The worst hotel I've ever seen !!!
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff does not treat guests with respect, and the overall service is poor. The room was not clean, and there was no TV or basic bathroom supplies.
The restaurant was extremely noisy, with frequent arguments between staff and guests, which made it very uncomfortable. The food quality was also very bad.
The swimming pool was dirty, and the check-in process took far too long. Overall, the lack of respect and professionalism made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I rate the hotel a 3.5 out of 5.
Pros: the pools, slides, restaurant service, the room may not be new but it's clean, towels changed daily, water attractions much cheaper than in Europe, outdoor restaurants and evening Italian or Tunisian food, gym, and location.
Cons: the crowds of Algerian tourists, the small, dirty beach, and the slow poolside snack service.
Overall, a budget-friendly 3-star hotel worth the price.

Just arrived home from a 10 day trip, first time in Tunisia and this hotel - I have so much to say but I’ll keep it simple.
Don’t listen to the negative reviews when booking, we were a little unsure due to the 3 star rating and the price but my goodness it’s totally untrue.
From the food to the pools, the staff, even the location is great as you are not too far from 2 great lively towns, everything about this hotel is wonderful and I’m so sad to leave.
Special shoutouts to the animation team, from morning until night they work so hard to make our days great and they really do just that.

Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book their family holiday or just a holiday in general. Where do I begin - staff are very pushy/ had bed bugs / constantly wanting more money from the Minuit you arrive , we did not find this holiday relaxing at all. We got followed to our hotel room by a member of staff every evening asking for money / one member of staff even tried pushing there way threw our bedroom door while the children with bathing. Felt very unsafe here. Please do not book this hotel / beds were wet / air conditioning was not working / would not get served food due to being British ( sounds mad I know ) very rasist staff - DO NOT recommend! AVOID

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t make the same mistake.
My wife and I booked this all-inclusive resort despite reading plenty of alarming reviews. Our travel agent insisted the place had been renovated and that the complaints were exaggerated. In reality, it was the worst holiday of my life.
The hotel is extremely outdated — it feels like stepping into the Soviet 1980s. Cracked walls, chipped furniture, broken locks, and failing plumbing are everywhere. The so-called “renovation” happened in one building only, where they painted walls and swapped a few pieces of furniture. Everything else is in poor condition. The air conditioning is weak and outdated. In our first room, it just blew warm air. There was no hairdryer, slippers, iron, or safe — not even a small rubbish bin. Wi-Fi only works in a small zone near reception; there’s none in the rooms.
I gave the receptionist £10 hoping for a quieter room, away from the disco. Instead, I was put next door to it, and the music blasted every night. I had to pay again to switch rooms, and even then the sink was blocked and the toilet didn’t flush. Staff tried to charge me twice more. No one warned us about the €50 tourist tax, which was collected at check-in.
Noise is constant. No soundproofing means you hear everything — shouting, slamming doors, and children running around and knocking on doors late at night. Many guests, mostly locals or from neighboring countries, smoke in the hallways and leave trash behind. Sleeping peacefully is nearly impossible.
Staff barely speak English or Russian, making it hard to resolve anything. Most seemed annoyed or indifferent. Locals are served larger portions in the buffet, while tourists get less. If you ask for more, they respond with irritation. One man sells fake “engraved” bracelets — they’re scratched in unevenly and look awful.
“All Inclusive” is a joke. The bar only serves terrible local alcohol. Cocktails are made from cheap sodas and harsh spirits, without proper mixers or fresh ingredients. Coke and Sprite are replaced with bad local versions. Decent drinks are only available in the paid bar at London prices.
The food is greasy, repetitive, and causes stomach issues. Breakfasts are especially bad — cold, dry, and tasteless. Buffet queues are long, and utensils or napkins often run out. Tables are dirty and sticky. The dining area feels like a noisy, outdated canteen — not a restaurant.
There’s no real entertainment. The “golf” in the hotel’s name is a lie — it’s just three holes in the pavement. Evening “shows” are loud discos with local music. The hotel is far from town, and there’s nothing to do outside the resort.
There’s only one main pool, always overcrowded and dirty, with floating hair and debris. People reserve sunbeds early in the morning and disappear. It’s hard to find a free spot, and the pool closes early at 6:30 PM. Kids’ pools are tiny puddles. Quiet areas don’t exist — loud music plays everywhere.
Excursion vendors harass guests every day, even after being told no.
This hotel is a scam. It doesn’t match the description, photos, or promises. We came to relax and ended up stressed and disappointed. Avoid this place.
