A special mention must go to Sabuj from housekeeping, who brought room service to a whole new level. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and efficiency were second to none, he brought comfort and a sense of home. His commitment to service left a lasting impression, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work.
At the front desk, Arif was equally outstanding. Whether it was during check-in, arranging transport, or answering my many questions, he handled everything with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. Arif made the check-in process seamless and stress-free, and his recommendations for local dining and activities were spot-on. It’s rare to come across someone so approachable and knowledgeable, and he set the tone for the high-quality service I experienced throughout the hotel.
The Radisson Blu itself is a wonderful place to stay—clean, well-maintained, and with all the comforts you'd expect from a world-class hotel. But it’s the people like Sabuj and Arif who truly elevate the experience.

Our flight got cancelled and stayed at this hotel until the next flight. The service and the food are really good. We feel relaxing while staying there. Our receptionists: Arif and Lynn are nice, polite, and professional. Also, the staffs in the buffet are nice too, especially the waiter but I don’t know the name.
