The hotel is amazing, very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The pool and the sea-view are incredible. The food is delicious, i would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and relaxing vacation with chilling vibe. The beach is good, the only shortcoming are the rocks in the sea, but you can find sandy parts if you walk a little bit. I would rate it even higher :)

We went on vacation with a baby for the first time. This is one of the most beautiful hotels you can visit in Sithonia. The family room was very spacious, clean, sea view. The staff was so wonderful, we felt like we were at home. The food was excellent, varied and they prepared for us for the baby what we asked for. Sunset is just amazing, no word. The peace and enjoyment you have there is priceless, we will definitely go back there again. Greetings to everyone from the hotel from little Djurdja.

A nightmare masked as a boutique hotel — avoid at all costs
I booked two Seaside View rooms and paid in full before check-in, only to be told after payment that those rooms were not available. One room had a partial view with multiple defects, and the second was nothing short of a disaster: dirty, moldy, filled with dust and ants, and facing a fence — not a garden, as they falsely claimed.
Both rooms were filthy, the bathrooms neglected, and breakfast was a sad joke: no fresh fruit, poor variety, and cats (and their fur) everywhere. Staff were dismissive, sarcastic, and unhelpful. Cleaning personnel walked into our rooms without knocking. The advertised EV charging station? Not working, despite their last-minute lies.
The worst part? They charged the wrong card, causing me to lose €130 in fees, ignored multiple polite requests to correct it, then forced me to accept a €120 refund at checkout or be denied departure. I have video proof of this moment.
To top it all off, they asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation so they could avoid paying commission — a blatant violation of policy.
This was not a misunderstanding. It was a calculated act of deceit. I hope Booking.com takes action and removes this hotel from the platform. Until then: stay away.

The best beach hotel. Everybody is friendly. You feel that the friendliness is real. The beach and the pool are great to swim. I really didnt want to leave. Thank you Nafsika and thank you Niki

the hotel is beautiful, clean, friendly staff. food is varied. pool clean. the beach is clean and tidy. any recommendation. we will probably be back. in one word without a flaw.
