We spent a wonderful week at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious and varied, with something special every day.
A very special thank you to Nora at the restaurant — she made our stay unforgettable with her warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She always greeted us with a smile, talked with us, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. People like her make all the difference.
We would definitely love to come back!

Overall, it was an okay experience.
The hotel is strategically located, just a short walk to specialty coffee shop, seafood and kabab eateries (a must-try kabab spot nearby!). There are also a few souvenir stores, mini marts, pharmacy, and petrol station all along the same stretch. A mosque is located close by, but it seemed to operate only in the evenings, we had planned to pray Jumu’a there, but it was closed during the day, so not sure about other prayer times.
Cleanliness could be improved , we noticed staff entering rooms with shoes on, which felt quite unhygienic. Some brown stains were visible in the bathroom areas, especially on the shower doors, also carpet were having lots of stains. Basic amenities were provided, though toothbrush and toothpaste had to be requested from housekeeping.
For Muslim guests, the Qibla direction is marked in the room, and there’s a Quran (in Russian language) provided as well.
Breakfast was decent , not much variety, but enough to start the day.
The pool hours (7am–8pm) are quite standard for the UAE, and they also offer a few water sports activities.
One thing we noticed , almost all guests were Russian, and many signs/notices were also in Russian. The music and songs played late at night were quite disturbing. Also, those who may feel uncomfortable around bikinis at the pool and beach areas might want to take note before booking.
Overall, the hotel served its purpose, but with some improvements in cleanliness and noise control, it could be a much better experience.

Hi..Good Morning, I am writing to thank you for the good quality of service provided by your staff Ms. Xiebel. Sincerely appreciate your efficient, efforts, we had a pleasure of having breakfast to your restaurant . Honestly, she gave more extra efforts to her job, me and my employer are so amazed to her. Her graciousness to the customers, when she immediately asked what we want and offering something liked coffee and i really appreciates that even she is so busy, she managed to make me one of coffee for take out. She really passionate to her job.
Thank you Ms. Xiebel for putting extra efforts and patience during busy time at work. We completely impressed with your professionalism, your attitude and the quality level of your service, you go beyond of our expectations. Keep persevere in life.

A great hotel for a week's vacation!
My husband and I stayed here in mid-September 25, and it was great, even though quite hot. We were given a room with a sea view near the beach instead of a garden view (wow); it was wonderful to fall asleep to the quiet sound of the waves.
A few minor downsides: the humidity made it difficult to dry our swimsuits and the towels. But the towels are constantly laundered, so it's not a problem. Secondly, some tourists like to grab the sun loungers on the podium at 5 a.m. and return much later. Basically, the "don't take the sun loungers" rule doesn't really work. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the location (very green and so many birds!), the beach, and the activities (aquagym with the head coach was lots of fun). Oh, and we think that best alco-coctails are in BarMuda (Sharkey’s seem like they are not to the recipe and sometimes extremely sweet).
We'd also like to especially mention Sky from housekeeping and Xiebel from the Mozaique restaurant! Sky neatly cleaned everything and made wonderful towel birds. Xiebel is incredibly welcoming; even a short conversation with her lifted our spirits! And her dish suggestions were to our liking. For example, delicious eggs Benedict, which we hadn't even thought of ourselves 👍

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would especially like to thank the amazing staff who made our experience so special. Rahul ( his smile and his good mood all the time) and Rahvinsu at the pool, Yu and Ganesh at Sharkeys, Wah Wah, Xiebel at breakfast, and Nora at the restaurant were all incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their friendliness and availability really stood out and made us feel welcome every day.
As a small suggestion for improvement, the all-inclusive experience could be a little more flexible. For example, it would be great if adults could get an ice cream too at Sharkeys . Having the option to enjoy lunch at Sharkeys or simply grab a piece of fruit, like an apple, from the main restaurant would also add to the overall experience. These may seem like small details, but they would make a big difference in creating an even smoother and more enjoyable stay.
Some entertainments during the evening would be appreciated too.

We wanted to finish with a special review to Kiwan (private joke chapeau guy!!) at the pool bar who is the one who everyday will enjoy your stay, every time he is smiling and giving jokes to people. It was a wonderful stay thanks to him too!
