This was our first family all-inclusive so we have nothing to compare with. We also went in April when naturally there are less people here. Overall the hotel, pools, spa, service, entertainment, cleanliness and safety were very good. We had no complaints. The only slight concern for guests visiting in peak periods was the size of the dining hall, it was busy around dinner time, and there were queues at the bar in the lobby bar at night. Apart from that everything else was spot on.

Review - Ramada Suites Kusadasi A decent property with its goods and not-so-goods. It was one of the least favourite of 5 hotel stays across Turkey. Goods: 1. Good breakfast spread. To top it, they provide complimentary dinner with good spread. 2. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mehmut helped with a good reference shop for Turkish Halva that we really liked and another staff helped with preparing rice porridge for my young daughter. Not-so-goods: 1. We were given a 1-bed room apartment but there were no cutlery/plates given. All cupboards were empty. Even proper cups for coffee/tea were not provided (only paper cups). It is a terrible standard. 2. Room was super cold in evening and the temperature control was central so we couldn’t do anything about it. 3. Gym opening timing was 9 am - 6 pm. Am I supposed to leave my daily tour for gym? At least give me a morning or evening window to work out. 4. Desserts during dinner were horrible; almost none of them any good. I accidentally happened to go into their other wing with hotel rooms and one unoccupied room was open. It seemed better and more hotel-ish and comfortable than our so called family suite. We also couldn’t enjoy the pool that looked good due to cold weather. Kusadasi is a good location to approach Ephesus and Ramada Suites isn’t a bad option. I wish though that above comments for improvement are reviewed and some improvement undertaken.

One of the hotels I surely love to stay. The location is near the beach.It has a big pool inside.There are different kinds of food (I love their dessert). The rooms are nice and big. This is a beautiful hotel where you can relax. There is also a convience store near the entrance.

We traveled in the spring and the weather was relatively hot and the air conditioner in the room was not working. Our room had a lot of stairs and the reception did not change the room. I had previously used a Ramada hotel in another country and was satisfied, but this hotel in Kusadasi was bad.

I've been going here for 5 years. It's still nice but starting to look slightly tired by not replacing things that are missing like sink plugs etc and the fuses were removed for the cooker and washing machine, we had to ask for these. Also it now seems the norm for towels on the sunbeds at 07.30 and left mostly empty till after dinner. This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings do cast a lot of shade so not too many sunbeds in the sun .

My second time here, but I risked the out-of-season timing and seriously regret it. Stayed 9th–16th April and it was a total shambles. Main issue: the food. No idea what was going on, but all week things that were meant to be hot just weren’t. Worst part? The last two nights they hosted an Asian conference and it was complete chaos. Hundreds of business folk showed up, but still only one food area open. Even in peak season I’ve never seen the buffet this packed. We couldn’t get a table at lunch or dinner on either day — ended up skipping lunch both times. At dinner, the cooks couldn’t keep up with the queues. When we asked for a table, we got dumped in a random room a walk away from the buffet. No drinks either, since there was no table service and the drinks queue was ridiculous. I actually felt bad for the staff — they all looked completely overwhelmed, a far cry from how relaxed and attentive things were when we first arrived. One of them looked like they were on the verge of walking out, that’s how frazzled they seemed. It just felt like no one had told the restaurant managers they were hosting a massive conference. Completely disorganised. So dont ever come “out of season”! Hosting large conferences at the expense of holiday makers when at half staff and services capacity is a major error.

Lovely Day

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing. The buffets are great, you just have to be on time or you miss out, because people love to stack on food and leave it on their plates. I enjoyed the walks but if you have bad knees, are a bit older or in a wheelchair this is not the place for you as the way up from the bay is quite steep. Overall a great experience.

