Amazing stay at Acrotel in Nikiti!
We had a wonderful experience at Acrotel. The food was outstanding — delicious, home-style breakfasts and dinners with high-quality ingredients, lots of meat, fish, desserts, and fresh fruits every day.
The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping and a beautifully maintained territory. The staff were exceptionally kind and polite, always checking if we were comfortable or needed anything.
The beach is just a short walk away, very clean and beautiful. Sunbeds with umbrellas cost €10, but you can use that amount toward any drinks or food — and they serve it right to your beach spot.
Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and high-quality vacation in Greece!

The hotel is OK, but the cleaning service - not at all. First, waiting to be accommodated for more than 1 hour (after 4 pm), then - bedsheets are not being changed even once during a week stay, the cleaning ladies knock on the door during rest time (i.e. 3 pm), not enough soap in the bathroom. There should've been a child's cot supplied in the room before arrival, but I had to ask for it and received it one day later. Food at the restaurant is OK, although for breakfast there could be a larger variety of juices/types of drinks; They could organize a better children's play area with more facilities.
To get to the beach front, you have to go along a dusty road loaded with traffic. To avoid it, better to use side streets.

This place was so welcoming and I have no complaints. The rooms are perfect and they make sure to keep everything tidy for you. They had also helped my grandma to decorate and surprise my mum for my birthday. The location is quite good too as you are close to a beautiful beach with some good restaurants and they have amazing seafood. I would recommend this place for those that need a good relaxing break.

Generally, we were satisfied with our stay; however, there were several shortcomings. The food was good, the rooms were new, and the staff was nice. We booked our room in January 2025 with a 1.5-year-old child and requested a baby cot, but the hotel did not provide one. We were given room 214 on the second floor, which made it difficult for us to go up and down every day with our child, who wanted to walk by herself, or when bringing the stroller. Our terrace faced the road, while the hallway to the room had a beautiful view of the sea, palm trees, and the pool—which I don’t quite understand. The bathroom did not have a single electrical socket, so we had to use the hairdryer in the hallway. Cleaning was acceptable but could have been better. On several occasions, we did not have sufficient hot water when we returned late from the beach, so we ended up showering our child with almost cold water. I don’t know what the issue was, but the hotel was apparently aware of it, since on the 7th day of our stay they changed the whole faucet on their own (without us complaining). That was good for future guests, but our holiday had already passed. The hotel only has a very basic baby high chair, without a tray or safety belts, so the baby basically had to eat from our table, which was lower than the chair—making it very difficult for her to eat on her own, causing more mess for both us and the staff, and also unsafe, since she could easily stand up. There is no real playground, only two small facilities. I believe these things would not require a large investment for the Acrotel group. Most of the yard is tiled and becomes slippery in case of rain or water from the pool—our child even fell down one day. The hotel does not provide any activities for kids, if you are looking for that. The road to the beach is not very close, looks quite bad, with cars rushing by and no sidewalk. The nearest part of the beach has large pebbles and grass, though you can move left or right for a better spot. Nikiti is in constant traffic jams, so I would not recommend it as the best option for exploring Sithonia. Breakfast and dinner times are very limited—strictly two hours—and the staff takes your plates while you are still finishing your meal, which felt a bit pushy. Overall, the hotel is good, but I would not recommend it for families with small children, for the reasons described above.

I recently stayed at Acrotel LilyAnn Village and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the pool and garden area. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day.
The location is ideal – just a short walk from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water and also very close to local shops and tavernas. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds and shade, perfect for unwinding.
One of the highlights was the breakfast – a delicious and varied buffet with fresh local products, fruits, pastries, and more. It really set a positive tone for each day.
Overall, Acrotel LilyAnn Village exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you're looking for a relaxing holiday or a base to explore the beautiful Sithonia area, this hotel is an excellent choice. We will definitely return!
