The views of the sea all over the hotel are amazing.Except this the service is their strong point. The staff was always supportive to whatever we needed especially the hostess Eirini was so friendly ,smiley and welcoming and the groom Zouriko was always available and helped us a lot. I would suggest a lot this resort for families with kids. The beach is sandy, clean and shallow and to move within the resort is so easy as you can travel with the buggy to the beach. I liked a lot the desserts!

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, delicious food, and a clean beach, these deserve positive recognition. However, our overall experience was affected by several serious shortcomings. Our room was only made available around 7 PM, several hours after our arrival. The elevator to the beach was out of service throughout our stay, and the beach bar consistently opened with at least a 40-minute delay. There was a persistent lack of beverage options, and on multiple evenings, service at the main bar was halted by 9 PM due to a supposed shortage of glasses, despite being advertised to operate until 1 AM. The attitude of the staff at the main bar was often unprofessional, in particular, one bartender displayed rude and inappropriate behavior toward many guests. During our à la carte dinner, service was poor: there were no side plates, the waiter was impolite, and at one point, an assistant waiter openly offended us.

The perfect place for summer holidays! We were really satisfied with our choice of accommodation in this hotel. Our room was always clean, the quality of the food was great, the sandy beach is one of the best we have ever been to and the staff was always helpful and friendly! We couldn’t have asked for more, so we hope we will be back soon!

The beach is the only reason I'm giving this place two stars — the sand and the water are truly impressive.
The rest... very disappointing.
The food is repetitive and low quality. If you want a full dining experience (starter, main course, dessert), try the so-called "à la carte" Taverna — you’ll be done in under 7 minutes.
Going to the beach is easy — until you need to go back. You’ll face 167 stairs from the beach to the hotel, so choose your meal wisely before heading down, the nearest toilet is up. They had some elevator but is not working anymore, so they preferred to wall the entrance as it never existed. Check my photo to have an idea.
No stores nearby. The closest one is a 10-minute walk along a narrow road shared with cars — no sidewalk.
They claim to offer "premium service", but I found almost everything substandard. Even thinking now about those sandwiches makes me feel sick.
And now the serious part:
Someone STOLE money from my wallet, which was in my backpack inside my locked room. I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I only noticed the money was gone when I got home. I emailed the hotel immediately — no answer. Premium service indeed.
Also, avoid renting a car from the "nice lady" from reception. They asked for ALL my credit card numbers, including the CVV, written down manually — which is a major red flag. I had to cancel my card as soon as I realized what happened.

I spent a wonderful week at this hotel and I can truly say: perfect! From the private beach, delicious food, clean rooms, to the exceptional service. I want to give special thanks to Eirini (Hostess) and Nio (Waiter), who made each meal a warm and welcoming experience. Always kind, attentive and professional — they truly stood out and made a difference!
Thank you to the whole team — I will definitely be back!