Don’t go here during off-peak. It’s a 2/3-star hotel at best. If you’re expecting 4-star service, you’ll be disappointed. If you’re used to 3-star places, you’ll probably be happy — but that’s the level you’re getting. Info you might want up front: The main white slide — one of the biggest attractions for kids — was completely out of order during our stay. No sign of it being fixed either, and nothing was mentioned in advance. Big letdown for the kids. The good: Staff were lovely, no complaints there — genuinely nice and helpful. Including when we complained, they tried to help. The location is beautiful. Gorgeous views, nice beach, and our room had a brilliant view too. The bad: Off-peak season basically means the hotel runs at half-capacity for half the guests, yet still hosts full-scale conferences that completely overwhelm the place. During our stay, a Korean delegation took over and ruined 3 days for us. We struggled to get food at lunch and dinner — tables either full or had no cutlery, and tracking someone down to get some was near impossible. The business meetings also took over the indoor coffee area — nowhere to sit as conference attendees were camped out with laptops. One person hogging a table for six seemed to be the norm. One night, the delegation came in en masse and there was literally nowhere for hotel guests to eat. We ended up in the conference room, away from food and table service. Meanwhile, the buffet was manic, food kept running out, and staff couldn’t keep up. All of this could’ve been solved if they’d just opened both buffet restaurants (which they do in peak season). It was really frustrating to watch it all fall apart. Some coffee stations even had stale/rancid coffee — had a fishy smell (yes, that’s a thing, look it up). Hot food was often cold. They seem to use pre cooked chicken thats cold, then combine it with hot sauces so looks hot but centre is cold. If you’ve got fussy kids, there’s not much for them beyond chips and the desserts — which are all just weird marshmallow fluff things. Nonreal cream deserts. Food overall is definitely 3-star level, and that’s being generous. One night they were serving donuts beyond usual fluff cakes— my son was so excited since he’d struggled with the food all week — but we couldn’t get a table. Had to go to reception to get one, which took 20 minutes, and by the time we sat down all the donuts were gone. No drink service either because the staff were totally run off their feet trying to clean up. Honestly, the place just doesn’t seem prepared during off-peak. And when they throw in big conferences on top of that, it’s a mess.

We had a wonderful stay at Pine Bay Hotel. The surroundings were stunning, the service was great, and the rooms were clean with efficient housekeeping. We visited in early autumn, and the weather was perfect, with a pleasant breeze that made the experience even more enjoyable. The moment we stepped outside, we were greeted with an amazing view – a perfect blend of rugged landscape and the deep blue sea. I can honestly say you’ll never get tired of the view. The vibrant colors of nature will draw you in, and you’ll find yourself wanting to spend all your time outside, soaking it all in. Service at the hotel was good overall, and the staff were friendly and professional. As for the food, it was decent, but it seemed to cater more to the tastes of German and Russian visitors. During our seven-day stay, we saw only a slight variety in the menu, though the selection of sweets and salads was excellent. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were of good quality, and most of the common drinks you’d expect in a Turkish hotel were available. I’d recommend asking for canned or bottled soft drinks from the bar, as they taste better than the machine-dispensed options. The hotel has several pools in different areas, including both outdoor and indoor pools, offering a nice variety. However, the outdoor pools were unheated during our autumn visit, and the cold water made it a bit challenging for our family to enjoy swimming. I’m not sure about the pools in the summer, so if that’s important to you, it’s best to check beforehand. The evening entertainment was fun, though it seemed more suited for first-time visitors to Turkey or hotels like this. If you’ve been to Turkey before, you might find the entertainment a bit repetitive, as it was similar to what you’d see at other hotels. However, the kids’ programs were lively and full of energy, which is always a plus for families. If you’ve experienced hotel nightlife in Turkey before, you might want to plan something else for your evening. As for the disco, we didn’t see a separate area for it. Instead, the evening stage shows were converted into the disco. Despite the large crowd, not many people were interested, though it was still active late at night. If you’re looking for a relaxed evening with friends or a partner, I’d highly recommend the Sunset Bar. The design of this space is exceptional, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience with a peaceful vibe. As for the beach, there were plenty of sunbeds, and the snack bar offered a great variety of fresh food. You can also meet other guests at the beach volleyball area or enjoy water sports, which are available for an additional fee. The beach service was up to standard and met our expectations. When we arrived early and went to check into our room, the first one we were offered didn’t have a view and had limited natural light. While it was clean and met the quality standard, the lack of a view was a bit disappointing for us. If having a view isn’t a priority for you, the room is fine. However, after discussing our preference for a sea view with the reception staff, they kindly moved us to a room with a fantastic sea view at a reasonable extra cost. The new room was spacious and had a wonderful view. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel definitely has a family-friendly vibe. There were many children, seniors, teenagers, and young adults staying there, and it seemed like a lot of guests were visiting with their parents. I hope this review helps you in making an informed decision!

