Our dining experience—made exceptional by one outstanding staff member. While the buffet itself offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, it was the service that really stood out. Ms. Xiebel went above and beyond to ensure that us and every guest felt welcome and well cared for. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine attentiveness made a noticeable difference. She greeted guests with a friendly smile, remembered preferences, promptly assisted with requests, and ensured everything was always in perfect order.
We highly recommend this hotel—not only for its comfort and food, but for the remarkable staff who make guests feel truly valued.

We had such a good experience at the restaurant during our stay, and honestly the whole team deserves a shoutout. Everyone was genuinely kind and treated us so well.
A big shout out to Deepu also deserves a special mention. He really took care of us and got the chefs to prepare special Indian dishes for our group. That effort meant a lot and the food came out amazing.
Nora — she was with us every morning and she was honestly the sweetest. So polite, so patient, and always checked on us with a smile.
Both Chef Haroon and Chef Khan did an incredible job with the dishes — everything tasted perfect.
Xiebel was super cooperative throughout, and Bibin and Better were also really good with service and checking on us.
And of course, Saugat — his service was also excellent. Very polite, very attentive, and overall just made things smooth for us.
Honestly, every single one of them — Xiebel, Bibin, Deepu, Better, Chef Haroon, Chef Khan, Nora, and Saugat — made our experience memorable. Great team and great service.

I checked out of the hotel today after spending two lovely nights with my family in rooms close to the beach.
Special thanks to the Indian or Pakistani staff member at the reception — unfortunately, I didn’t get his name — who upgraded our room and placed us near the beach. He was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I truly wish him all the best in his life.

I would also like to thank the buggy car staff. They
were very quick, kind, and consistently helpful. Their service and attitude were excellent without exception.
However, the main issue was with the ground-floor rooms. Sleeping was quite uncomfortable due to noise entering the room, especially at night. There was no sound insulation at all, and as a result, we spent two nights without proper sleep. The outdoor seating area in particular had no sound barrier, which made the problem worse. I’m sure other guests nearby experienced the same issue, especially since the hotel was very crowded during our stay.
I hope this issue can be resolved, as I would like to visit the hotel again in the future.

A nice resort for relaxation with the family, located directly on the beach. A clean, wide sandy beach with a gentle entrance into the sea, where water shoes are not necessary. The surroundings of the hotel are unkempt and polluted, as in most Arab countries. Here too, you will find sun loungers “reserved” with towels from the early morning hours. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel as a whole was also clean. However, there is still room for improvement.
The staff are helpful, but they lack warmth, smiles, and a friendly attitude, which unnecessarily makes the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The food is adequate, but it is not suitable for more demanding guests and definitely has room for improvement. In this regard, they could take inspiration from resorts in Egypt.
Under the all-inclusive program, there is an issue with bringing drinks for the whole family at once, or even just two ice creams for the children, as every item must be signed for or you have to prove that you actually have two children. Each child receives only one small scoop of ice cream, and adults do not get any at all.
An incomprehensible problem also occurred on the last day, when our wristbands were cut off and, from that moment on, even our children were refused a simple juice in the heat, with the explanation that we had to wait an hour for lunch, where they could then drink, or otherwise pay for the drinks. The manager was not interested in the situation and strictly supported the staff’s actions.
If these shortcomings were improved, the place would be worth visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rotana Resort Fujairah for two nights on a half-board basis. The service was very great, and the staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and super helpful. During both breakfast and dinner, team members regularly came by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.
A special touch that meant a lot to us: for our anniversary, they surprised us with a cake. Overall, a great experience and we’d be happy to return.
