Where do I even start,
Me and my family have been coming here every year since I was about 3 years old. Unfortunately I didn't go this year because we are going somewhere else but I wish we did go back. There is nothing bad to say, honestly. The manager and my parents get along well, even the bartenders know who my parents are. Very nice people. I love this hotel and I recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Cyprus, all inclusive, with friendly staff, amazing food and near a beach. Will definitely be coming back 2026 and can't wait for it.

I’ve tried to book 3 times but never been successful, I only want to book 2-3 night stay but there is a minimum 5 night stay.
Staff were less than helpful, the web site said rooms were available but I was told they were fully booked, didn’t even consider options +/- a night or two.
First time I called, the girl hung up because I spoke English.
Looks great, I hope appearances are real. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

We enjoyed a very nice stay at the Olympic lagoon Agia Napa. The general hotel and grounds are maintained to a very high standard. The staff are amazing (special mention for Petra working in the buffet restaurant and American diner, she is absolutely lovely). The restaurants and buffet were all excellent. The lazy river is such a nice way to relax during the day. The beach over the road is stunning and the sunbeds are very cheap. It’s so close, you can just pop back to the hotel for lunch. We do have some feedback for improvement and a minor warning. The hotel regularly hosts weddings on the grounds of the resort, sadly at the expense of hotel guest enjoyment. They often include very loud music which can be heard across the resort, especially at the Fisherman’s village accommodation and the Asian restaurant (sadly spoilt a very nice meal, even the staff were frustrated), which goes on until 11:30pm. Management, please restrict weddings to low volume music. Also, the evening entertainment is so popular, the only way to see a show is to get there very early and wait for a couple of hours. We didn’t bother making the effort (but we did really enjoy the live music at the pool bar). We suggest ticketing to allow everyone to get to experience a show at least once during the stay. The teen club has good facilities, but don’t rely on the activity timetable/schedule as our boys found most of the events not going on. Also the evening film for them was never on (and if it was on, would have just been on a regular TV, we were possibly over optimistic that it would have been on a large screen/projector).

What an amazing hotel. We have just returned from a family wedding and could not fault anything. The hotel, staff, food and entertainment were exceptional. Everything is catered for and the Oasis serenity swim up bar is a great addition. Big shout out to Ivo and the rest of the bar staff. Food options are endless with the Garibaldi and Orchids restaurant top of the list. As a first experience of all inclusive it was definitely value for money.

Fantastic place, great pool area and a lot of different restaurants to pick from. But what really stand out are their exceptional service. They go way and beyond to provide a top class service. Our glasses was not empty for more than 10 seconds before they noticed and asked if we wanted to order something more. The management and staff have really understood the whole concept of how to treat guests and make them come back. We will for sure return for a third time next year and also try out their resort in Paphos later this summer. Thank you for a great time!