I went in October 2024. The food was good, though if you have any food intolerances there seemed to be a risk of cross contamination because of how it is laid out. All of the outside pools were not heated, the water was quite cold despite the air temp being pleasantly hot. The indoor pool was heated however around the pool it is very slippery. The drinks were fine. The staff were pleasant. The room was fine, cleaned every day. It was a little tired but fine. The entertainment was every night, it was generally by the pool in the amphitheater so at times the temperature was quite cool - bring a sweater. The beach was small but very pretty. It is not a sandy beach more very fine shingle. Great views. There could be more information about the hotel facilities inside the rooms so that you are more aware of what’s available and at what time. Quite a way from the ‘town’.

Rooms smelled like there's a dead rat. Sheets, towels are old. Toilet tiles have mildew. Toilets not cleaned, with hair from previous occupant. They have so many guests, maybe its the reason why they weren't able to clean the rooms well. I have a lot of complaints from my guests.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, but a bit far from the town center, about 10 minutes by taxi (7-10 usd). Food is fine but restaurant is overcrowded: in peak hour there are no free tables, also there is not enough utensils. Drinks and service in hotel bars are good. Reception and housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful, cannot say the same about restaurant. Room was clean but needs care and reparation: AC leaked, bathroom equipment has seen better days.

Highly not recommended. This place was supposed to be a five star hotel, but it’s actually worth less the two stars. The room we were given was dirty, with a balcony facing the hotel generators. The sink and the shower were covered in rust and it looked as they didn’t even clean the place before us checking in. Overall the room was old and with suspicious spots of dirt everywhere and the beds were smelling like mould. The food was not good enough and the restaurant was dirty too. The pool areas were dirty as well, with plates and cups left everywhere. The staff is very untrained for this job. They are some teenagers without any experience or will to work and with very poor knowledge of English. Overall I would highly not recommend this place, it’s not worth the money.

Room had none working air conditioner. The Hr of hotel would not switch rooms, even though we were willing to accept the upgrade fee. Location was decent. Food was terrible for locals and foreigners. Won't go again, save the money. Its not a 5 star hotel like advertised. I've been to 5 star hotels like Merit Royal. This doesnt even compare.

So the place itself is beautiful and nice , you can't argue about this , but the problems start with the service, people's attitude, and the state of the hotel, all of it is just a disgrace. Every room is dirty, not cleaned properly, or not even done till the end, as there were 9 of us with kids and we got 3 rooms, hygiene in that hotel is 0. The grout in our bathroom wasn't washed out, so as it set dry it was a mess on a floor, people there not cleaning corners or under the beds , I don't really think they were using vacuum cleaners at all. Everything that makes this hotel better is when you are paying tips or extra, people are just sad there, you can see that. The food is a different story, so be careful with it, as I got food poisoning and spent one day in the hotel room vomiting and **itting and another day in hospital, thankfully it was before we left back home ,we didn't ask for compensation or anything, I don't think it would work with those people anyway, all I wanted was to stay in my room a bit longer so I could have easy access to the toilet, to my suprise extra 6 hours after check out time would cost 50 euros, and that's attitude all together summarise everything, as we been arguing about that, manager(chihuahua girl in black shirt) was really offensive from the start, we talked to theirs doctor who sent us to the hospital, so even when I wasn't leaving hotel and was eating just there they came to the question - how can you prove it? Which I couldn't, but the thing wasn't even about admitting it and saying sorry, but just to let me stay in a room 6 hours longer cause of my state, those people are just scum, they will lie to your face and smile only when you are giving them money, those are not people, more like animals. Was it affordable? Yes, we went there because of our family as some of them have struggles with money, but it isn't worth it, look for something else.
