The hotel has seen better days. The lobby and the rear garden area are great and spacious. Unfortunately, there is no proper stand. Only one staircase leads down to the sea. The pool area is quite nice. The international breakfast is truly diverse. There's something for everyone. Now, on to the rooms 🙈. Unfortunately, many things here no longer look nice! Everything works, but it's visibly old. Take a look at my pictures. All rooms have sea views ✨. And it's absolutely gorgeous 🌞👏🏻👍🏻

It’s ok but the road to the hotel is probably damaged during ww2 and never repaired. Pool need a serious renovation. No beach at least no sandy beach. Much noise from private parties in the garden. Staff nice and friendly. Would. I adivise it to friends or go back… no sorry

During our stay, we experienced multiple problems that negatively impacted our experience:
Bathroom and sanitation issues:
The showers in both rooms (connecting ropms) did not function properly.
Housekeeping standards were consistently poor, particularly in the bathrooms, which did not meet acceptable hygiene expectations.
Maintenance and noise disturbances:
The balcony doors were clearly worn. Due to strong winds on the 21st floor, the doors moved and caused constant noise.
Additionally, the air-conditioning units were excessively loud, making it impossible to use them during the evening and night.
Swimming pool hygiene:
Our impression was that the pool was not clean and appeared to require proper chlorination or other disinfection measures.
Breakfast service:
While the breakfast buffet itself was good, there was a recurring lack of replenishment. Unfortunately, staff did not appear to monitor or manage this adequately.
Lunch service by the beach:
What was meant to be a highlight of our stay turned into an inconvenience, as the staff did not seem prepared or willing to provide proper service.
Sea access and safety:
High tide is a predictable condition, and therefore we believe appropriate safety measures should be in place. The absence of a safety rope or handline made it difficult and unsafe to enter the sea, especially due to the slippery stairs. It was disappointing that access to the ocean posed a risk of injury.
We have informed the hotel about these inputs and have requsted a reduction of our prepaid accommodation cost as compensation but it was not hotel policy to refund anything.

During my recent stay at Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin, I experienced a mixed range of impressions.
The resort’s prime location directly on the beach offers convenient access to ocean views and a refreshing stroll along the shoreline. The swimming pool and children’s facilities are well-equipped, making it an appealing option for families. The on-site dining options, including a sports bar and café, provide a diverse culinary experience without the need to venture off-property. Additionally, the spa and fitness center offer convenient amenities for relaxation and wellness.
However, there are areas for improvement. While the hotel’s exterior exudes an impressive appearance, some rooms and furniture exhibit signs of age and require attention to minor maintenance and cleanliness issues. Service delivery can be slow, particularly during check-in and peak dining hours. Furthermore, the pricing of food and beverages may not align with the overall value proposition. Lastly, the beach area’s cleanliness may not meet the expectations of those seeking a pristine beach experience.
In summary, Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin provides a comfortable environment for a brief getaway, particularly for families seeking a spacious resort with comprehensive facilities. However, service consistency and room upkeep could be enhanced to align with the Radisson brand’s standards. With improved maintenance and management, this resort has the potential to become exceptional. Currently, it offers a pleasant but not flawless stay.

After reading all the negative reviews we were positively surprised! The room was completely renovated with 4 star style interior. Amazing sea views from the room. A huge swimming pool with cocktail bar inside the pool and a bartender who spoke fluently English. Everything was clean and felt like a 3-4 star hotel. Make sure you get a newly renovated room. Exceptional value for money!
