to be a bit dated. If they refresh the rooms and improve front desk service, it would be perfect. Other than that, everything else was good! 🌊🏊♀️

located between Hua Hin and Cha-am, so it’s quite convenient to reach from both areas. I arrived around 1 AM and luckily the reception was open 24/7. However, when I arrived, the hotel felt very quiet and empty. The staff member who checked me in did not seem very welcoming, at least from my personal point of view. maybe I was just too tired after the trip.
The room itself was spacious and suitable for couples or families. The balcony was huge and offered a beautiful panoramic sea view, which was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Unfortunately, the room felt quite old. The shower head was broken and there were no face towels provided.
One thing to note is that there is basically no proper beach area to walk or play on, so if you are expecting a beachfront experience, this hotel may disappoint you.
The breakfast was decent and I appreciated that they also served Indian food, which is not very common in many hotels. The food was enjoyable, although not particularly fancy.
The swimming pool was large and there was also a pool bar available. Unfortunately, I got a small cut from one of the tiles under the pool. Thankfully, the wound was not serious. I really appreciated the staff who helped me immediately by providing a band-aid and offering to clean the wound. This showed that there are still genuinely caring and hospitable staff members at this hotel.
Overall, if you are expecting modern rooms and premium-level service, this may not be the right hotel for you. But if you are looking for a family-friendly resort with large rooms, good facilities for kids, and a relaxing sea view atmosphere, this hotel is still worth considering.

Good looking but soulless hotel. Not a happy place. We were allocated a very noisy lower floor hotel room, some sort of electronic machinery sounding 24/7 across corridor. Partner could zone out noise but I couldn't - needed ear plugs to sleep. Not a friendly staff. Hotel caters more for large company conventions than hotel guests. Very few restaurants nearby. Will definitely NOT be returning.
