Overall a lovely facility, however the gym was too small and offered too little for a hotel of this size.
Adults only area is superb and Steve was fantastic as well as Fanos. However shutting at 6 was too early and very little activities on site such as mini golf, volleyball/ water volleyball would have been awesome to add.
Floors are very slippery resulting in 3 of our party being injured and one having to be in hospital for the whole trip.
Food was great and the overall availability staff and cleanliness was a highlight as well as booking of sunbeds made it a real highlight.

This was our first time at the hotel, we stayed in the family suite pool view with private garden overall the service was excellent, from the restaurant’s ,bar, cleaning staff and kids club.
The rooms were cleaned daily to a high level, air conditioning was amazing on our stay, they changed the all of our bed sheets after 1 week stay.
The restaurant/bars staff were really efficient, with serving, also clean and fully replenished and a lot of choice for all types of eater’s and drinker’s.
Apart from the rock n roll diner, the food was awful and it was really out of place in the hotel.
The kids clubs was so reassuring, this is my first holiday I have ever left my two children in a kids club, so I was nervous but Angie was brilliant with both of them, they both kept wanting to return daily. They did lots of different activities and changed them daily.
My only downfall on our stay was the swimming pool rules, this really put a downside to the stay.
The pool itself was great, and around the pool side was maintained and cleaned and the towel allocation was great as there was no stress and gave a relaxing experience around the pool side.
Adult drinking alcohol in the baby pool, along side smoking, which wasn’t the hotel fault as there is clear signs with pool rules in both were not to be done but clearly was ignored.
The next was inflatable rules, we wasn’t aware that no inflatables were not permitted in the swimming pools.
This was a lack of communication from the hotel, this should have been given to all guests on arrival or via emailed prior to arrival.
Also the shop should state when purchasing, they can be not used in the swimming pool.
I also think if this is a rule that is going to continue in the future then the hotel should consider updating the pool rules displayed on the signs around the swimming pool area.
The rule itself with inflatable isn’t an issue but it the way it was communicated, failed by the hotel. Lifeguard shouldn’t be shouting to guest if the hotel communicated this correctly.
The lifeguard consistently wasn’t great, different rules for each lifeguard, which isn’t good when they are in hands of our safety.
I would maybe consider returning in the future.

Fantastic place, great pool area and a lot of different restaurants to pick from. But what really stand out are their exceptional service. They go way and beyond to provide a top class service. Our glasses was not empty for more than 10 seconds before they noticed and asked if we wanted to order something more. The management and staff have really understood the whole concept of how to treat guests and make them come back. We will for sure return for a third time next year and also try out their resort in Paphos later this summer. Thank you for a great time!

Our stay at the Olympic Lagoon Resort was fantastic. We went just before the busy season started so the resort was very empty. This being said the staff and quality of all aspects didn’t decrease along with the crowds! Some areas were closed off which we would have liked to experience, due to renovations, but this is expected in the quieter seasons. Drinks were all made using named brands spirits and all made with care, all tasting brilliant! Quality of the food was exceptional and the variety of all parts each night was brilliant! Our only small gripe was multiple instances of confusion surrounding allergens in the main buffet. I am personally allergic to gluten and although it is my responsibility to be careful about what I eat, the signage for identical items changed across different days. We were informed this was due to different suppliers but they were then mislabelled as a result causing some issues. However, when brining this to the attention of the staff they couldn’t have been more helpful, and recognised more attention needed to be taken. This is no complaint, mistakes do happen and they were more than happy to listen, act, and fix which demonstrated the levels staff wanted to go to in order to ensure all guests had a brilliant stay. Staff really made this resort what it is, none could do enough for you and their service really is 5 star. Hands down would return to this resort if visiting again! Thank for for a brilliant 5 days!

From check-in to checkout, our experience was flawless. The food was delicious with an excellent variety, and every member of staff was warm and welcoming. Throughout our 10-day stay, I don’t recall a single occasion where something wasn’t available or possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book another Kanika family hotel in the future.
